We absolutely LoVe this place! We've been coming here for about 10 years. The only pho my son likes. The owners know our orders by heart and the dishes are on the table nearly before we sit down. Mango boba drinks are delicious too. The banh mih is ridiculously good when they have it on special. My go to is the tofu pho with veg. Always packed full and hot with all the condiments. Our apps are fried tofu and pork spring rolls. Highly recommend those items and the chow mein and spicy fried rice are regular hits too. How does this place have a solid 4 stars? Have none of you had actual Thai food before? The peanut sauce was watered down to the point where it just looked like peanut sauce but tasted like dish water. It was disgusting. Best tasting pho in town. I am very picky about my pho broth and the quality of meat in my pho. I have also tried almost every pho spot in Huntington, but Pho Tastee can't be beat. Coming from the east coast originally I have been spoiled with plenty of good pho. Pho Tastee's broth is herby, flavorful and has depth!! Which is the hardest part to achieve. This is definitely my favorite "fast food" pho restaurant and it's actually better than quite a few sit down pho spots in the area as well. The service is always fast and friendly which I love, I place in order by phone and it's always ready by the time I get there which is around 10-15 mins depending on the day. My usual order is the Pho Tastee and the Vegetarian Pho. The broth has so much flavor, the meat is fresh and it comes with meatballs! You can't go wrong with that one. If you're in the mood for Pho - I highly recommend this place. I've never sat down to eat so I can't comment on that but I do love taking this home. By the end of my meal, I was fishing for every last piece of noodles because I was still hungry by the end. I would have ordered a shrimp spring roll, but they were almost $6 for 4 pieces (overpriced). Make sure you have cash at this place because they charge $1 convenience fee for not meeting the $10 minimum. Small restaurant with maybe 3-4 tables inside and 1-2 tables outside. If you need to use the bathroom, it's in the back and you have to walk through the kitchen. The people are very friendly (good customer service) but the food portion and price give it the poor rating. Make sure you're looking at the most updated menu in the photo gallery. I must say this place is really small. It has 4 different tables with 2 larger tables and 2 smaller tables. They do have some outdoor seating but this place is very cramped. We had a party of 8 and it was very tight and snug. We got an order of eggrolls and it literally came with just the eggrolls and sweet and sour sauce. There was no lettuce or cucumbers to wrap the eggrolls. And they didn't even come with fish sauce...Sweet and sour sauce? Really? Not authentic at all. I ordered the pho tai which is my go-to pho option. Around $8 for a medium sized bowl. I think they only have 1 size. The broth is on the sweeter side and and not much savory taste to it. There is a lot of msg though because we all were thirsty after eating the pho. They were generous with the meats but not the noodles. I also ordered a fresh coconut and it was honestly disgusting. I have never had such a poor quality coconut in my life. It did not taste refreshing at all and it even had a tiger balm smell to it. But all 3 coconuts that we got tasted the same. Huge disappointment, I've l literally been going to pho tastee for about 7 years and they decided that I did not pay for a red chili pepper sauce jar. Orders are taken in person at the desk and will be served to your table should you decide to stay and eat, the service is speedy and efficient, we ordered, sat ourselves, and within 10-12 minutes of having ordered our appetizers and phó was brought to us. We got shrimp spring rolls and I ordered the bbq pork phó, all orders of phó are served with a bag of optional toppings such as carrots, cilantro, lime, and an extra cup of a tangy sauce I just threw in. On each table is a selection of three or four condiments like Sriracha, hoisin sauce. Our dinner was delicious, the service was great, and we were able to efficiently pay up at the register. I think I found my new favorite pho place in my area! Living in Sunset it's a 15 min+ drive to get any pho and I'm so glad I tried pho tastee! This is by far the BEST pho I've had in my life! Decided to visit this little place and so glad we did. The shrimp spring rolls are authentically good and come with their house made sauce which was (in a good way). The fresh coconut water tastes better than the ones I've had in Cancun and come with a spoon to eat afterwards All the veggies were so fresh that you can smell it as soon as it hits the table . What a great pho place right close to the beach, had to do take out because of the whole corona.. sadly.. however the soup was nice and hot when we brought it back home.
