He quoted a 10-20 minute wait which didn't seem possible, but we took a chance and placed our name on the waitlist. I love the tablets that most restaurants in SGV use. It's so efficient! The host handed us a laminated menu and an order form after we checked in so we could figure out what we wanted even before we sat down. They get high marks for efficiency! Within 10 minutes, we were called to our waiting table. They are a well oiled machine!
