Really enjoyed my lunch! Can't wait to go back! Split a large mashed pizza. Heaven! Crust is crunchy on bottom and soft on top. Could have used just a touch more garlic sauce on the outer pieces. This place has a nice location but seems to be poorly run. Unfortunately, they seem very understaffed. We had a very slow experience today (our first time trying this place out for a midday beer & app). The staff kept making comments about how busy they were (which was obvious) but almost making us feel guilty for ordering certain things (such as a flight) because it was "a lot of work" for them. I did feel bad that they were short staffed and we were very understanding/patient, but it was a weird experience in regards to that. Also, the PHX beer was just not good. I love beer and so does my husband.. but at the end of both flights we both agreed that there literally wasn't one beer that we genuinely enjoyed and would want to order a pint of. Strange. This place was pretty good. They offer a bison burger, which is nice. I had the regular burger, and it was way more overcooked than I had ordered it. It was pretty good though, as were the waffle fries. Didn't get to try the beer, but they had a decent selection. Showed up here to celebrate my husband's 49th bday for lunch. Couldn't have had a better experience! The view is spectacular, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent!! I've given this place two chances. Both times I sat at the bar top. Bartenders were polite but hard to get their attention. 3 hosts were hovering on the door but the sole bartender was having a hard time keeping up with the drink tickets. I ordered the pretzel bites. After half an hour I told her to cancel my order because I needed to go somewhere I can get food. She took them off the bill and apologized and I left. One of my favorite walk-to dog bars. Beer is outstanding so I will gloss over that. Give you a glimpse of so other great stuff. Great starts with salt and pepper wings, and then the all meat extravaganza pizza (that's what I call it) is top notch. The figgy peach bourbon drink is a serious contender for a top 5 ranking. Went for lunch and as a vegetarian wanted a veggie burger. They charged $3 extra for the impossible patty on top of their $16 or so burger charge. Then they also charged to add mushrooms (no cheese) and green Chili's. My boyfriend got one also and our lunch with just one ice tea was over $55 which is ridiculous. And it came out almost cold and was just so-so. I would think a $16 hamburger would come with some toppings like mushrooms but they are really proud of their food. I went there and had a guy named Michael O as my server. He was extremely rude to our table like we were inconveniencing him anytime we would ask him for something. We went there even though friends warned us that this place was beyond terrible. All I know is this Michael character has no business working in a restaurant. He looked dirty too. I so wanted to love this place. The setting is definitely a 5 star, but that was as good as it gets. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and were told they were having issues in the kitchen which may delay any food orders, but the bar was running smoothly. It happens, so we decided to stay. After a 45 minute wait we were seated, waitress came fairly quickly which was a good sign. Ordered a couple drinks, waitress comes back with one, apologizing that they were out of one of their tequilas to make the other drink, would you like it anyways. Sure, we are pretty flexible, drink came and we settled in ordering an app as well which came out pretty quickly. Next drink order rolls around, so sorry, we are out of that beer too. Hmmm, batting less than average for the bar, and it was supposed to be the kitchen with the problems. We then ordered a burger, and a bowl of their homemade tortilla soup. It took a while, understandable given the preliminary explanation. I am pretty tolerant of waiting for food, knowing the situation, but that was not the only issue. The soup was hideous. Luke warm at best, tasted like rotelle cheese with some big chunky vegetables in it. It looked like it had separated, almost like a curdle, but I can't get past the lack of taste. I think it was supposed to have chicken in it, but never saw or tasted that. And no crunchy strips on top? WTH. Burger looked like an over cooked hockey puck on a much too large roll. Lacked any notable flavor at all, plus was so dry the hubs could barely get through 3 bites. Best thing about our visit was it is a beautiful, very busy, setting at the edge of the water. read more

This will be a normal hangout for us especially going into summer! We love the drinks, the food and really loved our server Matthew (hopefully I'm remembering his name correctly)! We were a party of 4 on a Monday afternoon and were seated quickly. We enjoyed the Chicken Strip platter, Reuben sandwich, BLT with grilled chicken and Fish and chips. Everything was delicious. Great pricing for the portions you get! Also tried the Arizona Gold beer and it will definitely be a go to! Love that they have a pet friendly patio! See you guys soon! read more

The service is extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes from order to serve for hamburgers. They allow children but it echos in the restaurant and if there are parents who don't watch their children, the children's voices can be heard from the outside patio. The server asked us how we were doing while our drinks were full and no food on the table. Small selection of beer for being a brewery. All in all there are other breweries that are far superior to this one. Come to think of it, no one at any table had food on it for the time that we were waiting. So if you have time to drink and sit for a long time before the food comes out then this would be perfect for you. For me it's not worth going back to this place. read more

We saw customers so tired of waiting that they went in and grabbed the menu by themselves. Customers keep turning around and look for servers. Food is mediocre.. given the location it could have been so much better. That location deserves much better management, quality of service and food. We gave it 2 tries.. but we probably are going to write-off this place from our list. I hope they get better organized and improve their service. read more

I was so excited that there was finally a seemingly nice restaurant on this beautiful part of my bike path and so disappointed in the service that I won't go back. After being seated and being told a waiter would be right with me I sat and watched three or four workers buzz around the tables all around me and never acknowledged me with even so much as a water. When I got up and went to the bar to order my own drink, they gave my table to another person. That was enough for me. I hope things get fixed. This is a new place with a great patio on the green belt of McCormick Ranch. Have been twice. First time for brunch. Food was Ok. The egg scramble was good but came without toast even though the menu said it was included but the waiter said it wasn't. He was a great waiter other than that. The mango mimosa was truly the best mimosa I've had. Then came for happy hour. Our server Alexis was awesome. The AZ Gold wings and nachos were both delish. Drink menu good. Glad to have this place within biking distance - patio definitely has a nice vibe (will be better when they complete their lighting!) and we liked the Thai salad and pizza that we shared. They accommodated our request to only put the meat on 1/2 of the pie (is it still called a pie if it's square?) but wish they would mark the vegetarian items on the menu - only the bean burger is labeled as 'can be made vegan'(?). Sometimes things that appear to be meat free aren't- hate to keep asking. Also beware of select beers being served in tiny chalices!
