I purchased 15 wings through Door Dash on Wednesday night. I specifically asked for them to be extra extra extra crispy - very well done with medium sauce. Called a few hours ahead of time to reserve a time slot for a pizza and wings on Bills playoff day. They gave us a raw pizza. The dough was mushy and raw. I had to turn my oven on and try to salvage the disgusting pizza. Waste of money. If you don't have enough time to properly cook this many pizzas you shouldn't have told us we could order one. Located within a mile of my work office this is our go to pizzeria for office events. We usually call when they open and let them know what time we will pick up the pizza. We've probably ordered about a dozen times in the last two years and usually get a sheet pizza with a variety of toppings and a bucket of wings. I like their pizza, the sheet pizza's are always made perfectly, the dough is fluffy, sauce is sweet, the cheese is delicious and they're pepperoni's are crispy around the edges just the way I like it! The wings aren't the best in Buffalo but they're not the worse either, they're just good. Never had a problem with the food or the staff, we'll continue ordering from here. read more

I stopped in for lunch and got 2 slices to go( disclaimer a slice of pizza her is actually 2 small slices) so I got 4 small slices. The pizza quality and flavor were pretty good. Not the best I have ever had but good stop for quick lunch. Part 2 of this review. The service. I ordered 2 slices. Man behind the counter told me $7 and change. I question the expense so asked for the receipt. After reviewing the receipt and seeing that I was charged for a lunch special which was 2 slices and a 20oz drink. I asked about the drink before being I told my slices include the drink. I didn't want the drink but was charged for it becuase the man behind the counter said it was "a deal". I felt inclined to leave a less than positive review after I felt disrespected and mistreated during my last two Picasso's experiences. I work with a company who orders a LOT of team lunches. I typically take over this task for my manager and do a lot of the organizing and ordering. We spend hundreds at Picasso's every month. I chose them over numerous other options because we all like the food, but unfortunately I no longer feel like reaching out to them and giving them business. My first negative experience was last month. I ordered around $250 dollars worth of food for my team at work. Pizzas, wings, salads, breadsticks and sodas. I specifically mentioned that I needed paper products (plates, cups, napkins, utensils) for 45 people. I made a note of this because they have forgotten in the past. The driver dropped the food off and took off in his car. I got the food inside and realized within less than 5 minutes that they had completely forgot all of the paper products I had ordered. I called the delivery person back immediately and I was very nice and asked if he could drop them off. He told me he was driving in the opposite direction and the earliest he could come back was 2 hours. No apology, no sympathy. The tone of his voice told me that I was annoying him. My entire team of over 40 people ended up eating their pizza, wings and blue cheese on napkins and their salads out of coffee mugs we kept in our desk. I called the location to mention what happened and the man who answered was nicer but just offered an apology and said they were really busy and that's probably why they were forgotten. I let this go and chalked it up to a bad day. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I gave them another chance yesterday and called at 2:30pm to place another very large lunch order. The person who answered started taking my order (which I had all written down and 100% ready to go) and disrupted me to ask when the order was needed for. I told him Friday (it was Wednesday) and before I could say anything else he asked me if I could "call back at a better time" I couldn't help but be shocked and managed to stutter an um out before he said "yeah sorry (he didn't sound sorry) we're really slammed right now and I don't have time to write this down right now. You can call back at 4." Needless to say, our business went to another pizzeria down the street and we will not be ordering from here again. Tried the promo code online and it wouldn't work. Checked everything to make sure I had all details correct. So, I called the store (Transit). I spoke with a man and explained the code didn't work and he responded, "we don't have anything to do with those emails, it's an outside company"... ok. So I asked if I could please place the order with him over the phone and have the discount honored. He responded coldly, "no, we don't do that". Ooookkk. Then silence on his held. I don't know if it was me, or the moon, stars and pepperoni's were aligned, but I love their pizza. Good crust, kinda sweet, the sauce is delicious, once again a little on the sweet side, the didn't skimp on the cheese or pepperoni and it was just good and filling.... I also have had a salad from their. Stick with the smaller size. Cause the portions are HUGE. The salad almost had too much stuff in it - the lettuce was lost in the cheese and meat. I split a calzone last time I ordered. It was a small calzone, that essentially made four meals.... Portion sizes are large..... My boss ordered a steak sub, it has a funny name, like straws and snakes (someone please correct me) - anyhow, he said it was UNBELIEVABLE, considering we order from here every other week and he gets the same thing, every other week. I'd say it's good eats. It looks good - but it also looks like a food coma that a five hour energy couldn't revive me from.... A lot of their menu items come with a pop, like fountain pop - which I really like. They deliver, are pretty timely and most of the time accurate - we sometimes end up with too much or not enough pop.... I can't believe I'm typing this, but I've been saying it and have stayed true since January... I've given up eating pizza except when I'm in town working. 2 stars is being kind. I have traveled and stayed in the area for a few years now. I stay very near by. At the beginning they were very good quality and portions were great. That has all changed. I stopped trying there the earlier this year. Wings were always half cooked, portions of salad and such got smaller, and the delivery charge for 400 feet was high. As are the prices. I don't mind paying for quality, but this is no longer the case. Tonight I tried the spaghetti "fit for a king" they apparently confused it for the second item which is basically warmed up spaghetti. It would have been OK except that there was absolutely no sauce to speak of anywhere. Very disappointing return for just under $15. When we go to Buffalo to visit family we always go to Picasso's. I can't say a ton about this place because I've only had their cheese and pepperoni pizza's. The pepperoni is crispy on top and it's loaded on. It's by far the best pepperoni pizza I've ever had. They burn the edges of the pizza too and it's perfect. The crust is the perfect amount and it's buttery and sweet. I prefer a little thicker-square cut pizza to NY style so this is right up my alley. The sauce is perfectly seasoned too. My husband lived in Buffalo for a little while and he has taken me to all of the popular spots to taste every pizza in the area. All-in-all this is my favorite pizza in the area. I will not give this place 5 stars because it's not the type of place I'd hang out and have dinner at. It's a typical old-school pizza joint. We solely come for take-out. We have family coming into town (Baltimore) in a couple of weeks and we've already requested a pizza :). read more

This is my go to pizza place! I pretty much just order pizza , but after seeing some Yelp reviews I think I'll try chicken finger sub. But first the pizza . It is a very large pizza compared to most pizza shops. It easily feeds 6-10 people. But it's the taste that keeps us coming back. I go to Hamburg piccoso"s and have been to union rd location also. Dont matter what location it is the same great quality no matter where you get it from. I love the sauce . Not sweet and not super spicy . Right in the middle . So great sauce and great crust they cook their pizza so its done. It's never super doughy . The pepperoni are perfect! They are burnt on edges and are a little spicey . Love the combination of all the ingredients together. Here's a tip : there are coupons online and when you order ask to use a coupon. They will ask which one. We always get a buck or 2 off . And there is the dust! They make a Parmesan mixture that is called dust. It pairs perfectly with the pizza. I just love piccaso's pizza . They offer delivery . (I should have checked before leaving the restaurant...) I get back to work and we look in the box and there is the fish and fries just strewn in this far too large box for the amount of food. Along with the cup of tartar sauce. It looked like a pizza box after cleaning up from a party, not food to take home and eat. It looked very unappetizing. I ordered a sheet pizza, 50 wings, 2 salads and breadsticks for my co-workers. While the food dwindled down, we noticed a 'funky' chicken wing. This chicken wing still had feathers intact, and not the usual little feathers. After work, I contacted the manager (a woman) and told her what was found. She stated they receive the wings from a manufacturer, in which the employees have to inspect for feathers. Unwilling to do anything other than apologize, I thanked her and ended the call. Just moving to the area, we were looking for a good pizza place to grab a late night dinner after moving. After looking them up and seeing they close at 11pm, with plenty of good reviews. We called at 1030pm to place an order as soon as we found them. We were told no more deliveries, so ok that works, we will pick it up no problem. But then we were told to pick up was ok if we could be there in 10 minutes because they close their drawers at 1045p which is unrealistic expectations - "false advertising". From our understanding from everywhere we've worked or been to, if you close at 11pm then your drawer closes at 11pm and you serve until 11pm. I would not recommend advertising that you are open later than you really are. It was poor customer service and in just a hurry to get off the phone. read more

I stopped in here for lunch last week with my dad who was visiting from out of state. He said he wanted good pizza and Picasso's was my 1st thought! We opted to get the 2 slices and a drink for $7.50. I ordered cheese and mushroom and he went with cheese and pepperoni. The slices came within 15 minutes. The 2 slices are HUGE and seriously could be cut in half to make 4 slices. The crust is my favorite in Buffalo, light and crispy with just enough dough. There is nothing worse than a super doughy crust! The sauce is deep red and a little sweet, again one of my favorites! I would have given 5 stars had the waitress been a little more friendly. Not a good experience. Ordered delivery, when it arrived the spaghetti was sprinkled with parmesan. It was supposed to be baked mozzarella. Spaghetti was not warm by any means. Ordered a calzone with meats and veggies. Only received veggies. But let me tell you the Italian baked chicken wings were phenomenal. Compared to quantum physics or philosophical logic proofs, the concept of 'saucy' chicken wings isn't very complicated. I used to love Picasso's when I lived in Lancaster and decided to try them in Clarence because I had a coupon for a large one topping pizza, 15 wings and breadsticks for $36.95 (which isn't exactly a great deal, but arguably what their pricing should be anyway). I ordered on a Saturday around 4 p.m. The gentleman who took my order never asked what topping I wanted on my pizza and I asked for my wings to be saucy. This normally denotes that I want an abundance of sauce on my wings. I went to pick my order up and the gentleman at the counter was less than friendly. That's okay, because service isn't really crucial to me when I'm ordering Pick-Up from a pizzeria. The quality of my wings, however, is something I'm almost a zealot about. The wings were bone-dry. They didn't even have a little bit of sauce. Luckily, I keep some hot sauce from another pizzeria at home in my fridge for just such an occasion. So I got to eat Picasso's wings with cold hot sauce from one of their competitors. Not exactly a $36.95 value. I got pepperoni on my pizza (which was fine, but being given a choice would have been nice) and the breadsticks were bland and average. Picasso's in Clarence pales in comparison to their counterpart in Lancaster. Their pricing is a little bit higher than everyone else in the area, so their product should be a little bit better. It wasn't. Next time I get some coupons in the mail they're going into the garbage can. Tonight we We picked up our pizza and when we got home it was wrong. When we called they refused to accommodate us telling us they would give us a five dollar credit for the Pizza. Our order was over $30 and the mistake was on their part not ours. Then when we called back they made it almost seem like we wanted it for free it was very insulting especially seeing that we couldn't eat half the pizza. We've been ordering from this location for over 10 years and it seems like customer service was nowhere to be found when the mistake was on their part. I called to complain and basically was told, oh sorry....nothing we can do about the bill.
