What a poor decision by the owner/ management by not allowing customers to order wings extra crispy when I tried placing an order today for wings and pizza! They cannot do the wings extra crispy because of the Super Bowl So technically what their saying is they will make your wings and charge the hell out of you! but your not going to like them. read more

I am staying at one of the hotels in the area and the front desk suggested Picasso's along with two others, I am glad I went here. The pizza was great, would buy again, reminds me of my mom's pizza from years ago. The assorted sub was packed with meat and the roll was great. Ordered a double order of wings they were nice and big very plump no complaints at all BUT that wasn't the case for the stinger sub I ordered it was dry, the chicken fingers appeared to be burnt there was nothing appetizing about it and the garlic bread was awful too made on some type of flat bread it was very little and kinda crispy not worth my $50.00 . read more

Our experience with Picasso's was FANTASTIC. We were vacationing in the area and they came recommended by our hotel staff. So glad we listened to the staff's point of view. Oy! What an experience! We had one of those crazy nights where between running errands and whatnot we forgot about dinner and ordered pizza late in the evening. We had a coupon so we decided to try Picasso's. When the pizza arrived it was all but inedible -- black on the bottom and chewy, hard-baked cheese -- very dry. The kids took one look at it and said, "no way!" my husband and I were hungry and figured it couldn't be that bad....but it was. When hubby called to complain, the manager said, "our pizzas are well done" and when he tried to let her know that this went beyond well done she offered to send a new pie...but being that it was already close to 9pm, we declined and asked if we could use the new pie another time and were told "no, but I can give you $5 off." It was a super weird experience that made my husband decide to email whoever it is who reads the emails through the Picassos website to let them know that this location was not selling quality pizzas and was offered a free pizza but also told about their well-done pizza style, and they still didn't seem to get that we weren't after a free pizza -- just some recognition that there's a difference between well-done and burnt. So, I guess, if you want "well-done" pizza (read: burnt) you should totally go to Picassos! read more

Very good pizza. I'd put it my top 5 in town. That's saying allot. If your pizza experiences are along the line of Dominos, Papa Johns etc., and you are not open minded, I would not order. This pizza is nothing like that. I get salads here sometime. Very good. Weekday, they half a good lunch menu. Caution on your first pizza order: the large is a VERY large sheet pizza. Ordered from the West Seneca store.called my order in and was there within 10 minutes and gave me my small pizza and said my wings would be ready in a few minutes,glad I opened the pizza and checked .It was a old pizza that was on the rack it was warm.I told him this pizza was old and I didn't want it.He gave me my original pizza with my receipt.This has happened before to me here.Be careful and make sure your pizza is fresh.He apologized and said it was a mistake and that's bullcrap. read more

Just had lunch here and what great food. Their lunch special with two slices of pizza and a drink for about $7-8 is almost enough for two people to share. The restaurant is clean, staff is courteous - a great experience all around. Really good - better than I expected. I travel to WNY?CNY a lot, and wasn't sure what to expect with Picasso's - but I ordered an Antipasto salad and a pep pizza for dinner recently. The salad was exceedingly good. The pizza was also excellent, with one caveat - the pepperoni was really, really salty. Next time - I'll order just plain cheese or something else on it. Every week all our company orders from Picasso's, including today our food was very late, when we did in fact order ahead. Being a company break we all had to change our lunch time, Typically this wouldn't alone make us all so upset, but the food was missing items that the menu had stated it came with. The quality of the food was also highly disappointing. Some of the food was burnt, and all of it cold. Then when we called to complain about the disappointing service which was not met with any sort of apology...or remedy. Wow I do not know who the manager is here but they definitely need to speak to their staff ASAP!! Terrible service at a time like this !! I am beyond disappointed I almost just wanted to return my order and simply get a refund. My husband goes to the door an employee literally slams it in his face !! He was surprised by this behavior and proceeds to open the door to pick up the order and a girl screams at the top of lungs to leave and get out. He walks out comes in the car and we call to ask what is going on and all the girl answered extremely rude "read the sign next time it's on the door" ! Wow I can't even sit and enjoy my meal knowing that because of the time period people feel they have the right to treat someone the way my husband was treated. The Organic pizza is not all organic. The cheese is natural but not organic. The meats that are put on the pizza are not organic but hormone and antibiotic free. The menu is misleading to use the words Organic so freely, when not all the ingredients are organic. If you want everything organic, you will need to ask first which items are organic. I like cheese on my pizza and I want it to be organic. I will not eat here again because of this. read more

Have gone to Picassos Transit Rd for years, did not frequent for a couple months and when we went back what a difference in the size of the subs. My husband would get a sub cut it in half and eat a half for dinner and save the other half for lunch the next day, not any more. We felt the weight of the sub wasn't the same and upon opening the package could see the size of the sub got substantially smaller, but the price didn't!!!!! Got pizza & a sub delivered to our motel. Food was good, but a bit pricey. Ordered a small pizza which was $12 but it was HUGE.

The best pizza around here hands down. We love getting the kitchen sink pizza and the antipasto salad. They always put loads of toppings and the salad has tons of meat and cheese. read more

This used to be our favorite pizzeria. The pizza of late has been very undercooked and doughy. The price rises at least once a month. They are one of the most expensive pizzerias in Buffalo without justification. Unless you can deliver a consistent pie, then stop gouging with your prices . Went in for a slice based on a positive review, and I was pleasantly impressed. Soft gooey crust, quality sauce, and garlic powder sprinkles adds a nice touch. I've been back a few times already for my slice fix. I take away one star for the price paid for quantity received. That's a tad high. About me: pizza lover. I could eat it daily. After delivering to us nearly a dozen times in the last few months the female who was on the phone refused citing we are not in their delivery area and exceptions in slow times were made. First off we were not ever told we were not in range. I had called before our first time ever ordering to ask, and the male manager stated we were. As for exception in not busy, they delivered here on Super Bowl Sunday, arguably the busiest pizza delivery day of the year. I ordered a sheet pizza today from Picasso's on transit at 3pm. We order from them a few times a month and they always deliver. They didn't even need to ask for my address because it's saved in their system. At 4pm, they call me and tell me they could not bring the pizza because my house was out of their district and they didn't realize when taking my order. I asked to speak to a manager and asked to at least deliver it this last time bc I have a house full of people...he said they would not! Then he said they only had one driver and we were not getting our pizza. If I were that manager, I would have drove it over myself bc of the mistake they made! I stopped by Picasso's to grab a slice for lunch. I liked their pizza. It was a little different because they sprinkled a bit of Parmesan cheese over it, but it added to it in a good way. I would have given them 4 stars, but here's the thing: you drop by for a quick slice for lunch and want to eat in except they won't serve you at the counter. They seat you just for a slice and send over a server. Now you feel obligated to leave a tip which if you do is a significant increase in your lunch's cost. my family and I have tried pizza from Niagara falls to ellicottville and we consider ourselves a pretty good judge when it comes to a good pizza.... today was the first time we ever tried Picasso's pizzeria and let me just say it was absolutely outstanding food.... we got a chz n pep pizza n we got a white pizza supreme with a bunch of wings n a half ham sub.... I can honestly say this is the first time I have not one negative comment on ANY of the food.... it was all fantastic.... from the right amount of sauce n chz on the pizza to the kind of roll they used for the sub , not to mention how crisp n fresh the veggies were on the sub, it was all so fantastic.... they have a new customer for life.... we all loved loved loved the food.... thank u picassos read more

My family and I took a nice trip out the see the Niagara falls, a 6 hour drive from our hometown of Macungie, Pennyslvania. Unfamiliar with the area, yet starved, on our way back home, we decided to take advantage of our area and stop for some NY style pizza, anywhere we could. Finding Picasso's pizza may have added an extra hour to our venture back home, but it was all worth it!! The funny pizza references on the exterior of the building, the friendly workers, the perfectly, juicy and succulent mild wings, and the out-of-this world pizza that you can tell was made with nothing but love. This place makes you feel like you are eating right around the corner from your home, no matter how far you actually are. It is such a welcoming , comfortable place, and if you ever find yourself looking for an ideal pizza place to eat at after a visit to the Niagara Falls, hopefully you are as lucky as my family and I were, and find yourself at Picasso's. read more

Pretty disappointed with Picassos. So I placed my order online for pickup at 5PM because I had to leave from work and get to a kickball game downtown by 5:30. I arrived at 5PM only for them to tell me that they haven't even started making my order yet. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it which made me late to my game. Weve been ordering here for years and has always been one of our favorite pizza places but the latest experience we had may make us think twice before going back as the current staff was very rude and unapologetic for their clear mistake and made up a story blaming the customer for something that we never did. We ordered a large pizza for delivery around 830 on a Saturday night 8/25 and was told itd be an hour which was acceptable. After about 80 min with no pizza we called and were told that we had called 30 min ago and cancelled our order which was a mistake as we never cancelled. The woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager continually insisted that we called and spoke to a driver and cancelled our order and was not helpful. We continued to claim that we never cancelled and we wanted a pizza delivered ASAP, the driver eventually got on the phone and became aggressive telling us we told him that "our family was no longer coming over and we didnt want the pizza"- they made up a story to try to cover up their mistake. The driver who also claimed to be the manager, offered no solution on the phone just continued to insist we cancelled and that we were trying to get a free pizza and proceeded to hang up on me. When we called back, we still wanted the pizza, he was still hostile and saying we were trying to scam him- at that point we decided that it was not worth the argument as they would not accept responsibility for the mistake as they just kept saying we cancelled. This isnt the first time weve noticed the staff being rude to us or other customer as you can see by other negative reviews and as of late the quality of the pizza seems to have slipped. Having worked in a pizzeria for 6 years i can attest that the quality of the staff does make a difference in the quality of food and its no surprise in the drop off of the food quality lately if you employ aggressive people who dont care about the customer. All these "managers" needed to do was apologize for THEIR mistake and send a driver out with a new pizza and this would have been reconciled but instead they blamed us for cancelling an order that we never cancelled and were rude and aggressive on the phone. I work at a local business who does thousands of dollars a year with Picassos and a co workers review below also references a poor experience with this driver.With all the other great pizza places around we will probably be going elsewhere for a while after this horrible experience read more

Their food is delicious and this location appeared to be clean, organized and staffed with friendly employees. I've had their pizza and hot peppers which were both really good; but I tried their subs recently and those were excellent. They use really fresh herb bread that makes the subs amazing. read more
