Today we stopped in. The family was eating at Jersey mikes but my daughter wanted pick up stick instead. Our host was Xóchitl. Kind with us as we've only been there once before . Put the spice on the side for my daughter and was honest about the spice. While I was waiting for our order at Jersey mikes my daughters order was done maybe 8-10 min wait . Wasn't super busy but most of the tables were taken. When fast food is ready too fast it kinda makes me think that it's been sitting for a while so I'm fine with a reasonable wait if it's fresh and hot. Anyway I peeked in to check on the order and another customer was yelling at the host. I was taken back because she was very nice. Even when the customer was yelling saying this that and the other she didn't raise her voice she apologized and explained that the food was ready. I assume she was yelling about the wait. I ordered before her and her food was done before mine so I can't imagine she waited very long. Our order was delicious and my other kids including my husband and I snuck a few bites from our daughters pick up sticks order. Bad reviews are warranted at times but I think this employee was just doing her job and another customer having a bad day And a tad hangry took out her frustration on Xóchitl.

This was my 1st time ordering and eating from this place. Shrimp Chow mein no onions. When I received my order from doordash it had plenty of onions I didn't ask for and NO cabbage or bean sprouts which I like.

Best customer Service, and cashier was a able to recommend what was the best bowls here , my husband and I got the chicken veggies and brown rice bowl , and he got the Thai basic cashew chicken , they were both so good !! Enjoyed our meals ! Low price , and if you have the app you get a coupon ever so often buy one and get one at 50% off two bowls and a drink was $23 , you have family value packs also under $40 recommend this place

The food is simple okay. Nothing special, which is fine when you just need a quick dinner. What's not okay.. is paying the money and not getting the appropriate portions. I ordered a family meal that comes with 4 items. I was surprised to see the big plate only half full. They use such a giant plate just for show but don't actually fill them up so I'm very annoyed by that. Mongolian beef was really good, so was the teriyaki chicken. I will never purchase their family meal again but maybe their individual plates are better served.

Foods is really delicious and the employees are really nice and friendly. The environment is really nice and cozy and family oriented place to eat with family and friends. I would totally come back here again

The food wasn't GREAT. It was okay. I haven't been here since the first week it opened and I remember it tasting way better. The noodles are garlicky yet bland. Definitely over priced for the taste. Over all service inside was good. Workers are attentive. Order did take almost 30min to receive *************** Had to update this review, There was a HAIR in my kungpoa chicken plate as i was finishing it stuck in the sauce and chicken at the bottom of the plate. Definitely don't recommend

I used to love the Mongolian beef entree but they changed it to Mongolian steak with mushrooms and honestly it's horrible. I never though I'd prefer Panda Express to Pick Up Stix but this did it for me. Also, this Downey location had a perfectly working soda fountain however when customers complained about the Mr. Pibb and the Coke running out they put up little signs saying out of service instead of changing them out. I mean, if you're gonna charge nearly $4 for a soda, you should get what you pay for. Freaking ridiculous for waiting 20min for food when there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

We waited 20 minutes exactly. They need to get someone that knows how to cook Asian food. Panda express tastes better than this. The rice was over cooked a mushy, my chowmein was overcooked, slimy, and dissolved in your mouth, orange chicken was mushy on the outside. Everything just tasted like it was soaked in water. Most Asian cuisine is aldente when it comes to chowmein and fried rice. Our brown rice was over cooked and looked like mash potatoes. It takes a lot for me to find something wrong with Chinese take out. This was the worst I've tasted for the amount of time I waited for it to be prepared. Time to find a new cook. read more

I called in a phone order for an Asian Chicken salad at Norwalk location. I picked up my salad and drove back to work to enjoy my salad. There was no salad dressing. Who the F--- eats a salad without dressing. I get 30 minutes for lunch and driving back there was NOT an option for me. I called the store and the employee says " oh it must have been forgotten". People hear can't get your order right here. Just stop for lunch and order the Curry Chicken with Brown Rice, got Curry Chicken with Noodles.
