My first time here and probably my last. I ordered the Lunch combo with THAI COCONUT CURRY. I got my order and I'm thinking where the hell is the curry??!! Please see pic because there is no sauce. It really should be called Fried tofu with rice and veg. So blah! You are really better off at Spice Up Thai Basil on chatsworth and balboa. read more

Called for a pick up order on todays day 09/29/22 under the name Jay Asked for extra sauce on my house chicken entree there was barely any sauce on my entree and when I asked for extra sauce they gave me cold sauce that cause my food to Be cold will not be returning to this location. read more

One of my favorite things to do is get a nice lunch special at this location and then walk it off after at TJ Maxx and Homegoods. I'm a big fan of Pick Up Stix with their generous portions, clean restaurant, ample offerings and that they had brown rice long before Panda Express ever did. My favorite item is firecracker chicken but generally I like all their chicken. My wife likes the house special. It's her go-to. The lunch specials are a good deal as for $7.69 you get the entree, two cream cheese won tons and then your choice of rice or noodles. I think fried rice is extra. I always get brown. The restaurant itself just got renovated and has gender neutral bathrooms, two TVs and even some games for the kids. read more

I haven't eaten at this location in about 6 months because I moved. I was in the area and ordered some chicken fried rice to go. So disappointed! This location had the best food, what happened?? The rice was so bad! Bland!!! I had to use Soy Sauce and only ate a little of it. I just couldn't eat it. Ughhh... what a waste of money . read more

I love this place because of their app!! If you order from here and don't use it, you're doing it wrong Haha just kidding, but they have some of the best deals any restaurant offers on there. Free entrees every few times ordered, and many other coupon deals that are just unbeatable. Their general's chicken and chow mein is my favorite, with the grilled bourbon a close second! Much better than Panda Express. I like that my food is cooked to order and not sitting out all day. My go-to orders are the fried chicken dumplings, lettuce wraps or the honey shrimp. They also have a good rewards program with their phone app so get that if your a usual customer. Good fresh food with good prices! read more

Yelp Challenge 2017: 2/100. I eat fast food way too much, but as it's a new year, I also look for places that have healthy options for that day when I finally start my diet (again). It's a Monday after work and I'm craving Chinese food so I stop by Pick Up Stix. I see the sign in the window to download their app and get a free entree - perfect. I've just saved $8.79!!! Vianni was the girl behind the counter and she was super helpful and cheery. I ordered the House Chicken entree which comes with white or brown rice or, for an up charge of $1.99, you can get chow mein noodles. She delivered my food to me in red to-go containers that keep your food really hot and a separate plate and fork. She also asked if I wanted hot sauce and brought that to me as well. What a sweetheart. There's a soft drink and tea self-serve area along with napkins, chopsticks, hot mustard and soy sauce that you can gather as you wish. But the chili sauce, you have to ask for that... I was expecting something like Panda...but at Pick Up Stix they bring food to your table. I like their to-go boxes better too- keeps food hotter, there's no styrofoam and it's less wasteful packaging. Also, there are healthier choices available here- they have 15 options that are under 400 calories per serving. And they have salads featuring hormone-free grilled chicken ($8.29) and wild caught Alaskan salmon ($10.99) along with an Asian chopped salad, Chinese, Thai Peanut or House Special salad with chicken or tofu ($8.49). They have an A rating from the Public Health Department so you know their kitchen is up to standards. There's no steam table so your food is fresh from the wok. I didn't know that their Mission Statement focuses on, "...creating lighter, fresher, healthier...Asian cuisine". It's a bit more expensive than the black & white mammal's place, but with less caloric options, hormone-free chicken, salads, wild-caught salmon and their 15 choices under 400 calories...I think it's definitely worth a bit more. read more

They changed their recipe. The Kung pao beef is not the same and it's packaging seems you get less- no more dinner size just one plate with rice. They also call it streak instead of beef now- so they can charge more? Me and my family didn't enjoy this food like we did like years before. read more

I have to say though I thought the black bean sauce was more watery than I expected. It could be a little thicker, but it's a minor point.

This was my first time at Pick Up Stix in Granada Hills, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was a delight! But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Mark went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. You could tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of their experience. Huge thanks to the rest of the team, including Miguel, Kevin, and Chava, for their hard work and great energy. It was clear they were all working together to make the experience top-notch. I really appreciate the dedication of everyone at this location, and I hope the company recognizes the effort they put in. It's not every day you come across such a great crew. Absolute garbage. I paid $12 for Kung pao chicken entree + $3.50 for white meat. I was on my way to work and didn't bother checking the contents. When I opened the container at work and saw a bunch of rice with only 3 little flimsy pieces of chicken, I was shocked. Are you kidding me? I paid $16 for THIS?! You cheap scumbags.. from management down to the workers. Y'all make what $15 an hour and y'all hook me up with this?! How can you all be so heartless? You guys are dirty dirty thieves.
