Edit: This was at the Granada Hills location; the business owner replied that it was the Ranch Cucamonga location. "Save yourself and don't eat here. As other reviewers mentioned (and I wish I'd read first), the food tasted awful, made with rancid oil and just not fresh ingredients. I ordered a chicken salad (very sad & sorry quality with missing ingredients, that they actually HAD in the back when I went to ask for them, but they had been too lazy to get & put in the salad when I ordered it! And they ). The chicken was sooo salty and tasted like rancid oil from a grill that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The tofu & vegetables dish was just an over-cooked, mushy salt-bomb with vegetables that looked like they'd been dumped out of a can, and it originally came with coated/fried tofu cooked in rancid oil. Terrible! (I had it re-made without the fried coating, but it was still bad). Also, very unfriendly, poor service from people who clearly have no interest in food service &/or hospitality. They're currently offering curbside pickup, takeout, and pick up in store. I use the app to make purchases in order to get points and coupons for free entree. The food is always fresh and on point. The service is amazing. We came early and the manager gave us 2 free brownies for waiting. Definitely recommend going here for your lunch and dinner needs read more

I was craving Kam pao chicken so my husband and I decided to go to pick up sticks. Before heading in I looked up the menu online. They had a variety of chicken dishes which is what I was looking for. I ordered a Kam Pao chicken and the ingredients were fresh and the Chicken was tasty and flavorful. The person who took our order was Joe and he was great. I made some accommodations to my order and he didn't give me any problems. I also tried the Drunken noodles my husband had ordered and they were delicious too. Overall I was very pleased with the food and the service at this Granada Hills location. I would highly recommend it and I am planning on going back to try a different chicken dish. Went into this place yesterday for the first time and was pleasantly & deliciously surprised. We ordered mongolian beef w/ noodles, shrimp pad thai, egg rolls & wonton soup. Everything exceeded our expectations it was fresh and delicious with generous portion sizes. Not to mention the free cup for water while you wait..helpful staff and the touch screen pads that keep even the pickiest kid entertained. I went back today for more soup ( Im sick) and ordered my son a kids meal... Again blown away. Great food generous portion and plenty left over. Definitely our new favorite Chinese take out. Now all we need a Santa Clarita location. There's a ton of Panda Express out here and since we have stopped eating there for a variety of reasons a pick up stix would be GREAT. read more

My experience here was very bad. The cashier was unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered a drink but there was no ice in the ice machine. Then when I received my order, I didn't get napkins, utensils, a plate, soy sauce or even a fortune cookie. I would recommend going to another location like the one in Calabasas instead of this one. I've always enjoyed Pick Up Stix. What I like most about it is its a cross between a sit down restaurant and a place like Panda Express where the food is sitting there under a heat lamp. This place is made to order Chinese/Thai food. Flavors are good and the service is fast and friendly. My favorites are the house chicken special, orange peel, and firecracker for entrees. Each come with your voice of white or brown rice. They have fried rice and/or chow mien for a $1.99 upgrade. I love the cream cheese wontons for appetizers as well. The girls working chatted for about 5 minutes while I stood at the cashier's finally one of them deemed to come and take my order . Pretty much all the food taste the same I don't know if it's because they use the same sauce or what you have to ask that your chicken be cooked fully because many times I have got an uncooked chicken and they run out of utensils so if is a to-go order you get no utensils they'll save those for the people sitting there and eating. read more

I tried their chicken drunken noodles and wasn't impressed. The noodles weren't soft and very little chicken. I also had their wonton soup. It was ok. The soup was kind of bland. They are more expensive than Panda Express so I expected more flavor and bigger portions. I won't be going back to Pick Up Stix. read more

Really love this location, it's convenient and always clean, staff is friendly. Plenty of parking too, since it's in a shopping center. We almost always order the Mongolian Beef, Orange Peel Chicken and chow mein. The flavors are on point, and I even like their Mongolia beef better than PF Chang's. We've also had the house special chicken and that's delicious too! This is the perfect place to grab a quick lunch after an afternoon of shopping! read more

The best part they sent me a coupon so all this five star fab food served on the best of disposable black China was under $16. This place was the definition of a local mom and pop business. Mom was running the cash register, and Pop was in the kitchen. They were two of the sweetest people. This was my first time at Pick Up Stix in Granada Hills, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was a delight! But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Mark went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. You could tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of their experience. Huge thanks to the rest of the team, including Miguel, Kevin, and Chava, for their hard work and great energy. It was clear they were all working together to make the experience top-notch. I really appreciate the dedication of everyone at this location, and I hope the company recognizes the effort they put in. It's not every day you come across such a great crew. Absolute garbage. I paid $12 for Kung pao chicken entree + $3.50 for white meat. I was on my way to work and didn't bother checking the contents. When I opened the container at work and saw a bunch of rice with only 3 little flimsy pieces of chicken, I was shocked. Are you kidding me? I paid $16 for THIS?! You cheap scumbags.. from management down to the workers. Y'all make what $15 an hour and y'all hook me up with this?! How can you all be so heartless? You guys are dirty dirty thieves.
