My husband and I go here often and love the food every time! I have to say, last night, on 10/28/24 I had the most incredible customer service! I am assuming the gentleman was the manager, but I am not sure. He took our order and then even brought the food to us(even though we had a buzzer to get it ourselves). This place has gotten so expensive. The location in Foothill Ranch has closed. Could it be due to customers not willing to pay the high price for the small portions received? Customers have recognized all the price increases and chose not to spend their money at these establishments. read more

Portion wise, this place is a ripoff. They're generous with the rice and chow mein, but everything else is overpriced junk. The last time I ordered from here (I ordered Grilled Alaskan Teriyaki Salmon, Teriyaki chicken and a Chinese salad) but when I got home there was very little Teriyaki chicken. Not a big deal, but highly disappointing when you see the receipt. It doesn't change my opinion that when I went here, last Thursday, the workers didn't even acknowledge me. It's not even a big store, but this place really needs to work on helping customers instead of having an empty restaurant where they don't sell anything. read more

We use to love going here but they've changed some of their recipes and no longer offer the house special beef which hubby loved. They have a good wonton soup (I like it spicy) but the chicken coconut curry isn't as good as it use to be. We rarely eat at this location but they do have indoor seating- it's just very cavernous with all hard flooring. No table service- order at the counter and pick it up. I wish they'd revert to their former menu and recipes! read more

Prices went up and the portions are SO SMALL. Ordered dinner portion meals and they were smaller than the lunch portions. I mean really the container was not even halfway full it was pathetic. Also the chow mein were just plain noodles without any veggies or flavor. I have been a LONG time customer but refuse to order from here anymore with the pathetic portion sizes. read more

She's asked again I was still looking. Feeling rushed I ordered, asked a question about chow mein she laughed and said for extra $ 2.49. I said no thanks. Wait time was not long..that was a plus. So I ordered through the app. I typically go to Panda but I haven't been here in a long time and wanted to try it out. The app said curbside was available and my kids wanted rice and chow mein (easy right?!?). So I was 2 min late but called in for curbside pickup because I have 2 kids (1 with autism and one toddler) so curbside is easier. This mean Hispanic woman named Laura picked up the phone and said they are pretty busy- only one person in line and I need to come in. Well guess that's the last time I order from you guys. Service sucks and so do the employees that work there. BTW plastic is toxic and leeches through the food paper takeout boxes are better! read more

Our family eats here regularly and we love this place! The staff is very kind and the service is great. Jesus is top notch as well and stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed.
