This bubble tea shop is a lifesaver because it stays open really late. Even on weekdays they're open until 11 PM, and on weekends they go all the way until 2 AM--which is pretty rare for bubble tea spots in San Francisco. The flavor itself is pretty average (minus one star since nothing really surprised me), but they do offer a wide variety of drinks. Plus, everything is definitely Instagrammable. When I visited around 9 PM, the shop was surprisingly quiet. Service is quick and no-fuss, which I appreciate when I'm just popping in for a late-night fix. Since there isn't really seating, I'd say this spot is best for to-go.

I was craving boba, so I checked to see what was nearby. I was excited to try Lilikoi but was a little disappointed with my milk tea boba. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, and the milk tea tasted a bit watered down. The tea flavor wasn't very fragrant, and the boba was just alright. It wasn't very chewy or soft. I wonder if their Hawaiian style drinks are better based on the restaurant's name, Lilikoi

Locked door, no one inside, security cameras on.

We love the boba tea here, but today we ordered online, got a text that our tea was being prepared, and confirmation from Lilikoi that the drink was ready. When we got to the location, it was clearly locked up and closed with no one working inside, the security cameras pointed at the door, and packages outside! They are clearly not open. Unfortunately they also provided no way to ask for a refund, so now I have to contest via my credit card to get the money back for a drink that was never made! It's ok to close just update your sales points and don't send confirmations that you're accepting orders and making drinks.

Sakura Crema Milk Tea w/ Honey Boba

Very cute, Hawaiian-themed place. I really like the drink selection here. They have horchata, ube, matcha, and sakura - all of which I love! There aren't many places that have sakura, so I had to try one of the Sakura collection drinks. I ordered the Sakura Crema Milk Tea w/ Honey Boba. I placed my order on the kiosk. They didn't have the option to change the sweetness level, so I asked the employee if they could make it less sweet. They said yes, with a little hesitation. I think they just added less sakura crema to make it less sweet. If I had known that, I wouldn't have asked for less sweet because I wanted to taste the sakura. The sakura was subtle, and the drink was still pretty sweet. The boba had a good texture and chew. Overall, the drink was good.

I was so excited to try the sakura milk tea series but was sadly disappointed. When you arrive, you order via a kiosk and when I saw them making my drink, I was confused because the base looked nothing like tea, it was so dark it looked like coffee. When I tried it, it did not taste right at all, but they insisted it was tea. It did not help because the employees only seemed to speak Spanish. I asked if instead they could make the sakura matcha and I had to ask a few times because they wanted to charge me for both drinks. I asked for the matcha to be less sweet, but I don't think they understood that either. My friend who ordered a mango drink said there were toppings in her drink she never ordered. It was overall a poor experience and I messaged them on Instagram and they promised to remake the drinks complimentary if we came back but I have not heard back from them.

    Tropical and ube

I stopped by on Halloween night, and it was a bit chaotic since only one person was working and the wait was long. Even so, the staff member handled the crowd well given the circumstances. I was happy they had Ube, and since I wasn't in a rush, I didn't mind the wait. We also tried a tropical boba, which was pretty tasty. Seating is very limited, so it's mostly a takeout spot--I would've appreciated some comfortable seating. I hadn't been here in over a year, and the menu looked different from what I remembered, so I was glad to have another option for Ube boba, which can be hard to find in the city.

    Lychee Mojito and strawberry slushy
    Serena M.

Cute place with a fun menu of items. It didn't seem particularly special or "housemade" with many fresh fruits (they use syrups, purées, etc like many other drink places), but the flavor pairings are enjoyable. We got the lychee mojito and strawberry slushy (don't remember name) and they were both yummy. On the sweeter side! There was only one person working, so I am assuming it can take a little while if the place is busy. You order off of an iPad in the front of the store and there are a few chairs to sit inside.

    Hannah C.

This place was super good! I really loved my strawberry lemonade with lychee jelly. The service was fast and worker was friendly. I ordered on a tablet when I arrived which was streamline and efficient. The interior is cute too. Check this place out if you're nearby.

One of the only spots open for boba around 12:30am on a Friday (Sat). There are 3 ordering kiosks available, two in the front upon entering and one on the left side. I chose to "make my own drink" and did a honey oolong tea with POG base, 24oz and light ice. The drink came out to be around $8.50, which is lowkey steep considering there weren't even any toppings added. The only positive was how quickly the drink was ready, but after tasting it, I knew it was a 1 star. You can't taste any of the actual tea base and all of the additional flavors being advertised in the "POG" add-on literally don't exist. My friend also gave it a try and said drinking a cold water would be better. Even though it seems like these are their signature drinks, I would not recommend getting any of the fruit drinks. I was surprised the place is rated as high as it is, but it's probably because their milk based drinks are probably better. I hate to give such a low rating, but I think this actually might be the worse drink I've had from a boba spot.

    Holly J.

the drinks are good! but the service was slow since there's only one person working & there were quite a good amount of people there. so it makes sense that it would be on the slower side

    matcha horchata, ube horchata
    Amy T.

I am normally a milk tea kind of girl but I can tell that their specialty lies elsewhere here based on all their smoothie options so I had the smaller sized matcha horchata. no option to select sugar level but the staff was nice to take my accommodations verbally. they should definitely make it an option on the kiosk as well. surprisingly not too sweet (my friend had the ube horchata full sweetness level and said the same, I did not personally taste it to confirm though) and it was lovely. I do wish there is more blended ice since it is described as a smoothie which usually is icier, my drink was definitely melted. Would definitely come back for the same drink or try something else.

    Creme Brulee, 24oz
    Lauren L.

Crème Brûlée and Thai Tea Had a craving for boba and landed here. We went kinda later into the evening on a weekday. The creme brûlée was crazy sweet and if that's what you're looking for, this is definitely for you. Thai tea was also solid, wasn't super creamy but definitely had the flavor profile. I don't think I had insanely high expectations for this but it met the standard and would visit to try the poke next time too!

    Mango Almighty
    Vivian L.

My friend ordered the mango almighty smoothie and I had a taste of it, and it was super refreshing and good! You order on the iPad and they'll call you by your name when your order is ready. Service was quick too. They played good music as well. I would go back here for that drink and to try out other drinks too!

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.

She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, after witnessing that interaction, I do not plan on returning. Please teach your staff to be polite and understanding.

Over the years, though, I found myself going less often. The menu just didn't feel like it gave me the best value, and I never quite figured out an order that made me excited to come back. Recently, however, I discovered their protein bowls, and they've completely changed my opinion. Being able to build exactly what I want makes all the difference, and it finally feels like you're getting a meal that's tailored to you rather than settling for a preset option. If you've written them off in the past, I'd actually recommend giving them another shot. The protein bowls have become one of my favorite healthy lunches. For around $15, you're getting a meal that's packed with protein, fresh ingredients, and honestly feels like a much better value than a lot of other healthy chains. It's hard to find something that's this macro friendly, filling, and still tastes genuinely fresh. One thing I've also noticed is how welcoming the staff always are. Whether I've been to the Corte Madera or Marina location, everyone has been incredibly friendly, and they're happy to answer questions or make recommendations. More than once they've surprised me with a free cookie or another little treat, which is such a thoughtful touch and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. I also like supporting them because, while they've grown over the years, they're still a business with local roots. It's nice to see a company that started here continue to serve the community, and I hope they continue to do well. Another thing I appreciate is how fast they've become. Even though the food is made fresh, it often feels just as quick as grabbing traditional fast food, except you're leaving with something that's actually nutritious. For me, it's become a great alternative to places like Sweetgreen when I'm looking for a high protein, clean meal that doesn't break the bank. If you're looking for a healthy lunch option and haven't been to World Wrapps in a while, I'd definitely recommend giving the protein bowls a try. They've completely changed my perspective, and they've earned a spot back in my regular rotation.
