This Pinkberry is located at the airport. I was sad I couldn't pour the froyo or toppings myself. It just took away from the overall usual pinkberry experience. They do give you plenty for a small though! Mine was packed high and I got to choose three included toppings (I got all fruit of course)! They only had three available flavors. It was a lot more icey which made it colder but lost a lot of the flavor. Staff was friendly!

Good Froyo and Smoothies, Friendly Fast Service. Airport terminal vibe, but refreshingly surprisingly quiet like a library in this terminal. Located deep within the far reaches of Terminal 2 "D" gates is a tiny outpost of Pinkberry next door to "The Plant" and Peet's Coffee. After scanning the simple menu of either Froyo with your choice of toppings (that they apply for you), I went with a large (12 oz??) Strawberry-Banana Smoothie. The nice lady put in a ton of strawberries before blending everything. It was on point just like how you would get this outside of the airport, though it seems about a couple of dollars more expensive, but hey, that's expected of airport pricing.. :/ Verdict: On point.. Not bad.. gets the job done! As this is still less expensive than other choices, Pinkberry stays on my list of prospective eateries whenever I'm here in Terminal 2!

Yum!! I had a tummy ache and needed something easy to digest before my flight and was so happy to see a frozen yogurt shop near my gate! Service was quick and pleasant. I just got a simple cone of two flavors, but you can also get toppings. Very clean. Price was high, but it's an airport so I anticipated that. Be sure to leave a tip in the tip jar for the staff. They are working hard and did a great job!

You get 3 toppings for free and it ends up around $9.44. The frozen yogurt is lightly tart and sweet without being sickly. It is a little bit more icy than my preferred froyo texture, but it was a great sweet treat while I was waiting at the airport.

Marilyn P offers excellent customer service, and I always look forward to visiting this place whenever I'm at Terminal 2. Their yogurt is also incredibly delicious.

Great trip to pink berry before our flight, Marc is the best!! Favorite SFO snack during a flight delay

Marilyn was so amazing to me and my boyfriend, she was very helpful and gave us exactly what we wNte! i would definitely recommend this place

Marilyn P made my day today! Her smile and cheer (and understanding of my love of chocolate toppings) has brightened my day. Keep up the fabulous work!

Marilyn did a perfect job! Quick and friendly service. Made my first trip to SFO very enjoyable.

I've been here about 10x since my last review because the tourists we take to Japantown always want something from here. The soft serve is so good now. The most recent flavor I got was yuzu something and it was smooth, creamy, and had a nice yuzu flavor. The fish cone is pretty good, I enjoy both types the regular fish shaped cone and the mochi version. The mochi version is indeed mochi. I wish they would use an unscented floor cleaner because the smell of the cleaner is really strong and wafts out into the area where people order at the kiosk and wait to pick up their ice cream. It's an unpleasant fragrance to smell while you're waiting or trying to enjoy your food. They've finally added more tables outside the shop where people can hang out and eat their ice cream. They could add even more tables and chairs, and there'd still be plenty of walking space.

The shop is always packed, but they have completely eliminated customer service by forcing everyone to order through a kiosk. Worse, the soft serve isn't as good as it used to be. The matcha flavor was incredibly weak, and the black sesame was way too grainy, weak and lacked any depth. The biggest issue was a major hygiene and professionalism fail. Despite using order numbers, the employee at the counter ignored them and handed my ice cream to two other customers. When they realized the mistake and said it wasn't theirs, the employee just took the ice cream back and handed it right to me--with zero apology. Passing along food that other people have already handled is completely unhygienic. Japantown has way too many amazing dessert spots to waste your time and money here. I won't be back.

Once you finally make it to the front, make sure you already know what you want. The customer service feels pretty rushed, and there doesn't seem to be much time to decide or even enjoy trying different flavors. I understand keeping the line moving, but after standing in line for 30 minutes, it would be nice to feel like you can take a moment to decide what you actually want. The offering choices are quite good. We both decided to get cups with two scoops, the same- one scoop of Stracciatella and one scoop Butterscotch Creme Brûlée. YUM! What a good combination.
