Pizza here is the best in Gilroy, wish the place was like, when they were on Monterey road.

They don't offer places to sit inside, and they also had no napkins or plates for people who have to eat in their cars due to traveling!

We like pizza sometimes. And When in Gilroy we go to Pinocchio's. It's usually real good. But this last time. Yesterday was absolutely awful. And the manger wasn't very polite! I know we all have our days. But when you work with the public. Customer service is JOB 1. Lousy pizza and bad service lead to going elsewhere. Jus sayin. Ordered: Hawaiian and Combo Supreme Pros: Toppings galore, crispy bottom crust on Hawaiian side Cons: Garlic was uncut and though plentiful, undercooked. The pieces were mostly raw. Terrible first experience and customer service. My boyfriends coworker was talking about how this is his favorite pizza spot in town, so I was SO excited to order some for our picnic date. When I got to the restaurant I held the door open for literally 10 seconds while I got off the phone with my boyfriend (who was calling me to remind me not to forget the ranch) because I did not want to be rude and walk in there to pay while on the phone (I hate when people do that). But turns out I shouldn't have cared because the lady at the front counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. As I said, I LITERALLY held the door open for 10 SECONDS as I was hanging up the phone and this lady who looked to be in her late 60's with short grey spikey hair SHOUTED with so much attitute, "CLOSE THE dOoR!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time I've eaten here in 10 years. When you walk into their pizza parlor it smells great, must be the smell of roasted garlic. The service was friendly. For the pizzas themselves, ordered two. Cheese and Supreme Combo. The crust was light and crispy. All toppings were well represented. Sauce was really nice, not overpowering. Has a real family atmosphere to it all. I like this place. I cant say enough good things about this place! Ok, yes pizza is BOMB, CALZONES are Bomb, Salads are BOMB. But .... wait. ... ok the MEATBALLS. They might change your life. The sauce is one of those things that you are kist monding your own business and thwn you think of the meatballs n sauce and you start thinking about how to re-arrange your whole day around going to get some. Yeah. THAT GOOD. They are run 100% by Family, which is really admirable and Old School. And what a kind and loving family they are. I wish they bottled that sauce. First on the phone she told me it was 30.25. Usually you tell the customer the total so they know how much to pay when they get there! I expected it to be a few bucks more since we ordered a ranch and side of jalapeños. Butt turns out my total was 35$ with change. And a side of jalapeños is not pickled jalapeños it's fresh jalapeños. Which they should clarify! Never, in my many decades have I had a bad experience or a bad order here. Family run and so friendly and pizzas that are the best and it doesn't take an hour from ordering to pick up like other places. They don't do deliveries and won't find them on DoorDash but their food is so good that I I'll go get my pizza there looking pretty awful and not care (in a small town you really don't want to be caught looking like you have just risen from the dead). Quite a treasure in the middle of this garlic town. We live in the east bay and we've always wanted to come by and try Pinocchio #2 due to the good Yelp review but everyone seems to be tricked! This place is totally awesome! The food was supreme - we ordered a medium size Supreme Combo for 2 people. It came out to around $20 with tax. We were really full and very satisfied with this excursion dinner. I also do want to comment on their pepper; it has a really good spicy kick to it! Never again! The woman taking the order (Older Lady) was very short patient lightweight rude! I wanted to order 3 single slices. I wanted two with mushrooms and olives, one with pepperoni and bacon. I was told mushrooms & bacon we couldn't get w/slices, you can only order from selective items of precooked toppings. So I chose pineapple/olives for the veggie slices, and sausage/pepperoni for the meat slice. I was Floored when I got my order & they literally just threw those toppings on top of a cheese slice.
