This is a cute spot. Located in the Ala Moana hotel it was nice to try something different. It's very trendy and dark inside the restaurant so don't forget ur glasses if you're an oldie like me! I had the Scottish eggs which were breadcrumbed and stuffed with pork. Great as an appetizer! Extensive drink list options and good service. Happy hour available, check it out!
As stated on their website, Pint + Jigger is Hawaii's longest running craft cocktail, craft beer, and whiskey bad for over 13 years. Wow! Last day on Oahu and Randy S. and Sheryl M. took us on multiple stops. One of which being Pint + Jigger! I had ordered a Bright & Sunny (a Dark & Stormy - Hawaiian Kohana agricole rum with ginger) while sharing some roasted brussel sprouts, thick cut bacon, and buckets of fries. Great sips and delicious bites, all conveniently inside the Ala Moana Hotel.
My wife and I checked out Pint + Jigger on our last day in Oahu before we had to head off to the airport. Located in the Ala Moana hotel lobby, the bar is not the easiest to find. We made it in time for their happy hour, which runs every day of the week from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There's a "sous vide Old Fashioned" on the Happy Hour menu that I ended up ordering two of during my visit. I thought the Old Fashioneds were stiff, spirit forward, and not overly sweet -- just the way a well-made Old Fashioned should be. For only $10, it's hard to beat. I was tempted to order a cocktail off their "pick-me-up" menu, a small set of cocktails that are made with a 72-hour cold brew coffee, but decided against it since I would be taking a red eye later in the evening. We got seated at the bar and the staff we interacted with were nice and attentive during our entire visit. The only thing I didn't really particularly enjoy about Pint + Jigger was the atmosphere. One part of the restaurant looks like a classy upscale whiskey bar, with bottles that stretch from floor to ceiling and a sliding ladder to access the rare bottles located at the top. However, the other side of the restaurant looks like a Dave and Buster's, with a shuffleboard table and multiple large TVs broadcasting sport games. It feels like they're trying to cater to all audiences -- which is fine, because they're located in a hotel and that's how you capture more customers. However, if you're looking for a more relaxing vibe, you might want to look elsewhere, since it's entirely up to chance if you'll have a family with a screaming child halfway across the restaurant.
Less than satisfactory experience with P and J this evening. There was almost an hour between when we sat down and the last members of our group of 11 getting their meals. There seemed to be confusion early on when servers tried to give us someone else's meals and then a simple chicken sandwich too nearly an hour to get on the table. My salad with chicken was a salad with a chicken side. My "rum and coke tall" was a regular rum and coke. The server never tried to "up the sale by asking if I wanted a second one (note to owner, I wonder how much per year that is costing you in lost sales). To see two of our group have to sit that long while the establishment figured out how to complete their order was just unacceptable. My suggestion if you are considering P and J, perhaps try somewhere else.
We had a wonderful date night at Pint + Jigger. We made a reservation through the OpenTable app and they seated us right away. Our waitress, Sinclair, kindly helped us navigate the menu letting us know about upgrades that have been recently been made to their salad. They have a speakeasy that will be opening in spring 2026. Bonus tips: -Kamaaina get 10% off. -OpenTable dining credits do not work here.
Cocktail bar located very close to Ala Moana and connected to the hotel of Ala Moana located inside in the corner. We met up here on a Friday night with all of our friends for some drinks. The kitchen was open and some of our friends ordered food like fries and chicken strips. A lot of people got espresso martinis, I got a tequila soda, other people got beers and cocktails, we sat in the long table area and it was pretty busy. There was a service charge for our large party. I left a little earlier than the group but they also got moved to the bar area. One of my friends left his card there and they were accommodating at letting us pick it up upon closing another night. Not too sure about parking, you can probably park at the Ala Moana parking garage and walk there.
Finally made it to Pint and jigger at this location so convenient at ala moana hotel. Definitely walking distance from ala moana mall. Very nice entrance way so many different types of alcohol to choose from and large selection of draft beer including local brews. The the Old Fashions were delicious. The highlight of the night was the beef check ragu pasta. It was delicious! We also got the house salad with buttermilk fried chicken that was also delicious! The service was really good, they were all attentive and friendly. It was a really nice dining experience. Ill definitely be back for the ambiance, food and large selection of drinks.
Pint + Jigger has been on my " I want to go to" list for quite a while. Aaand, We've now come here twice, in just a few months. Once was for my husband's birthday, and the second was for dinner after going to the Trial of Fears. The service was great, and fast both times. We all lloooved the chicken sandwich! And you can never go wrong with any of their old fashioned drinks. I tried a couple different ones, and they were great! Th WALL! The wall of liquor is amazing to just look at!! And oh, the bathroom walls are chalkboard! Love it, love, love it! Awesome place for date night, or to hang out with friends. There's also a shuffle board too. We didn't get to play, but it's there.
First timer for me! Went for retirement gathering. The place was bigger than I thought & I absolutely loved the decor & ambiance. That wall of whisky bottles blew my mind! It's AMAZING! We had heavy pupus which were pretty good & I even indulged & got a drink! Our server was so great keeing up our party of 40+. Would definitely come back!
Wow!!! this place is still on my mind, I think I tell everyone that talks about food or drinks about this place!! The selection of bourbon is the biggest on the island. They can be costly but cool to see. The food is off the charts amazing! This has been the best bone marrow I have ever had!! It melted in Your mouth, I want more!!! The Scottish eggs were amazing, never had them before and now I know I want them! We ended it was the bread pudding that was the best ending to the meal! All I can say is go! The chefs are on another level!! Their food is some of the best on the island so far! I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes!
We had Sunday Funday at the Mai Tai Bar, and our bartender Nick recommended we come to P + J. It is located in the Ala Moana Hotel by the mall. I had a batanga w/ Mexican coke, while my friends sampled the extensive whiskey selection ( over 100). One of my friends is a whiskey aficionado and has been on the Kentucky bourbon trail. He really liked all the distilleries represented at P + J. Julia was an awesome waitress. She was super friendly and informative on the wide selection of whiskeys available. Regarding the ambiance, its very cool in here. There is a whiskey wall that I would love to have at home. A secret passage leads to a speakeasy that is due to open later this year. I will be on O'ahu in Sept. I hope the speakeasy is open at that time so I can check it out.
Came here for the first time with my friends. We ordered the Bucket of Fries, Whiskey Flambéed Mushrooms, Seafood Cakes, Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Bacon, and the Blackened Marlin Sliders. For drinks, we ordered this beer mojito, Smoking Gun, Mixed Emotions, Mesquite Smoke Manhattan, Prime Thyme, and the Iced Irish. Everything was delicious. The sliders were very flavorful, but a bit spicy, but I'm weak in the spicy area lol. The mushrooms were crazzzzy good. The seafood cakes were fancy looking, but it was ok like the fries. The brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked where it wasn't mushy, but had some life to it lol. Overall, a bit pricey, but everything was quality. Presentation was awesome and the ambiance of the whole place just gave off a chill type of vibe. Lots of liquor choices on display. Staff is super friendly and fast. I don't remember our waitress's name, but she had glasses and a large origami crane tattoo on her right arm. She was awesome and recommended all the good food and drinks. Lots of parking in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, but be careful about where you park because there are signs posted about paid parking.

I haven't been to pint + jigger since their old location so I was excited to check out their new location! Parking was a bit tricky as they do not validate or offer valet and if you want to pay to self park it's $35! So, we ended up parking at Ala Moana and walking over utilizing the walking bridge on the second level by Macy's. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks, everything was delicious. Our order includes: fries, waffle fries, a shrimp and a mushroom appetizer. We ended up just getting glasses of wine which were great however, they are definitely know for their whiskey drinks which looked fabulous. The highlight of our night however, was definitely the service. Our server was so friendly, easygoing, helpful and upbeat. I would go back simply because the service was so wonderful. Reservations for 615 pm on a Friday. Seated immediately in a high tip/booth , water glasses & menu dropped off within minutes. Ready to order & nobody was around to serve us. Flagged someone down. Expressed our concern & our server swung by within 5 minutes. From there on out we received friendly & personable service. Food was tasty, fresh, made to order. Drinks were great. Nice area on the side for a private gathering. Noise level was what's to be expected for a bar They're in the process of creating a speak easy. Would def come back to check that out! read more

This place was ok. I loved the location and was looking forward to having drinks here as they highlighted themselves as a Whiskey Bar. I liked the various drinks, but I really was expecting more out of this place. Service was slow and compared to the other bars in Wakiki, this place was just hype. I would recommend going to Blind Ox, BLA, or Wild Orange instead. read more
This place is amazing! Booked reservations a week in advance. Nice place for after work drinks, food, and saw a lot of small parties enjoying their time there. Atmosphere is pleasant, bar area, high top seating, and also bench area for larger parties. A bunch of drink options, appetizers, and larger entrees. Definitely a place where you can share food. The fries were delicious, really fresh, hot and crispy. The fried chicken had a nice kick too. The whiskey, scotch, and bourbon selection is great and lots of local beers on tap as well. A wall of brown libations! Literally! Bourbon your thing? Pappy's 10, 12, 15, 20, 23 or maybe some Four Roses Limited Editions. In the mood for Rye? The best Whistlepigs are here. Single barrels, cask strength, limited editions, independent bottling. Bruichladdich Black arts and limited edition cuvees, Hibiki, Nikka, Yamazaki. Want to drink something else? Beer, yes, 20 on tap with many local breweries and more in bottles. Mixed drinks at very reasonable prices ie a properly stirred old fashioned $13-$16 depending on your call. Also an impressive selection of amaro with an even more impressive bartender who was extremely knowledgeable in said libations. Food is OK. No complaints on their signature waffle cut, BBQ seasoned fries, fried pickles or massive albeit over cooked burgers (ordered mid rare, came out well done as per usual in Hawaii restaurants). Bartenders are eager to share their knowledge, make suggestions, provide free samples, all while delivering amazing customer service ie, offering to hold one of our parties open beer in the cooler until she was ready to drink the rest. Huge props for measuring ALL drinks before dispensing. One annoyance, reservations remain very hard to get, requiring a month of preplanning for the best times but it was apparent that at large number of tables were not bookable online and instead reserved for walk in hotel guests. Best bar in Hawaii? Close but no. That distinction is held jointly speakeasy The Blind Ox and Wild Orange but hands down winner for the largest selection of brown libations in the State. read more
After spending a couple of days at the convention center for a conference, I didn't want to drive home in traffic, so my friends and I decided to stop in to Pint and Jigger. This was my first time in the Ala Moana location and it was fantastic. The space is open and inviting, the service was outstanding. The people behind the bar know what they are doing and do it well. We ordered a few things to eat and they were all delicious. My favorite was a toss up between the scotch egg and the seafood cakes. I came here for brunch this past Saturday and honestly, this place is ok. This rating is also just off the BRUNCH food. The ambiance was really cool with the huge wall of alcohol behind the bar. It was empty so service was fine. The brunch menu is kind of small and nothing really stood out to me to wanting to really try. I opted for the Monte Cristo because it sounded interesting - deep fried sandwich basically. I honestly didn't know what to expect flavor-wise. It was like eating a regular turkey sandwich (I subbed for no ham, all turkey), with really sweet batter and really sweet berry compote. It wasn't really a great combo in my opinion but that's just me. Friends got the fish and chips which is always good. The fish was soft and moist and had all the condiments fish and chips need to have. Other friend got the frittata and she said it was also just ok. I know they're known for their alcohol so I went with a brunch must have, lilikoi mimosa, and it was honestly one of the better mimosas I've had. Perfect balance of lilikoi and champagne. Overall, again this place is ok. My friend said their dinner menu is better which I believe. I'll make sure to update this once I come to dinner, but in the meantime, brunch might be a pass for me. read more
My family and I went here for dinner about a week ago and the food did not disappoint. We ordered many dishes off the menu. The seafood cakes were crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The applewood smoked double-cut bacon was paired with this delicious corn relish that had just the smallest hint of heat from the pickled jalapeños. The whiskey flambéed mushrooms looked like a simple dish, but had so much flavor. The pork tenderloin was so juicy and tender. We also had the shrimp bruschetta, the bone marrow, and the bread pudding with the candied lardons for dessert. This is the first restaurant in Oahu that I have seen lardons in a dish, let alone a dessert. I was excited to see that! Lardons add such great flavor and texture and hopefully they can be utilized more on the menu. The service was great! Lucy was our server, but the whole team works well together. Any time we finished a dish someone from the crew would come around and clear the plate quickly. The only thing that put a bad taste in my mouth was to find out that Pint & Jigger does not validate your parking if you valet with the Ala Moana Hotel where the restaurant is located. Signature Steakhouse, which is also located in the hotel, will validate your parking. It is odd that Pint & Jigger does not. read more
The world food travelers stopped off at Pint & Jigger in the Ala Moana Hotel. It took a while to find the place ... the male half of the duo doesn't ask for directions and the better half was given erroneous information. It's in the Kona Tower of the hotel on the ground floor. We were seated at the left end of the main room, just before an area that can be curtained off for private parties, on a bar seating. The drink menu (the larger of the two) is in various fonts and it took us a while to find suitable cocktails. We prefer a bottle of red but there weren't any on the menu and I didn't ask. So, a Moscow Mule for the lady and a Hendricks gin & tonic for me. We ordered the Brandy and Bacon Strawberries, Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts and the Marrow of Bone (2 bones) to start. The strawberry dish arrived first ... It looked like dessert. Pieces of strawberries and bacon in a brandy sauce with a dollop of strawberry mascarpone. The bacon was delicious! The pan roasted Brussel sprouts arrived next and they were sweet and well charred. The sauce from the strawberry dish was great on the Brussel sprouts. The bones were petite; we've had larger at other places for less money. They were accompanied by eight pieces of toasted baguette with shredded pecorino cheese atop. This dish was fine but not special. Another drink was followed by the Whiskey Flambéed Mushrooms and the Mesquite BBQ flavored Waffle Fries. The mushrooms tasted like escargot; we liked this dish! The fries tasted exactly like BBQ potato chips. I never use ketchup but the Mesquite BBQ powder on the fries made the ketchup taste like BBQ sauce. We topped off our meal with the Chocolate Stout Bread Pudding. It came with pieces of candied bacon and some kind of clotted cream on top. I don't like bread pudding but I loved this one. Final thoughts ... I wish we had a larger table to make it easier to place our food and drinks. The food is interesting in a good way. My least favorite dish was the bone marrow; mainly because there wasn't enough marrow in the petite bones. (I only needed one piece of toast.) And, I wish there were a greater selection of wines. 5 stars for the massive selection of whiskey and beers on tap. If you're really into it,ask for the list of whiskeys in the leather binder. Old fashioned with rye was our fav. Bourbon old fashioned was on the sweet side. New old fashioned is very, very sweet. Bright and sunny was a nice refresher- kinda tropical with a ginger kick. Menu has a curated selection of bites and mains. We enjoyed the mushroom crostini and the salty fried pickles with our drinks. Service is quick, friendly. Walking in on a Friday at 5 was no problem. And we love the location at the Ala Moana hotel- Starbucks in the morning to wake u up and an old-fashioned (or 3 ) to end your day. read more

If you're looking for a rare whiskey selection, this is the spot! My hubby was able to taste Pappys here! That's over a $1000 bottle so this was an opportunity he couldn't miss out on. 1.5 ounce cost $60 (eeek!) but he was super happy. They have so many rare whiskeys it's pretty mind blowing. We were able to make reservations online very quickly. Note that I don't think this place takes walk ins so best to make a reservation. As for food, the fried pickles were delicious! The egg thingy was not that great... lacked flavor and was missing some acidity. It came with some cucumbers and it tasted super plain. The burger also lacked flavor... was missing some seasonings on the patty. The fries here are super good so make sure you get those. The bbq fries tastes just like bbq lays chips! I love the ambience here and the selection of drinks is amazing. I ordered a mocktail and they brought me a non-alcoholic mojito. Loved it! Such a cool bar we will be back! Also, the coolest thing is that you get kamaaina discount if you show your Hawaii ID! 15 percent off! I would have given 5 stars but our server was a little slow. Nightlife in Honolulu, Hawaii... Pint & Jigger was a popular bar that used to be on King Street - next to Jimbo's. I didn't really care for it because it felt crowded and dark. When Dan O. said that there was a new location at the Ala Moana Hotel, I wanted to take a look! Luckily, he made reservations and we went! (The reservation had to be booked way in advance and sounded a bit complicated to get.) PARKING: it's kind of tricky because some parts of Ala Moana Center are not free. Just look for signs and be careful. I parked by The Lanai, walked into Macy's and exited through the door closest to the ramp to Ala Moana Hotel LOCATION: on the ground level of the Ala Moana Hotel. Go through the hallway of shops near Starbucks and you'll see a huge sign after the archway SERVICE: we were well taken care of by Sophia. She was pleasant and efficient! FOOD: I had the Stout Burger. It had beer cheese! I could taste an exotic flavor which turned out to be Guinness! I liked it! The quality beef patty had a slightly charred, crisp outer layer and was moist and tender on the inside! The Stout Burger came with amazingly crunchy French Fries! I couldn't stop eating them because they were so good! The perfect touch of salt made the middle of the fries a bit sweeter, smoother, and creamier - maybe I was imagining it? ENVIRONMENT: we sat in the Game Room where patrons could play American shuffle board. The furniture was picnic bench style. Other tables and looked "normal" - didn't have to climb over a bench. I was afraid to lose my balance, so, I just sat on the edge of the bench! The decor was really impressive! The wall of bottles was awesome! The barrel decor was appropriate! Crazy experience here. Came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and his family on vacation. The music selection is nice and the alcohol selection is fantastic. What a shame though. We sat at a table, ordered some food and four drinks, one per person. The drinks took forever and it wasn't even busy. I got a Moscow mule which was 90% ginger 10% everything else. I felt like I took five ginger shots back to back. The table next to us had an extremely intoxicated person who was throwing himself around everyone at his table. When will the bartender cut him off? That's not the worst part. We had a horrible server. He was white with blonde hair, I didn't catch his name. I ordered a hamburger and asked for the buns to be replaced with lettuce- and I asked for extra lettuce as well (not because of calories, I just prefer lettuce). So he says okay, brings our food, I get my burger and there is one melted piece of lettuce on the bottom and one on the top. It is melted because of the heat from the patty. I don't mind, I know he's not in the back cooking it- it's not his fault. So we call him over and I ask for extra lettuce for my burger and he says okay. 10 minutes goes by and I don't get my lettuce, so we ask him again to bring it. We are being kind, keep that in mind. He comes back, with ONE singular small piece of romaine lettuce. I say thank you, but my boyfriend's brother is shocked by his attitude and the fact that he brought one piece of lettuce. So he asks him again, nicely and with manners, "Sorry, can we get some more lettuce I believe she asked for extra". He then walks off with attitude and brings back another small piece of lettuce and just drops it at the table. This happened another time, so three times in total. We were honestly in disbelief because we didn't do anything to him. We also gave him the benefit of the doubt because maybe he was having a bad day, but this doesn't justify not bringing us more lettuce. Also ordered fries that never came because he forgot to put it in. He was not attentive at all to our table and we saw him goofing around with his coworkers. He acted like he hated us, not his job. We have all worked in the restaurant industry and we know how important tipping is, but with this service, we did not tip. Sorry. read more
The old Pint & Jigger on King Street was so amazing I recommended it to everyone I knew. We couldn't get enough of it and had to talk ourselves out of going to often! Breakfast was actually a real favorite of mine and my kids', but cocktail time was a favorite for me and my girlfriends. The frickin pickles are still the best here - and I've tried them a couple different places now. They've (thankfully) reopened in the Ala Moana Hotel, and we were so excited! I've been twice now - once for breakfast and once for cocktails. They no longer have press pot coffee, just brewed. Still really good. I got the biscuits and gravy with a side of over easy eggs. Like so many places now, the eggs were nowhere close to over easy - they were definitely at least over medium and tending toward over hard. No gooey stuff in sight. My biscuits and gravy were fine, but I did not have the urge to ask for more gravy like I used to. My gf had the burger but didn't have too much to say about it, unfortunately. It was beautiful, though! When we went for cocktails I ordered the smoking gun like I always do (my fave!) and my friend ordered a gin drink and later on, an espresso cocktail. The cocktails are divine, and may I say, wine just hits different! We were more than a little tipsy when we left after 2 drinks each! We ordered the frickin pickles, which never fail to disappoint. Like ever. I'd come back here just for those. We also got the Brussel sprouts with just cheese, no bacon. Ok, I've had these before at they were off the chain. Like, we had to get another order. But not this time. This time, they had the consistency of previously frozen Brussels (or steamed), no crispy bits, literally hardly any taste at all. No enticement. It still comes in the cast iron skillet, so that was a little confusing - and frankly, kind of a bummer. The pros: tons of parking. Beautiful setup. The frickin pickles! Efficient, attentive staff. The cons: parking is paid (scan the QR code; it's $6 for 2 hours at Ala Moana Center). The ceilings are quite a bit higher now, so it loses its intimate feel. TONS of screens for watching football and such, which gives it more of a sports bar feel. Seems like slightly less seating. Like I said, I'd come back for the frickin pickles alone, but I sure hope they nail down some of the other things on the menu to make it as awesome as it used to be. I love that all the drinks are still amazing, and that they still have the same awesome aloha (plus online reservations- except for brunch; just walk in for that) to give. I'll be waiting! read more

Pro tip - make reservations or prepare to stand. You're welcome. . For the gram - sit at the bar for the best view of their bottle wall and TVs (my personal preference). . Foodie fav - FRIED PICKLES and the SCOTCH EGG. . Tipsy fav - PRIME THYME - (I love gin). . I just came here with my husband and friends last weekend. As a fan of their old location I was excited to come to try their new location inside the Ala Moana hotel. We ordered a lot of dishes so we could share. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the fried pickles, mushrooms and the burger. (The burger was one of my favorite dishes at their old location and it still is very good!) Lots of drink choices to accompany the yummy food or vice versa! The interior and decor is cool and creates a fun atmosphere. Overall, I'm so happy that they are back serving amazing food and drinks! Happy eating and drinking! read more

Stopped by this place while staying at the Ala Moana hotel for the weekend! I was not sure what to expect but I absolutely loved the place The drinks were amazing, the food was great, and the guy helping us out was super friendly. Aside from all of that though, the atmosphere was nice and it was pretty entertaining being able to see the workers use a neat sliding ladder to get bottles off the big wall they have in the back! I can't wait to come back again and try out some more drinks sometime!!! read more
Great place for beer and whiskey lovers! Food is hit or miss depending on the item. I came with two other friends Tuesday evening around 6:30. One friend called maybe an hour ahead and made a reservation for us, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The first thing you notice when walking in is their huge bar stocked with what looked like 200-300 types of alcohol. It's so tall that they need a ladder to reach some of the bottles! This is reflected in their alcohol menu, which has a great selection of cocktails and beers. For the full list, you can check their website, as they have one of the most extensive whiskey and scotch selections I've ever seen. For food, we shared the whiskey flambéed mushrooms ($11) and the scotch egg ($11). Both were fantastic. For my main, I got the fish and chips ($24), and that's where I was sorely disappointed. They use different fish depending on the fresh catch of the day, and for the day I came, they used blue marlin. I've never had blue marlin before, but I did NOT like it fried. The meat was super dry and hard to chew, and I had to take small bites to make it more palatable. Another disappointment of the evening was being told that they were out of the frick'n chicken sammie when we tried to order it around 7 pm. Fortunately the summer skillet ($17) my friend ordered instead ended up being pretty good as well. read more
Pint + Jigger! This is my second time at the new location in Ala Moana Hotel. I was able to try more food items this time. We parked at the mall on the far side of Macy's (there's an entrance to the hotel on the second floor.. There was a new-looking sign there stating that we had to mobile pay if we were going to the hotel.. We paid almost $7 for 2 hours to park at the mall... I feel jyped!). Anywhooo Pint + Jigger is now located in the back left corner on the ground floor (past the little shops). The ambiance is dark, woody, whiskeys lined up sky-high on the wall.. Basically very similar to the King St. location, but larger! Since we came in on a weeknight there were a few open tables & it wasn't very rowdy, but I can imagine it getting crazy fun in there! They have a huuuuge selection of beverages. I went for the grapefruit radler from Steigl - I know they sell it at Whole Foods but I really do like the fruity fizzy grapefruit goodness! Here's what we got.. Seafood cake: Really good! Came with 3 cakes with no option to add on a 4th, but that's fine. They were a good size & we were able to split them between 4 easily. Packed with plenty of seafood! Whiskey Flambeed Mushrooms: Definitely didn't read the menu well so was surprised to see the crostini, but it was a wonderful surprise! I wish there were more mushrooms loaded on there but the garlic parmesan spread was everything. Pan Roasted Brussels w/ Feta Cheese: I wish there was a bit more kabocha sauce & the brussels were roasted a tad more. Others on the table had the Marlin Sliders, Pint + Jigger Burger, & a special pork tenderloin, all of which got great remarks. Overall a very good vibe - we liked our server as well. I had an amazing experience here. The owner and workers are so friendly and accommodating. The food is spectacular. My friends and I happened to try almost all of the appetizers and none of them disappointed. This is definitely the kind of place to go to if you enjoy hanging out and drinking while eating out. The service was surprisingly quick despite how packed it was inside. I could tell the servers were working extremely hard and were passionate about their job and enjoyment of this place. I really enjoyed it too so I'd love to come back again! There's also TVs on the wall playing different sports which I found very entertaining. It gave my friends and I another thing to talk about. I'd give this place 5 stars for the food alone but I think it deserves 5 stars in every aspect regardless. read more

Second time coming here, this time I had a little food. Thought about driving up to the front of the hotel and have valets take my car, but not sure if they still had that service or not. So we self parked in the shopping center on the wrong floor. I always have a hard time finding the connectiing pedestrian bridge from Macy's to the hotel. The bar is also somewhat of a hidden gem. There are no signs in the lobby that a bar is way back around the corner. You have to be a GPS or Yelp sleuth to know. We arrived at 530pm on Saturday and got a table with chairs. I was glad we didn't have to be standing room only like last time. In fact, the bar was pretty empty at the time but by 630pm it was almost full. The ambiance is dark with wood barrels, ladder above the bar to get the liquor, shuffleboard, picnic tables, high top tables. A mix of tourists and locals various ages but somewhat a mature crowd with expendable income. Our tab for 4 drinks and pupus $80 ot bad for high quality. It sort of has a throwback feel and layout as the prior location but bigger. We got fried pickles, bread service (focaciaca with garlic honey butter), and mushroom bruschetta. The food is amazing gastro pub fare. Hubby had beer mojito using Heferweizen. Not sure if rum was also added or not but he said it was good. I had a cosmo. The speakeasy behind the book case was not open again. I want to come back for that. read more

It was my second time coming here and both times I had great service and even better food. For both visits I parked at ala moana and walked over. I booked my reservation online on their website, which was fairly easy. The first time I came to pint + jigger, I thought the interior was quite interesting and their whiskey section is pretty huge! I'm not much of a whiskey drinker but it was fun to explore their menu. read more
It's located inside the Ala Moana hotel, past the front desk and through the arch on the right, if facing Starbucks. The new location is very nice, but liked the old location prices, lol. Great spot to hang out and definitely need reservations during busy hours. Or you can do what we do, go midday, around 2 pm for seating at the bar. The famous Aunty Nadine C organized a belated birthday celebration for me with several other Yeeps at the newish Pint & Jigger in the Ala Moana hotel. P&J was a favorite neighborhood hangout for me when they were located on King Street in McCully. I have been here at the new location a couple of times, so an updated review of P&J is overdue. Located on the ground floor behind Aloha Scuba, P&J is now reservation only. Understand how that makes things easier for management to plan coverage and such, but miss being to spontaneously swing by the old location on a whim. We were seated in a comfortable rectangular end-table. As Yeeps were joining us on a delayed basis, us first three ordered first. I got the Fish & Chips this time. By the time our food came, the other Yeeps joined us and ordered their food. The Fish & Chips lived up to its name, 3 generously sized pieces of fish and a large amount of fries. With the added malt vinegar, fresh lemon, and tartar sauce, it was pretty good! I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it, so I'm glad another Yeep took one piece of fish off my hands. They shared their Scotch Eggs & Applewood Bacon salsa with me. A good trade! The Scotch Eggs were as good as they were at the old location, but the Applewood Bacon salsa stole the show! So good! I've had the Frickin' Chicken sandwich before. Despite its good taste, the fried chicken patty is a bit overwhelmed with the bun, lettuce, & slide of tomato. Another Yeep didn't care for her pork tenderloin, as the pork portions and the overall dish was on the small size. As good as the food is, the drinks are an equal portion of the equation. P&J has an impressive wall of whisky, with a lot of craft specialties. As it was a belated birthday celebration I asked for a neat shot of 4 Roses (my favorite bourbon!) single barrel, in this case 2022 Hawaiian Mafia (a group of whisky lovers in the local restaurant industry who pool to buy a single barrel). I've gone through the Kentucky Bourbon Trail twice, so definitely can appreciate its complexity and taste. All in all it was a great indulgence for a birthday! Their mojito was very good! It was strong and it was very flavorful with lots of mint leaves. I had their Moscow mule but I didn't take a photo. Probably the best Moscow mule I've ever had. It was loaded with ginger and I love the taste of ginger. It was strong and delicious. The lemon drop was too sweet in my opinion but it's just wasn't my taste. My partner asked the bartender to surprise him and that's what he came up with. It's good if you don't like tasting alcohol in your drinks. He said the old fashion was very good and strong. It's one of the best old fashions he had. I recommend coming here! read more

A friend of mine and I went to this spot to see what it was about. It's in a hotel near ward, I forgot the name of hotel but when you walk in, it gives you bar or pub/speakeasy vibes, I love the whole ambiance of it. The music that they play gives club vibes which I love even more. I didn't take a picture of the food but it was amazing and I really enjoyed it. I really came from the drinks to be honest. I ordered an Irish Cream and Espresso Martini which I've tried for the first time going here, which were both AMAZING. I had about 2 more martinis after that lol! Oh! Not to mention, the workers were very friendly. Overall, I give this place an 11/10. I love it and I'm making my way back very soon! read more

Terrible service; staff almost refused to fix the mistake THEY made. They seated us on a table first, then proceeded to tell part of our party they couldn't sit there because they seated another party at the other end of our table and miscounted the number of seats available. When they finally fixed their mistake, the staff took forever to come by to take our order, and we ended up having to flag them down several times to order food and drinks. Then, it took over an hour to get some appetizers even though the party that was at the table that came after us was done and left long before we could even get our food. Then, when it finally came out, we found a hair at the bottom of the dish. To top it all off, they rang up our bill wrong and were going to charge us for drinks and food we hadn't ordered.
