Cleanliness shows as balls are removed by staff and cleaned after each group finished a lane. Staff was friendly. Equipment worked. Seating is a bit limited, but not a big deal. Fiesta Lanes is super fun! My four year old requested a bowling birthday party so we headed to Fiesta! We went on a Sunday morning at 10am and were so pleased with the look of the bowling alley and service received. We had 12 people and were able to get two lanes together, which was perfect! It was not as dark and dingy as a lot of bowling alleys but lots of natural light. We ordered pizzas and pitchers of soda and the customer service was awesome! Pizza was also better than we anticipated from a bowling alley. My mom regularly bowls at a bowling alley on the east side of Tucson and was so impressed with the lanes at Fiesta! We went bowling after my first time at Whataburger... Wagers anyone? So my time in Tucson included bowling here at Fiesta Lanes. My experience of this place wasn't too bad. It was pretty jam packed despite it being in the middle of the week and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The only thing that's bad about this place is that that floor is extremely slick. I mean, really really slick. It got to the point where it felt like there was just a slight difference between the floor and the oiled lanes. I stuck to the lanes, and didn't really travel far as going to get drinks or any concessions. And because our group had a little wager going on, and I won, I didn't have to pay! So my experience was purely on the bowling lanes themselves and the ball. The seats were not too bad, a little old school but that's not a big deal. Would I ever come back? Sure, if I'm ever in town ever again. I enjoyed Tucson, it was a nice enjoyable trip and definitely with some bowling involved it was great. Just watch out for the floor and make sure you don't roll on it. read more

Cyber bowling $30 for 1 hour of bowling up to 5 people, not a bad deal right? That's only if your speed bowling ! So if you're planning on enjoying yourself put your shoes on, order your food/drinks then sign everyone in, because once the game begins so does the timer! If you stop for fun, have to wait on your buddy to pee or get drink, time is ticking! When your 60 minutes is up game over, even if your game isn't finished so taking little ones, guess what put up them bumpers cuz all them gutter balls take time! Sooooo disappointing! We used to love cyber bowling at Fiesta now it's just not affordable for family fun! James thank you for all your help buddy you're awesome! The Pro shop guy here is wonderful we drove 80 plus miles to get our balls drilled, my ball was a new one he did excellent. My friends ball was a reply and re-drill. He worked with us both and had us bowl a game a piece to make sure we were happy with our drills. My friend had a little issue he fixed for her right there. I don't know even know how to start, we were exciting to go bowling and the manager James ruined it all. Our lane 33 was not working and we paid for the hour so every time it'll stop our time kept running, we asked nicely to please change to other lane. He would answer really mean and kinda pushy, after the 3rd time we asked him to please do something to our lane he just sent another coworker to fix which didn't work and James just yelled at this poor coworker because our lane wasn't working. When we asked again to change our lane he told us "I'll just give you your money back and you can leave". I wish I could give a 0 stars to this place because of this manager. The way he was talking to me and just showing attitude was not it. I get that it could be frustrating but it was frustrating for us as well. read more

I was seriously shocked by the price to play for a couple of hours max. Guy at the counter wasn't the most pleasant person ever and it's not the nicest bowling alley in Tucson! I'm not expecting the food to be top grade but my burnt pizza was certainly a shocker. Bowling Balls are beat up and the alley needs a serious face lift to be charging these prices. Put your money where it counts and not in touch screen monitors. The Velcro shoes have got to go! Those shoes wouldn't even stay together. This location is good. That's about it. The prices for the food are on a screen but they charge more than it says they cost. The bowling balls are all trashed and they are spaced out to where you have to look all over trying to find the right size ball. And price? If you got 4 people on your lane it cost about 30 bucks per game. 30 bucks for 1 game! I won't be returning. read more

On a Friday morning, bowling Color Pins 4 lanes broke down. Bowlers had to move from lanes 7,8,9 and 10 to 19, 20 and up. The number of bowlers has increased a lot since Golden Pin closed but Fiesta doesn't have the infrastructure to support a crowd. More often than not one of the 2 urinals in the men's restroom is out of order. Today they were restriping the parking lot. How about putting some money into pin setter maintenance? The seating hasn't been updated since the bowling center opened. Many of the seats rock back and forth. They recently replaced all the tables on the mezzanine. How about doing something to help the bowlers with primary reason they come here, to bowl. When the fall leagues start they will be jammed in with the extra bowlers from Golden Pin. There won't be any spare lanes in case of breakdowns. They've got league bowlers by the throat and they know it. read more

Unbelievably horrible bowling alley. Everything is way too slippery, I'm basically falling halfway through my stroke. The only thing that's not slippery is bathroom, and that's because it's disgustingly sticky, with urine stuck to the ground. Food tastes like they found it in the dumpster, then heated it in a microwave, and drinks are wildly over priced for what they have to choose from. I would highly recommend never coming to this bowling alley. I know I won't ever again. read more

Wanting to change up the Thursday routine, we decided to go bowling after dinner. Headed here because its close to home, plus they had pay $6 and bowl all you want from 9-close (Mon-Thur, I believe). So, there was a little bit of a line but it went pretty good. Overall, its a bowling alley. Like most, its dark and a little old, but I don't think I would know what to do if a bowling alley was any other way. I did have to wait a few times for the bartender to get back to the bar, but overall, it wasn't bad. And why would I complain when I am paying $1.50 per drink? So, for two of us to bowl six games and have 3 beers each, it cost $25, tip included. And we probably could have bowled more if my arm wasn't getting sore. (Or if I hadn't been losing, but whatever). Overall, it was a good deal and I will probably be back. read more

Aside from the bowling part and the cost, I don't think I want to come back up here. This is up north so it is quite a drive. I love bowling and this place was a disappointment. The staff is not friendly; I called in advance to see if the place was full and they answered me in such a rude tone and sounded like they think I was pathetic. It was not nice.We went in to pay for it and stuff and no smiles, no actual greetings, they just kinda just sat there and placed on an attitude like, "we can't wait to get outta here." Had it not been because I was with my friends, I woulda left the minute I walked in there. Therefore, if the staff was more nicer and pleasant; this would been a 4 or 5 star rating. Ridiculous. Also, they claim to close at midnight on Friday but we were still bowling and other ppl were too passed midnight. We enjoy going to 9:30 pm late night bowling all the time. For $12, you can play unlimited until closing! Music is great, the disco lights are fantastic. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Everything is well equipped here. The bar serves everything you need from beer to whiskey. I saw that it even has jello shots. Their cheese pizza and fries are my all time favorite. One of the better set of lanes i have been to. I am from SoCal and this place has more tech in it and makes lanes out in SoCal look like they are stuck in the dark ages. Two major things that made these lanes stand out were the oil that held on the lanes game after game. However they keep these lanes like this i dont know but I have never been on a set of lanes across three states that have held consistent oil through 8 games. The second thing was customer service behind the front desk and the food counter/bar. Dani was my friend and I's server the first night we were there and then again two more nights after that. She offered incredible customer service!!! From good food to a charming personality obviously geared toward customer service at its finest, we will both definitely be back to bowl here read more

My work had a "Staff Appreciation Week" party of about 40 employees. The facility is clean, tables and chairs are plentiful and comfortable. The lanes and seating are nicely set up, lanes are well cared for. We had pizza which was New York style and VERY delicious. The staff was courteous and attentive. read more

Me and the family came in on a Thursday for a few games of bowling. When we showed up the place was packed with what looked to be league players (all have own balls and equipment with them). We asked if there was any open lanes we could use for a few hours. We where told there was one lane open at the very end and we could use that one. We got all set up and started to play. The bowling equipment is pretty good to be honest. It's not super modern but not super old either. They have plenty of balls to use and they make it easy for the kids with the bumpers on their turns only. I have to say they need new shoes though. These things have been used since the late 90s or early 2000's for sure. We also got some food which to be honest was pretty tasty. The few complaints I had is an error code came up that said we had to wait for a tech. It took about 15 min for him to show up. He clicked things on the screen and walked away with the code still there. So I called the desk and he said he was working on it. He could have told us that he was so we didnt think he was just leaving us. Then we wanted to play another game and the guy up front told us we had to leave due to league. He could have told us that when we showed up. If we knew we only had an hour we probably would have gone someplace else. Tucson is losing almost all their bowling centers which is bad for the average customer. The lack of centers means more league playing there and pushing out families. That also means they dont have to provide great service cause your options are limited. All in all it was a decent experience. Just with a few tweaks it could have been great. read more

The staff was extremely rude here. The wait staff at the snack bar did not greet us or say anything to us at all. She rolled her eyes and sighed when I requested napkins and silverware. The manager was also rude almost refusing to put up the guards for an 11 year old because it's only for "under 10". He was condescending and rude as well. When talking to him about the experience and how it was ruined but the terrible customer service he responded insincerely and sarcastically. Fiesta Lanes, is not anywhere near a sleazy or rundown as it appears from the outside. You know, the parking lot that is long overdue for re-pavement, all the beat up, POS cars in the parking lot, and the blue painted bus that has been parked there since the beginning of time. Not to mention, the name and neon signage is rather corny. You won't get shot here, I promise! This was my first time at Fiesta Lanes, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I should add, the only bowling alley I've used in the past has been Bedroxx. And although I enjoyed bowling there, it got to a point where I got sick of little kids running and making noise. I wanted an adult bowling time. And I got that here! The facility is well organized, clean, and resonably priced. The technology used on the alleys are EXTREMELY outdated, and the bowling shoes were, for lack of a better word, fugly. Those are the only complaints. Seating at each lane was plentiful, all with cupholders. There was a small, arcade/billiards area in the facility as well as food. Neither of those service we used. Maybe next time? Overall, this is a decent place to bowl, especially without kiddos running around. I'll be back! read more

Good clean fun. Went during the day from 4-530 the day after thanksgiving and had a blast. Setting everything up was very quick and we didn't have any problems getting shoes or a lane. I'll take off one star because it took a little while to get service at the snack bar, but the guys at the front counter were quick and helpful. We'll probably come back again. Fiesta Lanes is a reasonably priced bowling alley and a good place to bowl at, but the service is not good. I remember waiting for several minutes for the attendant at the front desk to acknowledge us and provide service. If he could have acknowledged that we were there waiting, then I would have felt differently about my experience. The concession stand is just as bad. You can tell that the employees working in the kitchen hate their jobs. It took forever to get their attention. If you want good attentive service when you bowl then fiesta might not be a good place for you. read more

We bowled at the Fiesta Lanes this past Saturday afternoon and found them to be most agreeable, bright and clean. The music was a bit loud at first, but when we told the desk staff it was turned down. A very nice and convenient place to bowl. read more
