    Lots of beer

Great outdoor area with live music. Although we weren't a fan of the "folk type music" that was playing it was still a nice time. Food is great tasting and reasonably priced. Service was great and suggested some beers. My husband would've liked to have something other than IPA type beers but we made do!

great place overall. cant go wrong with a brew and a snack after a hike. not a fancy place just overall it checks all the boxes

The ambiance is wonderful. Especially on live music nights! Food is excellent. Large patio with heaters and coolers.

Cubano was a great sandwhich and I loved their beer battered fries! I loved the outside seating area but a majority of the cushions were dirty and had no cushion to them it was hard trying to find somewhere comfortable to sit. I'm not huge on the self service ordering but understand for the venue it makes the most sense. The bartenders were very nice and there was a good selection of beers and wine.

Do they have a list of what food trucks are there during the week? I haven't been here yet. In fact found it by accident.

    No more food trucks

    Do they serve food?

They just opened their kitchen and started serving food in house. Trying it for the first time now!

They got back to me right away and were very friendly and encouraging that they'd help me out. When we got there, it wasn't busy at all, so we didn't need a reservation. It was a bit disconcerting that the hostess didn't know anything about me having the reservation, but like I said, it wasn't busy at all. We put a couple tables together and had all the space we needed. The large garden setting was spacious and lit by strings of lights which created a nice ambiance. Every table was in the shade by the time we arrived, so if anything, we should've dressed warmer. Our server was friendly and answered our questions. The menu isn't huge, but there were a couple of things I could have with my dietary needs. I ordered the chili burger on lettuce instead of a bun. I upgraded to the Tuscan salad for my side for an extra $4. I asked for some ranch dressing on the side for dipping my burger. My hamburger was very well done, almost to the point of being burnt on the edges. It was hard to cut with the plastic knife I was given. The tiny bit of Tuscan salad was disappointing. It tasted ok, but was definitely not worth the upcharge for the amount I got. So, my meal was disappointing and unsatisfying. The people we ate with would probably rate the place higher than I did because they enjoyed their meals and I didn't hear much complaining. My husband got the Reuben with fries and enjoyed it. The sandwich had a sweet taste to it, perhaps from the apple on it or their sauce. The ones who ordered nachos got a gigantic portion of those. When we got our bill we saw that there was a charge for the little side of ranch dressing. It would've been nice if they'd told us when we asked for it. It might be fun to go back when they have live music.

The food is delicious comfort food. Simple menu done right and came out super quick. The pulled pork with slaw was amazing! The fried apples are a MUST - I was drooling smelling them from our table. Our server was friendly and quick even when the lunch crowd picked up. She told us about all their offerings including live music they host. Check out their website for schedule- with the string lights and good drinks it sounds like a great time.

So the building looks dated and so are the turn into the business/parking lot, but don't let that stop you from great food and service. The first thing I need to own is that it's a shame I hadn't visited here before. We arrived at 5:30p and both the bar and patio areas were packed - standing room only, and no wonder. They have one of the better happy hours (daily! 3:00 - 6:30p) - able to accommodate both the slacker and the over-timer Lol. Basic drinks are all discounted such as house wines, well drinks, and beers. Their bottled wines and craft cocktails are all exempt though. Many of their appetizers are also discounted and some quite substantially. We grabbed a glass of the house cabernet ($6, normally $8) and the grilled shrimp wrapped in jalapeno bacon ($13, normally $20). NOTE: happy hour pricing is Only available if you order/consume at the bar or on the patio and that's clear in advance, and understandable. The dining areas were only half full at this early point (but filled up by 6:30) and the host kindly encouraged us to enjoy our starters at the bar as she would hold our table. We were then sat near the "back" of this long venue and frankly, aside from the lone windowed table at the very front, this would be my preferred seating - cozy, intimate, with only five other tables around us. For dinner drinks she got an Italian Nebbiolo Bricco Magno Red Blend ($13/glass, reliably terrific/mellow) and I got the Chupacabra ($15) Mezcal/prickly pear cocktail, strong and excellent as well. We got an additional appetizer: the roasted bone marrow ($19). I had never had marrow before but she raved about how good this can be if done properly (bonus, it is super healthy). Folks, a picture/worth a 1000... suffice to say this was simply outstanding! We both had long work weeks and were craving meat - just a damn good steak. Our waiter, without blinking recommended the 8oz bison filet mignon ($65) as his absolute menu fav, and then the day's special: 14oz ribeye ($50). We ordered each. All dinners come with two sides and we each got the day's special: roasted half artichoke and she got the loaded baked potato while I got the mashed potatoes. Food arrived about 15 minutes later at good temperature (warm/rested with a strong char) with each being accurately grilled (medium and medium-rare). Taste was outstanding. Neither one of us had bison filet before and marveled how it (subtly) added a "wild" edge to an always outstanding, lean-but-tender, cut of beef. The loaded baked was terrific, however, the mashed was the only disappointment... a plainer mash one could not make themselves - pure white and borderline dry, no milk, butter, egg, gravy(?), nothing to make it creamy or add any flavor dimension - a surprise frankly. The only other "critique" is that the dessert menu could add some kind of dark/chocolate concoction. All in all, though, we loved our experience and have decided to add this to our periodic special dinners rotation! Staff was outstanding - just the proper balance of attentive and quiet - and waters never went below half empty. Parking is free and plentiful, especially behind the restaurant (and yes, if you continue on around the back there is another long entrance/exit driveway that comes out the other side of Jimmy John's and Noodleholics.

We asked if the patio was available and we were quickly seated outside. After being seated we proceeded to wait, wait, wait; in the heat without any service. It's warm and it would have been nice if they would have brought us water at least, if they were that busy they shouldn't have seated anyone outside. We finally got tired of sitting in the heat without anyone coming out. It started to sprinkle and our patience ran out. We left our menus and our silverware on the table and went inside the mall to cool off and get something to drink. When we came back out to leave they were packed outside with people--food--and drinks! So, they forgot about us. Can't comment on the food, but the service was horrible to say the least. They obviously don't pay attention to their customers. We will not be going back.
