The space is bright, modern, and relaxed, with clean lines, warm wood accents, and an easygoing neighborhood feel that strikes the perfect balance between casual and lively. The service is excellent too. We went straight for the Cheesy Knots, and I honestly don't know if I've ever had anything better. Warm, cheesy, garlicky perfection that disappeared far too quickly. We shared the Burrata and the Field Mushroom pizzas, and both were outstanding. The crust had that ideal balance of crisp and chewy, while the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully paired. I've also had the Grilled Broccolini and the Shaved Kale Salad on previous visits, and they've been consistently excellent as well. I am done now with this Pitfire Pizza in West Los Angeles. They just don't listen and I am done having my order screwed up. This is not hard. We went there for pizza and pasta. The prices are high for what you get and they just can't get your order right. We ordered a pizza with no sausage on one half. What we got was sausage everywhere and I hate their sausage. It burns my mouth, for some it may be fine, but for me it is a painful experience. I was so very clear and I have the person behind the counter repeat it. The rest of the pizza was fine, but my meal was ruined. This is supposed to be artisan pizza, it is not. It is often burned to a crisp at the bottom. I went to Pitfire pizza for a birthday party and here are my thoughts. The pizzas that were ordered were the Margherita, pepperoni and the cheese pizza. There was also a salad. I didn't try the salad but it looked very fresh. The pizza was thin but it didn't have the cardboard taste you sometimes get with thin pizza. It also helped that the toppings part was pretty thick. As far as the service, from what I was able to see, it was great. The staff was very attentive and helped as best they could to make the special day, special. The ambiance was loud but not overwhelmingly loud. We were able to talk to each other without having to yell. They also had a tv near where we were sitting so we were able to glance at the World Cup game that was going on so that was cool too. Overall, this was a very nice pizza place. Called up and the manager said there was no notation and we can't be giving free pizzas away after I told him our experience. Rude condescending manager with an attitude. Highly recommend. STAFF IS WONDERFUL! I had an issue with parking and one of the exemplary employees, Zach, helped me out. Nice casual atmosphere with ample interior and exterior seating. Family and dog friendly. We sat outside and is was great to see young kids playing together and people and pets very relaxed. Food was delicious (we had the chicken appetizer and even ordered an extra pizza to take home after trying the first one). We went on Friday evening at 5pm and it was easy to find a seat outside (which we prefer). Around 8pm it got pretty busy but service was still good. This place was really busy and I knew it was gonna take a while to get my pizza. There were already like four people waiting for pick up so I walked up and I ordered and my order was taken. I was given an appropriate amount of time to wait so I ordered a froze, sat by the bar and waited for my pizza. I love pitfire and if it's the same one, that's where the other one is located, they're both amazing, but this pineapple express really had me intrigued. The place was full of couples families just all kinds. It was a great mix of people a little music playing in the background. You can watch the chefs do their thing. I love the Ambience... This is for the Pitfire on Westwood Blvd. WTF - are you Fin Kidding me - you sent us home with three RAW pizzas. Friday night - 7pm - we got three different pizzas and side salads. Also got two sides of grilled chicken. The Pizzas were RAW. The chicken was RAW in the middle. Also - we were told our order would be ready for pick up at 7pm - but we waited an extra 30 minutes while they took care of the food delivery drivers. Rude. We had to re cook the pizza in the oven and guess what - it was absolutely disgusting. We had Pitfire once before and it was good - but this was criminal bad bad bad. Service was also oddly rude. I want my tip back and I want my $140 back. I understand crappy food - but RAW food at these prices is not OK - even if it's a crowded Friday night. We will never return. read more

I was very excited to order pitfire pizza last night after not having it for a few months. It has always been one of our top go-to pizza places. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill since the last time we ordered. First off it arrived cold. But in fairness,, it could have been the delivery service. Good pizza, but a sleazy 3% fee (misleadingly called a "Happy and Healthy Surcharge") is added to every bill. Yes, they do post a notice at the register and give the customer the opportunity to decline the fee, but attempting to guilt people into paying an extra 3% that allegedly provides "sustainable" income to the staff is a great way to make customers feel manipulated and unwelcome. As if inflation isn't bad enough already. I loved the unique pizza options they offered and really enjoyed the environment when I went in, even if I didn't sit down and eat there myself. It was very quick service and my order was ready before the time it was supposed to be so I was happy about that. Now on to the pizza. The first bite was something special and my gf doesn't even eat pizza like that but she was mind blown by her first bite as well. All the flavors went well together especially the Hot honey pizza I got which featured sausage and bee pollen! And my gf's field mushroom pizza was incredible as well for not even having a traditional pizza sauce on it.
