We stopped by for the first time. We started with the garlic bread and ordered 3 pizzas. I'm forgot to take pictures for f the bread but see below for the of the pizzas. We went relatively early so it was still slow. We were able to order right away food to about 15-20 mins, Bread came out in about 10 mins. They don't come check on you or anything, it's a order and they bring it out to you kinda place. They have water and silverware/plates in a couple different places so you can grab. Any Togo boxes or cups you need to all for. Staff was nice. Would definitely try it again. read more

Had time to kill before our movie and saw Pitfire nearby. We loved the open air aesthetic and decided to give it a try. My son and I were blown away. We split the Honey Bear pizza- it's a wild flavor combo that is so crazy it just works perfectly. Cheese, sausage, chiles, honeycomb, and a drizzle of honey. An excellent pizza!! After being declined service because my dog was trying to settle in and understand his surroundings from lazy dog and that's exactly what their staff was. I went nextdoor to pitfire. I wish I asked for each staff members name they were just all sooo welcoming and loving to my puppy if you have a dog I highly recommend!!! Even the customers were so loving to my puppy. We stopped by here before our movie. We loved how open and airy the space felt because of the huge windows. All the servers and waitstaff were helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They greeted us with a smile and let us even sample some of the beer on tap to pick the ones we wanted. The food was legit. Our favorite one was the mushroom chicken pasta. Wow typical service issue now a days I called ot place pick up for 8 pizzas for my team at work - The guy on the phone asked me to hold I literally wrote this review while I was still on hold started after 15 minutes. They have a charge they add to any online order which is ridiculous they state - "There will be a 3% Happy and Healthy Surcharge added to your bill. This charge is not a gratuity, but rather supports our ability to provide sustainable earnings and benefits for our team. If you would like it removed from your bill, please call the restaurant to place a phone order." Total woke ridiculous policy. Look, you pay the employee what you want to, but do not charge and additional fee for forced tip and relabel it. If you want to lower your cost that is not your clients issue talk tot he vendors and make things ore efficient or be accountable and add it to the cost of the pizza - I am buying a pizza not a personal staff member ........ Not everyone deserves a trophy. So I called when I told the guy today at 5/23/2025 at 4:40 pm His name was Alan. I said I was going to place an order for pick up, you could noticeably hear his apathy his voice changed and he threw me on hold for 20 minutes then they picked up and hung up the call???? This is our go to place before a movie (It's in the same center as our favorite movie theater) or whenever we crave pizza. We always order a salad and pizza. It's always fresh, flavorful and a good portion for the two of us. We try different pizzas every time and every one of them has been delicious. The crust is satisfyingly chewy. Service is always friendly and helpful. Lots of TV's showing multiple things, great location close to the movie theater or Honda Center. Bright, cheerful and a nice patio with a fire pit. read more

If I can leave no stars I would! I placed a to go order and when received the food the WINGS COMPLETELY cold. When ordered I asked for utensils TWICE I was given nothing , how am I suppose to eat Mac and cheese and spaghetti with no utensils, this was a group outing and when asked for a specific item it should be given, and to top it off an employee there name KIKI was completely rude, wants to have guests wait outside when waiting for food because I stated to him I received cold food items and no utensils he said " not my problem I will get you your wings but you need to go outside now" didn't know that's the way Pitfire is training their employees is insane to me. Really disappointed in our visit this evening. We have been here a few times, and the pizza does usually take a little longer to come out, but not even close to what we experienced tonight. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but after waiting 1.5 hours for our pizza, we decided to ask for a refund because we could not fathom that a pizza was taking that long to come out. Was really laid back for lunch on a Thursday but I imagine this place gets super crowded on the weekends. TVs are around the restaurant so we enjoyed watching a few Olympic games while eating. This place is super family friendly and both our kids loved their kids meals. Always a win when both kids eat their meals and don't complain. My husband and I each got a lunch special for $19 which is Salad or Soup, fountain drink and small pizza. My first time ordering from Pitfire. Ordered a Margherita pizza for delivery via GrubHub. It arrived ahead of schedule - which is good! When I opened the box, I was wondering what had happened. It was a cheese pizza with 4 basil leaves on top. The Margherita pizza is my go to - every other one I've had any where else has sauce, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzarella cheese. There were no sliced tomatoes, so it was a cheese pizza with minimal basil. Disappointing to say the least. Then I went on line and checked the description - and it was exactly as described. No tomato slices. However - it was a delicious cheese pizza - very nice sauce, hand pulled crust nice and crispy, not too salty. Will I order there again? I doubt it.
