Alright you got to love pizza etc. A very good, reliable, and convenient place. I'm not too much a fan of their pizza, but nonetheless not the worst pizza I've had. All the other variety and selections of food they have are great, and the portions given r amazing, perhaps even superfluous haha. Another great thing is they are open late in comparison to other places in the area I would definitely definitely suggest this place to anyone. Also you got to try the super beef. Unique, fulfilling, and Fricken great. Throw on almost anything u want with ur beef and you got a great sandwich. However stay away from their onion rings, they give a huge portion, but you mid is well be eating straight onions, all of the outter layer of what makes an onion ring an onion ring falls off. All in all a great and convenient place. If your starving late night or even mid day I would def suggest this place over a lot of others. read more

As others have said, this is the best of the MANY pizza places in the Brighton/Allston area. I've had both the pizza and calzones, both are above average. The sauce has good flavor, and the thickness is about perfect. Not much else you need for good pizza. The calzones are pretty big and have good ratios of cheese and other toppings. They are pretty quick to deliver, and will bring a portable credit card machine, so you dont have to read it to them over the phone. Thats a plus, much more secure. read more

The subs run from pretty good to great. I think the chicken parm has to go on the top of the "great", followed closely by the meatball parm and steak and cheese. Bread is fresh and tasty, service is great and the place itself is nice, with a couple of big booths to sit around if you like. Prices are a bit lower than a few other places in the neighborhood. The pizza, however, isn't so great. Not terrible, but definitely not the best around. They are pretty generous with the toppings, though. This is officially our new go-to delivery option. We got it in under 30 minutes, and the food was really warm. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly, but it was sort of hard to hear them when I was ordering (but not impossible). Now, on to the food. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious--not too crunchy that it just disintegrated when you bite it but not so soft that it's just plain bread. There was also a very large amount of cheese on it, which I appreciated. There perhaps could've been a little more garlic, but I'm not complaining. We also got the boneless honey bbq wings, which were excellent. There was a lot of sauce, and to be honest, I was floored by how large the wings are (we devoured this and the garlic bread before we though to take pictures). The honey bbq was a good mix of sweet and savory; if you're a bbq connoisseur, I'd call it more of a vinegar-based bbq sauce. Last but not least, the bbq chicken pizza. It was also delicious; although I don't think it uses the same honey bbq sauce. There's also no onions or anything like that, just cheese, chicken, and bbq sauce. However, don't let that fool you because it's still delicious. All that being said, I think my bill pre-tip for all of this was something like $24?! So, I'm shocked at how cheap that was. read more

I've had a couple pizza's and calzones from here, they are pretty standard, no surprises. The only reason for the three stars is because of the quality of pizza in the direct vicinity. My last calzone from here was oddly not cut, rendering the consumption pretty difficult; I mean its ok pizza, but i'd encourage you to branch out and give all the spots in Oaks Square a try to make up your own mind. read more

Everything I've gotten from here has been a tasty, big portion at a very reasonable price. Big props to them for sticking with putting kalamata olives on the Greek Salads....seems like a lot of places nowadays cheap out and do plain black olives. I've been living in the Oak Square area for 5 years and this is my go to spot for delivery. The pizza is always a hit and you have to try their steak bomb sandwich. I live in Oak Square and this is my go-to place. Excellent pizza place, have enjoyed it for years. My usual is a large cheese pizza and an order of boneless bbq wings, it is solid every time.. Didn't think I - a self-proclaimed pizza snob from NY of all places - would be writing a glowing review for a suburban Boston pizza joint that was open at midnight. But a tip of the cap to you "pizza etc". Even a full day of brewery touring didn't curtail my scrutiny of the late night dinner you provided, and I could nary find a fault. Two pies, one meatball and onion, the other buffalo chicken, both very good. Evenly cooked, sufficient size with good toppings. $27 for both, excellent by my local standards. Only gripe, down here we put our buffalo chicken on white pizza, Pizza Etc put there's on their regular pie with sauce. Not bad, just not what I prefer. I live right up the hill from pizza etc and I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Admittedly, I only get 1 thing off their menu but they do that 1 thing SO well: meat lover's calzone sans hamburger. The calzone is a HUGE portion and it lasts me like 2-3 meals depending on how hungry I am. When you cut the calzone in half, there's like an inch of all meat. And it's just meat and cheese. The marinara sauce comes separately which I actually prefer anyways because it doesn't make the calzone soggy for when I eat it later. Pizza E is a 1 minute walk from my house in oak square. This is not the best pizza I've had by far but they seem to have a system that works. The food is always ready in no time at all and the staff are pretty friendly. I usually get the Greek salad which is yummy and filled with lots of feta cheese. My fiance gets the steak sub several times a week which he is a big fan of clearly!. Overall... I'm glad to have a solid place like pizza Etc. in the neighborhood I hope there will be one as good in my new neighborhood in Braintree. read more
