We ate here for the first time and received HORRIBLE service. We received our pizza with no plates. When we asked for plates we received a grumble from the server and then he threw the plates on the table. The eating area was almost empty so there was no reason for this kind of service. In addition, we ordered garlic bread before the pizza and two loafs were brought to our table in the same manner. The bread was uncut, no plates and no utensils to cut the loafs ourselves. The food was mediocre and nothing to brag about. Bottom line, go somewhere else where you are treated as a valued paying customer. I would give them 0 stars if I could. There is no excuse for such rude service in a nearly empty restaurant I will not be returning. I will be returning to Stadium Pizza where the food and service are fabulous. read more

It really pains me to write this review as I've been eating at Pizza Factory and loving it since the 90s, but our experience was so ridiculous tonight I have to share. My family and I walked in to the restaurant a little before 5:30 on a Sunday and although the kitchen appeared to be fully staffed (6 people that I could see) no one greeted us at the counter and we just stood there awkwardly for at least 5 mins until someone finally came to the counter. We ordered a pizza and an order of spaghetti to eat in and drinks. There was a grease spot on the floor in front of the drink machine that both my son and elderly father slipped on. My dad let a staff member know and no one came to clean it the hour or so while we were in the restaurant. Seems trivial but the drink machine had no syrup in it so we had to dump our drinks and have water. When the pizza came out the spaghetti did not. We had to ask two different times for the spaghetti which took over 30 mins and came long after the rest of us had finished our pizza. There were only 3 other families in the restaurant at the time, 2 of which already had their food. No idea why the service was so terrible tonight, it was slow enough to take an order and serve it with ease. The food however was delicious as always but I'll stick to take out from now on, I'll never dine in again. read more

All-You-Can-Eat Buffet was good. Plenty of choices in pizza (about 8). Staff was helpful by changing the game to our preference. I would return. They were also very accommodating for our large group (nearly 20). read more

So I have been to pizza factory several times with my children for team activities without any issues. This time my team mom made a reservation and the person that took the reservation put it on the wrong day. We were there for our party and were told there was no reservation. The woman who was in charge, not sure if she was the manager was extremely rude. She told that it was our fault and that there was no room for us but if we wanted to stay we could sit at a booth. She did not offer any coupons and did not apologize for the mix up. Not going back there. Also the place is really small and it is always hot in there. Used to order from them quite a bit, we moved and now they won't deliver to our area even though we are closer to them now. Two people came on the phone and both were rude and then said its a new policy. Never again will I order from here, there is to many choices in this area to deal with rude workers. read more

My family and I have ordered pizza from here for awhile but my last experience was disappointing. I called for delivery and apparently they no longer deliver to my area. I called back and said I would do a pick up, and the woman Terry helping me was rude. I mentioned an online coupon that she was hesitant to give me even though it was on the website and someone on the staff said it was valid. After giving my order, which I was interrupted several times, she gave me attitude for not wanting to pay over the phone, her reasoning being that sometimes people dont pickup their order. I understand the precaution, but you dont treat customers that way. I was told pizza would be ready in 15 minutes (which is about how far i live away) so i stopped at stater bros to give a little extra time. Upon arriving, I was told that she had forgotten to put in my order and i had to wait and additional 10 minutes (seems like it was intentionally done to ensure payment). I call ahead to not have to wait... i hope they improve on their efficiency amd customer service. (They knocked off $2 from my order and gave me a soda to compensate but this will be my last time doing business with them) read more

This is our go to pizza place! We have only dined in a few times for the lunch buffet, which was acceptable but nothing really to write home about as far as selection goes. Their pizzas are fantastic! We order delivery three or four times per month, varying our selection from Pizza to sandwiches to salads and have never been disappointed! Their food is always consistently delicious, delivered piping hot and always on time. Special request, no problem! I like my pizza "well done" but not burnt and they managed to deliver it exactly as I requested! Their Greek salad is very fresh and delicious and they always add the green olives that I enjoy. Antipasto salad is also an excellent choice. not only has the lettuce and ingredients fresh but they don't skimp on the quantity of ingredients. Can't go wrong choosing their sandwiches. Want an ingredient left off or one put on? Never a problem with them. Want mozzarella instead of provolone? Done! and done well. Employees, whether on the phone, in person or the delivery drivers, are always friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of ingredients they use. Let me start by saying I always order my pizza from here and it's always been great, but today I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks and when the delivery came to my house the bag of breadsticks was drenched in grease as well as the pizza. The breadstick bag was dripping grease and the pizza box had huge grease stains on the box. When I opened the pizza box there was puddles of grease on the pizza. I was so turned off by the appearance of this food. They charge a higher price than most places which normally I don't mind but this time I felt like I wasted $27. read more

Their crust is outstanding.The sauce and amount of toppings is wonderful. We tried the buffet on a Sunday afternoon. As we walked up we noticed very loud screaming and yelling coming from inside...several football fans were in the dining room and the game was on the big screen. The screaming and yelling coming from the fans was out of control, at the top of their lungs and actually scared my 6 year old son. I understand that people love their sports teams, but it didnt seem to matter to the fans or the employees that it was very uncomfortable and chaotic for the other patrons. The next time we try it out we will make sure there is no major game on the big screen. I'm not blaming PF for this, just the general lack of respect of people these days. Horrible service in management. I had pizza delivered from them about 2 weeks ago. The driver forget the 2-liter bottle of soda I paid for and he said that it would be credited for the next time. Okay. Great. No problem. I call to order for tonight, and the supervisor/manager, Jackie, gets on the phone and tells me that I should have called it in. "Drivers do not have the authority to do that." Okay. So how was I supposed to know that? I gave her the exact date of the order, they have it on record, so why can't they just ask the driver rather than assume I'm lying. Then she says to me, "Well, we just don't give away things for free." Really? Well, it's not free, I already paid for it! Ridiculous! I've never been so snubbed before. I've ordered once before for a slumber party, $70; I ordered 2 weeks ago for another birthday party - $55. And here I was putting in another order for $40 and she is accusing me for wanting a "free" 2-liter bottle of soda? Really? Wow. I said to cancel my order and she says, "Fine," and hangs up. Incredible. Never again. UPDATE I received an email from the owner, Jack, the next morning. He apologized for the incident and spoke with the supervisor. I understand that people try to lie and cheat, but it shouldn't be assumed. The owner had offered dinner for me and my family, which was very generous, but I declined. I only want the soda that was owed. I changed my vote from a 1 to 3 based on how the owner addressed this issue. Thank you. read more

My family and I ordered a large hawaiin pizza for dine in, when we arrived we were greeted and given our pizza, but upon asking for cups we were rudely unattended to. The service was simply terrible and I was given attitude by one particular employee who refused to give me fountain soda cups for my brothers and I. The staff is very nice, I really have no complaint. But the prices are not listed, I understand why now. They are way to high for the quality of the food. We love this place especially during football season. The buffet is awesome as they offer different pizzas. Today was a little disappointing. My husband, daughter and I walked in. The girl at the counter made eye contact with us but didn't greet us and continued to talk with a coworker. After standing there for a bit she turned to us and asked us if we were ready. I tried to order out of the "awesome deals" they had pictured right in the front menu. The sign stated an "awesome deal" which includes 4 drinks and bread sticks, with a large supreme was $28.99. She gave a look that told me she had no idea what I was talking about. She told me an "awesome deal" was a large pizza with one topping. I repeated to her that I wanted a supreme pizza. She said for "extra" toppings it would $36.99. The menu clearly stated, vegetarian pizza $28.99. Supreme $28.99. 1 topping pizza $26.99. All I wanted was the "awesome deal" they have pictured on their huge menu when you walked in. She didn't bother to come around the counter to see what I was looking at. Instead, she asked a coworker who like her, had NO idea what I was talking about. I wish I can upload the picture menu here because it would be easier to understand. Anyways, I ended up ordering a pizza with two toppings. I just wish the service would have been better. If we come back, it will be a Sunday during football season.
