Real good pizza, good wings. Only complaint dining area could be cleaner. Cooking area gets away from them also.

Tried out Pizza Factory on Sunday and it was great. The last time I was there was several years ago when it was a different pizza place which was ok at best. What a difference the new business has made. Reasonably priced, great service and amazing pizza with great crust. Definitely beats Round Table and Papa Murpheys who I usaully get. Way too expensive for mediocre pizza. Was told 20 minute wait time. After 45 minutes, asked about my order. It had been sitting for 10 minutes but no one seemed to notice. Garlic from a jar and way too much. Soggy crust. Poor excuse of a pizza. $30 for garbage. read more

This is the final time my family will give this joint any business. Ordered a pizza, a calzone, and wings. Wait time 30 minutes. 20 minutes into the wait, 10 minutes to go, the boy calls to let us know somehow they don't have wings. How in the world does an employee not know what their current inventory is? How stupid do you have to be? This place isn't hopping, there isn't a crowd ordering up food to sell out within minutes. This worker came across as nothing other than an asinine utter fool. After letting us know they don't have wings, sans apology - seriously, he asks if we want our money back for the wings. Right little buddy, you go ahead and keep that as a tip for your steller skills. Pick up the food. Arrive home, the calzone isn't even close to what was ordered. Get back into the car, take it back. Forget having these morons try to make the order correct, refund instead. The boys working there think it's funny. Receiving incredibly poor service, without any appropriate customer service, kid employees laughing at their stupidity, apparently think it's cool that they can't even pull off a half a$$ed job. Regardless what the food may taste like (we don't know as what was left from the actual order was just tossed into the trash where it belongs), the customer service here is so immature, below par, that we will NEVER give this place any business from this point forward. I'm so incredibly sick of the attitude and zero customer service skills, always having to repeat the order on the phone because they can't focus long enough to get the order right the first time, never having the order 100% correct the first time around, that I'm sharing this disaster on social media, the Red Rock neighborhood, my coworkers, and anyone interested in why this place needs to be avoided at all costs. Best advice is to stay away from this sorry excuse of a business that employs trashy little ignorant boys. No doubt these boys are probably snotting on the food and laughing about it. read more

Always a good pizza. Take out is hot and ready when they say. Lunch buffet is good, but because local workers come there daily, the offerings of variety are small. Not their fault, just big appetites take big portions. Clean dining room, nice staff. Enjoy! read more

It has now been over a year since this business opened. I originally gave 4 stars with comments on their slow service hoping this was just because they were working out the kinks. However still slow service and many small mistakes here and there are kinks this business should have worked out in the first couple of months, but they have failed to do so. And new issues have come up as well : they list soup on their menu but everytime I ask the type they say they didn't make soup that day; they continue to make mistakes such as onions rather than olives on the pizza (which is not terrible except it keeps happening despite clear instructions) & their solution? Wait another 45 minutes for a new pizza or give us a coupon to come back again. Tempted to give twi stars but hopefully they will improve rather than decline. My husband and I practically live around the corner and with few food options in the north valleys you would think we would go here often. But because of our recent experiences it will probably be a good long while until we go again. Perhaps (if they are still open) they will figure it out in a few years. read more

Who doesn't love pizza!?! Better question who doesn't love Pizza Factory!?! We recently moved from the other side of town and were so happy to discover we were close to another Pizza Factory! We have dined in, carry out and had delivery. All three never...never disappointed. The cheesy bread sticks are a meal themselves. Yummy! We've tried a variety of their pizza. All delicious...my personal favorite is their veggie. And you can never go wrong with their wings! The salad bar is always fresh and stocked. They staff are usually young high school aged kids. But are always polite and fast. They offer daily specials. They are as pricey as Round Table but honestly serve a better pizza. Their delivery is fast...and the food is always hot. The restaurant area is decent sized to host a large group. They are located within a mile from the freeway exit...Super convenient if you are stopping on your way home. read more

Place my order on the phone I get there is paid a 45 minutes later supposedly they forgot I was there in the restaurant waiting , they give the food and it was all cold and and the bread sticks where like rubber, they need more attention to detail and communication between the all in the counter employees, I suggest give your customers a number as well as your take out customer , and please be a little more organized, other than this long complaint at times the food is great. Always our fallback on our lazy days...and it is a great place to eat! By far the best Pizza Factory around!!! We almost always get the Red Rock Pizza and it never fails to satisfy! And I'm not sure why the wings are so different, but some of the best BBQ wings I've ever had!! After a few other places failed at making their pizza places work in this location, you guys figured it out...and we reap the benefits!!! read more

Lunch buffet pizza is always old and not a lot of variety. Seems like they care more about the bottom line than the customer's options.
