This place is absolutely filthy... The staff is polite, but that still is no excuse for filth and the lack of quality that they provide. The floor was covered in filth and trash! I bet I would find a homeless guy living under the cash register counter reading a newspaper! I mean look at the pictures I provided. I was not pleased with the service I received from Pizza Hut. On my last order I was informed that cheese and pepper flakes would cost $.10 per pack, they use to be free...It doesn't sound like much but considering the cost of pizza they charge, you would think that a little thing like peppers and cheese would be free...if for nothing else good customer relations. Placed an online order for a large 3 topping pizza and two pans of pasta. I was able to use an awesome coupon online and that was a huge plus to me. My old local pizza hut never participated in any promos or accepted any of the really good online coupons. Ready time was estimated at 15 mins after order time, at 7:07pm. I got there around 7:00pm and all I had to do was pay and I was out the door. Pizza and pasta tasted as expected, service was fast, workers were friendly, and they got my order right. This place is the worst. I called to order a pizza and on the first time I was hung up on. The second time the person on the phone took my order. Got to the store to be told they have no record of the order. Called the call center back and was told from them they have no record of the order. This place is a total screw up and my advice is if you really want your pizza just go over to Domino's or another pizza place and don't waste your time here. About 10 minutes after the driver left the manager calls me to inform me about the driver urinating on doors that he delivered to. He openly admitted he was not going to reprimand this employee and when I said that's a Heath violation and ask for my money back in exchange for the pizza he said "tell your sob story somewhere else, I'm not giving you a refund or a new pizza". I hope both get fired and fined for health code violations. read more

Ordered a big dinner box and paid with tip on top of the delivery charge. Opened the box and one of the pizzas (pretzel piggy) was missing the spinach and balsamic drizzle. So I've given this joint two chances THIS week. I call a few nights ago and actually get a hold of someone on the phone. Ask for the stuffed crust rude girl pn other end says, 'we don't got any'. That's It. No apology no explanation. Nothing. Oookay. So I try again 2 days later and can't get through. Literally can't get a hold of them. We called more than a few times it just rang and rang. I have say I am very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. It is very apparent that whoever takes the orders from online do not pay attention to the orders. This is my second time ordering online this month and both of my orders were wrong. The first order l submitted an order for two pizzas and received three, now that may sound cool but I was charged for three even though my online order stated two. I told the delivery person about the mistake, his comment was, "well, you have three you might as well keep them" that wasn't the point! Now, that brings me to this weeks order. I again went online to place an order, two mediums a supreme with pineapples and toasted Parmesan cheese crust, the other was pepperoni lover with mushrooms and toasted Parmesan cheese crust. Neither had the crust I wanted and there were no mushrooms. I called to talk with the manager, l wad placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone. Horrible customer service!!! I called at 7:30 and placed my order for delivery they told me it would take 30 min to be ready. About an hour and a half passed by called them by 9:00 and asked what happened to my delivery they put me on hold for about 5 min and told me One of the drivers said I called to cancel my order told her why would i if you charged my debit card. She Said it would be voided and back in my account in a couple of days. Only thing they could do for me is place my order again and deliver it as soon as possible. I'm shocked by the previous reviews! This place was great! I placed my order online. We arrived 2 minutes after the time the website said our pizzas would be ready and there they were ready to go. As we got out of our car a delivery driver was walking in and he smiled and held the door for us. Everyone inside looked up and smiled. They showed us both pizzas before we paid!!! Don't come here unless you like the possibility of getting dog hair I your food!!! Pulled up to this Pizza Hut to see two employees outside playing with a dog and ridding around on a Razor scooter!!...?... Walked in to find plenty of employees inside yet no one seemed to be able to help us out. Finally a man came from the back to ring us up, as we waited the boy from outside with the dog came in, and went straight to the food and began to finish up our pizza. Then when confronted about the fact he just pet a dog then finished up our pizza he got a serious attitude claiming he never actually touched our pizza.......Why are outside playing with dogs and riding razor scooters in the first place??? Before the promo for the cheap food came out I ordered at least once a month from here. I started ordering the promo and noticed how small the pizza were getting, not to mention the sloppiness of the food. It never arrives hot (dominoes is always hot) and most of the time it's dry. The last time I ordered from here, it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get here, and despite the fact we provided a nice tip and received cold, dry, crappy pizza. I called the next morning and had a very polite and engaging discussion with a woman but she was confused as to why I was calling if I didn't want the replacement at that moment. She told me I can call whenever I'm ready for the replacement and that the order was on file. When I called the next night, I was rudely spoken to, as if I was a criminal trying to scam the company. I order more than a couple pizzas and expect to be treated like a valuable customer but that was not the case. The woman replied that she could not find my order and I needed to find my receipt. I told the delivery man I didn't need the receipt when he came. I stated to the woman on the phone that I had my email receipt but she said she needed an actual receipt. She said she was the manager when in fact she wasn't. I will never order from this place ever again....it was time to quit eating the nasty overpriced crap they sell. read more

Wingstreet is no joke. If you love chicken wings they got your flavour and then some. They have I believe like 5 or 6 different types of wing sauce and 2 or 3 different dipping sauces. Although there is no eating area it is a take out only spot, the wait was kind of long. But they have to get 5 stars for their quality. read more
