A piece of the Big Sur is $7.25 with pepperoni, sausage, chopped portobello, roasted garlic and green onions. It's the most meat and veg balanced piece I can find from the menu. There's a good amount of everything on the slice. I like their seating is at the end of the food court, which is a bit quiet and private and it's right next to the restroom. Service is very friendly. Even though only one of us bought a piece of pizza from them, they greeted us in and out. I didn't seem to find free cups of water anywhere, just curious if they've cut out that service entirely throughout the food court. read more

I love Pizza My Heart. But, this was not the best Pizza My Heart that we've been too. We were actually disappointed and wouldn't go to this location again. The crust was tough. It was as hard as a brick. The boys were able to poke holes in the cardboard box with the crust! The flavors also seemed a bit off as well. My Hawaiian tasted salty? The Manresa was drowning in garlic bits. Service was quick with limited slices on the trays. The staff seemed friendly. They just didn't look like they wanted to be there. The inside of the restaurant was very cute and was patterned after a surfers vibe or beachfront property even though we were in the city. It was quick and easy they had fountain drinks so if you're looking for a quick slice of pizza or a quick bite this is a great option. The location is clean, the staff were super friendly, but parking at Main Street can be a hassle so not ideal if you're in a rush. I ordered the Vegan Big Sur. I'd probably rate it 3.6 stars but that's not an option on here, so I bumped it up to 4. To preface, I'm not a fan of most vegan cheeses, so I usually steer clear of things like pizza since I haven't found a vegan cheese that I actually enjoy, especially when it's melted. I think it was around $26 for a small, so not the cheapest option; therefore, quality toppings are expected. The main reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that the overall flavor was way too salty for my taste. Aside from the pepperoni being a salt bomb, the pizza itself was very flavorful. I loved the mushrooms, the garlic, and the Italian sausage. The cheese was mid; my favorite vegan mozzarella is made by a company called Cheez & Thank You (but I only like it cold, not melted). Another issue I have is that I don't love when people use plant-based and vegan interchangeably because not all plant-based items are vegan. Their menu says "Vegan Specialty Pizzas," but the box says plant-based. I still prefer the standard non-vegan version. The plant-based mozzarella and beyond meat sausage just didn't quite do it for me, as a gal who loves the fatty savory tastes of real meat and melty cheese. But I appreciate that they offer different menu options, for those with specific dietary preferences and needs. I had no idea that the pizza my heart and Cupertino was still around! It used to be off Stevens Creek and De Anza and closed just before the lockdown. Then I found out this particular location was open and it was the same owner as the De Anza/Stevens Creek location! Lol the gentleman there told me that this establishment has been open since April 20 20! I had no idea! Every time I go to main street I always stay on that loop side by Philz coffee and 85°C. I'm sure glad I parked in the parking garage and found this pizza my heart! To my surprise they have vegan pizzas and gluten-free options as well!! The gentleman told me that every Sunday they serve all three vegan pizza by the slice! So I will definitely be back on a Sunday with all my crazy food allergies! I used to go to pizza my heart when there were located at Deanza and Stevens creek near Starbucks. Loved their Big Sur slices. But this location decor is even better. The manager there is super awesome. He knows what Customer service is. The pizzas flavor is incredible. We love the pesto which was super tasty. Kudos to all their staff I noticed some customers are not cleaning up after themselves. They would leave all mess with plates and food droppings everywhere and just leave. This isn't a full service restaurant. They are not paying for bus services nor tips. People should have some decency to clean up after. At least try to clean up their used plates and wipe the kids mess. read more

Good pizza, good service, terrible soda machine. I have been here twice; both times were on a Sunday around noon, and the place was surprisingly empty. The Big Sur is delicious; I love the amount of roasted garlic on the pizza.The staff are kind and helpful, but there is something wrong with their soda machine. The first time, I got a caffeine free, diet flavored (cherry or raspberry; I can't remember) coke, and it it felt the coke flavor was missing as if it was soda water instead of coke even though the color was right (brown and red). The second time, I got the caffeine free diet coke (no flavor), and again, the color was right (brown) but barely any coke taste. He came across as angry and standoffish from the moment we walked in, like he resented even having customers. Customer service level varies quite a bit depending on staff working on a given day. This past week I went on two separate days, ordered a gluten free pizza crust, with Maui Wowie toppings and non-dairy cheese. The employee who dropped it off to my table outside (upon request since my dog was sitting with me outdoors) decided it was okay to serve a completely burned crust all the way around the pizza. He walked away very quickly, went back inside the restaurant before I had a chance to bring it to his attention...would have liked to hear an explanation for why the whole pizza crust was burned when just days ago, it was not burned at all. No check from same employee to see if everything was okay. They don't make the rounds. Ended up getting a refund, ate what I could from the middle parts as it was my lunch break, and waiting for a new pizza to be made would take more time, and I'd be the one to end up running late to my next scheduled obligation. The worst part of the interaction with this same employee, after I went inside and showed him the photo of burned pieces that had to be removed from the whole pizza, is that he folded his arms and leaned on the countertop and asked in a patronizing tone what would help. I then asked him what could he do, as I needed to get going and didn't have more time to waste with nonsense. To his credit he said he would look out "the next time" for a burned up pizza. Let's see, if the person serving the pizza didn't notice it when he placed it on a serving tray, and then delivered it to the customer's table (one of a few total customers, not at all crowded) then I have little to no confidence that there's going to be a next time. Do better, maybe go through some training with the manager who informed me he is about to change locations...which is a shame, my family and I have had no issues when he has been on shift. Up until this week, I had no burned edges or reason to seek a refund. It was one pizza, one job to handle, and each time quality matters to the paying customer. Epic fail on customer service level. To compete with the many other restaurants in such close proximity, your staff will need to deliver consistently and pay attention. Being next door to Apple, Inc...it's interesting...do you really think potential customers including Apple corporate employees or any deserving patrons want to experience this? read more

You go in, see the pizzas they have out, order a slice, they heat it up in the oven to make it a bit crispy, and you're eating it in a few minutes. As for the quality, it tastes the same as every other Pizza My Heart. I guess depending on when you go, you could have a better selection of pizzas out or a worse selection, but when I went it was quite a good variety. It's in Main Street Cupertino, so it is one of the cheapest foods you can get if you're on a budget. The two budget foods in Main Street are Pizza my Heart and the Korean Hot Dog place. Otherwise you're gonna be at a normal restaurant and pay more. So, for you budget seeking visitors, grab a piece of pizza, go get a Korean hotdog, get a boba tea from Meat Fresh and a pastry for dessert from 85 and you're set. I do miss the old location, which was a lot easier to access. Looking for parking in the garage is a small hassle. However the restaurant is much larger and newer. You can't go wrong with a slice from Pizza My Heart. I don't know if they are still offering the stamp program? I didn't see any at the register. Big news for us vegetarians. PMH now serves a fake meat option. It's so good. But the sad news, is you can only buy this slice on Sundays. I don't live in the area, only work here during the week. So I can't partake in this joy, unless I were to order a full pie. Uhhh, no. I'll check the closest PMH in my area and see which days they serve this delicious pizza. At a quick glance this looked like a familiar fast casual concept I'm used to. I saw the familiar layout of customers lining up on the right side by the wall and then shuffling along in front of a glass panel. I thought this was going to be similar to a Blaze Pizza where you instruct how you want your pizza made and then they cook it. That turned out not necessarily to be the case. This was more of the setup where a pizzeria has several different types of pies on display and when you make your selection they'll warm up a slice for you. They had a very nice variety of styles. Of course if you want they can also make a full pie for you. As would be the case with any pizza place to me it always tastes better when you have a fresh slice. I was lucky enough to time it so that a cheese pie was coming out of the oven right when I ordered one. It ended up being $5.70 for a slice, BUT it was a nice size and very filling. I definitely enjoyed my slice. I also appreciated that their signage specified that their pesto contains nuts. That's not the case sometimes and it's important for me to know. They also had a generous amount of outdoor seating that accommodated our large group. I would absolutely come back here again. read more

First off I don't think many people know pizza my heart is in this shopping center. I accidentally found this place while having dinner close by and my kiddos were happy. Today customer service was above and beyond, I call about 22 minutes before closing hoping to be able to order a simple pepperoni pizza but thought to myself man they might say no and if they do my kids won't be happy. Anyway I called they reminded me about closing and I told them I could be there in 15 minutes, they happily made the pizza for me and I got there just a few minutes right before closing right in time as my pizza was just coming out.
