It's rich, flavorful, and they heat your slice back up right before serving, so it comes out piping hot. The only minor downside is that it's a bit oily (I had to use a few napkins to pat it down) but the flavor makes up for it. The setup is a quick grab-and-go counter service with some patio seating and standing tables outside. Since it's right on the corner of a main street, you're looking at street parking only, which I imagine can get pretty tough when the area is busy.

Service was efficient, helpful, and friendly - Laura herself was on hand to make recommendations and answer all our questions. The space had a nice vibe and was clean and comfortable. To be fair, the staff have never been particularly warm or attentive, even during the years when I loved the food, so that wasn't new.
