The process is easy... 1. Walk in and say hello to the friendly staff 2. Head over to the left and get a nice big plate if you're eating in or a to-go container if you're going to take something home 3. Start filling your plate with the delicious food at the hot bar. The rice and beans were amazing and the short ribs were also outstanding. Another thing I loved was the shredded kale. I like to use that as a base to hold all my food and then eat it at the end after it's sopped up all the flavors from the food. 4. Go to the grill and order as much of the various meats as you like. I had the skirt steak and the sirloin, medium. Both were very good but I definitely want to go back and try some other cuts as well as the chicken and the sausage. My Brazilian friend also highly recommends the grilled pineapple. 5. Put your plate or to-go container on the scale. You pay by weight and you can always go back for more! You can get your drinks from the cooler, where they also have some desserts such as tres leches and rice pudding. If you can't figure it out, the helpful staff will guide you. I liked all of my food. If this were a little closer, I know I'd come by more frequently and fill up a container and take some of the food home. For a casual night out in a friendly environment, this is a great option.
