Staff is very kind, attentive, despite how busy or slow service can be. The ramen was delicious. A ton of flavor from the broth, noodles, and meat. I got the traditional tonkotsu ramen with pork. I was a big fan of the dish. My egg wasn't runny/half boiled sadly, completely hard boiled. Not enough of a con to really impact the dish. The gyoza was great, with options of either boiled or pan fried. I love that they gave the option. I'm glad I got it as an appetizer, one of the best gyoza I've had in years. I'll definitely be returning for both dine in and take out. As I went on a quiet Sunday, there was ample parking in the back which made it very convenient. Great place!

Many times, the tempura can easily be over-fried or coated too heavily, but the coating and fry was perfect with the tempura. Thin, soft coating but thick enough to crisp. Lastly, service was extremely accommodating. I most definitely plan to pay another visit and recommend others to try as well. They have multiple lunch deals when it comes to sushi rolls, so I do recommend lunch visits for those interested.

I ordered the inferno burger without hesitation. It was as I recall, a nice meat patty, with the bacon, crispy onions, spicy aioli and just wonderful. I hope they will soon add it back to the menu.
