I freaking loved this place! I have been coming here since it first opened 1-2 times a week! They seriously hook it up on my bowl. Sometimes they can't even close the lid! But sadly I've decided to end my spending here. It is now day 4 of the worst case of food poisoning that I have ever had in my entire 28 year life! I've never been so sick in my life. I've lost 8 pounds, have been to urgent care, non stop runs, dehydration, and vomiting...I could hardly eat anything besides bread and water and I wish I was exaggerating because I seriously loved this place! Doctor said listeria bacteria from raw fish consumption and considering that this was the only thing that I ate on that day, I believe him! I'm so sad to say goodbye and I wish I could have gotten my money back for the hell I've been through. Lesson learned, never again! read more

Personally, I do not like Hawaiian-style poke and prefer the poke bowls (rice/salad/toppings) they serve here. The food was delicious and the service was good. The fish had the right texture and the rice was at the right temperature. The bowls look small but they pile the toppings pretty high. I read a lot of one-star reviews about the portions, but I think it's on par with similar places, so quit your complaining. I would suggest getting your sauce on the side so you only add as much as you want. I will definitely be back. read more

I gave this place 3 tries. The first time they were out of crab, the second time they were out of crab and avocado, and then the third time they were out of brown rice. The third time the fish was bad and made me sick. The employees are not very friendly and don't seem to want to be there. The times that they were out of crab I asked if I could have shrimp instead and they said no. In any customer service, especially restaurant business... if you are out of an item you will do what you can to accommodate the guest. Very disappointing. I wont be returning. read more

Wish I would have read ALL of the reviews before coming here!! I eat a lot of poke, so decided to check out this new place . I was attended by an Asian girl with long hair, which was not tied up , but the worst thing was she seemed as if she was in a bad mood & too busy to annoyed to be bothered. At most Poke places they let you sample a little bit of the fish upon request. I wanted to taste the spicy tuna just to make sure it wasn't super spicy. The girl who was helping me rudely responded by saying they couldn't give samples, which is fine with me. What bothered me was how rude she was with her response. As she continued to make my bowl she looked angry . I wasn't going to say anything, but finally decided to do so with her manager. I know we all have bad days, but we should not take it out on others , specially our customers . That is very unkind & unprofessional. As for the food , I wouldn't say it's the best or the worst ever . It was edible . After a long day of work it's nice to walk into a place where you know your business is welcomed . My family loves to eat poke bowls and this is surprisingly one of the best ones we've been to. The bowls are wider so it may look like portions are small but my daughter and I couldn't even finish half of our regular bowls. The place is clean, the staff was friendly and respectful, parking was plenty, and the cucumber/lemon water was refreshing. We will definitely return here when we are in town. read more

I will never go back to this place. I was treated so rudely by one of the staff. I was waiting on the 2nd circle in front of the register, waiting for them to finish with the 3 customers in front of me. I was picking up my online order. This lady ever so rudely screamed at me to get back. I couldn't understand her at first, so I said, "what?" Then I said "I am picking up." She said "It's not ready! Get back get back!!! Even one of the other customers looked at me confused. After she finished the third customer, I saw her begin to make my ball after nicely telling a fourth customer who had come in that she'll be right with her. Once she was done taping up my bowl, she came through the side door and said "here's your pick up". I politely told her "this is my order and you're very rude" and took my bag. She followed me to my car and try to explain that she didn't know and even said that she thought I was picking up for DoorDash. By this time I'm not only upset that I spent my hard earned money here, but now I am being mistreated because she thought I was a delivery driver. I am a delivery driver part time, but I was not working at this time. Regardless she should never treat anyone coming into their establishment like she did. She apologize profusely and try to offer me free food, but I can't see myself supporting a business like this. read more

I love this place and am super glad to have a poke place nearby now! Everything tasted really fresh and I was pleased with their toppings (edamame and avocado for the win). I don't know what people are talking about regarding the portions... I got the 3 scoop and had plenty of fish. In fact, I can eat like a monster and was totally satisfied despite sharing some of my bowl with my starving friend! Other pluses on top of the food being good- price is right, parking is easy and plentiful, place is clean, and the staff was very nice to me. Tasty! I love all the toppings, and the fish is fresh. My favorite is the albacore. I also like the fact that they use Japanese short-grain rice, which is hard to find in other poke places. The rice to fish ratio is well balanced in my opinion. read more

The food is pretty good , no complaint there I'm not 100% satisfied on the cleanliness of the place , always feels like someone is slacking on having people clean and keep it looking nice . My other reasoning for taking away a star is because every time I come in the employees lack customer service skills and always act like they hate their job. I get it, not everyone is having a good day, dosent wanna be there or something else but you can try and fake it . Even when they are training a newbie they act like this . Coming from someone who has been in the customer service for ~15 years, a part of me wants to hop back behind the glass and show them how to talk and interact with customers . Not bad. I ordered a small bowl with rice as the base. Spicy tuna yellow tail albacore followed with cucumber masago Seasame seeds seaweed flakes edamame and a few other toppings I cant really remeber (I like to mix it up). The tuna was spicy, the yellow tail and albacore were enjoyable but I feel that the fish could be kept at a lower temperature as the texture of fish tends to become a bit gummy when stored in warmer conditions. That and the fact that my rice was a little dry kept this place another star from my point of view. I would come here again. Hopefully they actually pay attention to these yelp reviews. read more

Poke is so good! This place is pretty average when it comes to Poke and the reason is because the taste of all ingredients doesn't taste fresh. I super love me some Poke and wanted to give this place a fair chance.... but unfortunately the reviews are pretty spot on. Overpriced: Large bowl cost $13 and isn't really that large. Small Scooper: I got 5 very small scoops of fish on my $13 bowl. Poor Ambience: It's decor and vibe is odd. I don't believe this place is going to last long. I went at 6pm yesterday and there wasn't another soul in the place, besides the workers. Poke has become watered down and way to prevalent in this area now. read more
