The poke is just okay, but the owners themselves don't wash their hands, so I am concerned for the safety of my meals. This is a big sticking point for me and I can't really enjoy my meal here when inagining where their hands have been. The place has also been dead everytime I've gone. I love this place. I've been coming here for 2 member stamp cards worth of months. :-) I get the poke bowl with tuna and salmon. The garlic ponzu is the best, and the spicy mayo is very good. I think as far as poke places go, the size is reasonable for the price. I've also had what I think is called the seared salmon pieces (on rice), which were really good. I like how you fill out the form to specify your poke and toppings, I think it's faster than walking through and instructing the person on each item you want. I work near Poke Sushi and I have pretty much become a regular costumer there. The quality of the food is great, the price is very reasonable specially compared to other poke places and the workers are sweet. If you plan to go there often and get the same bowl each time (which is my case) you can just request that they keep your order on file so that all you have to do is say your name and they know what you'd like to order. So happy to have found such a great poke spot in Orange! Their fish is always so fresh, and they have many poke bowl options. My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week. Perfect for healthy mid-week meal. The best thing about this place is the service. Who I believe is the owner, knows our order so well and even notices when we change it up a bit. She'll even ask to double-check what we want to be safe. I love poke, but I really didn't like my poke bowl from here. I chose the bowl with salmon, tuna and yellowtail. I had all the extras and had the spicy chili sauce which I thought tasted too much like ketchup. The seaweed salad had a nice taste. My rice tasted like it had been made and refrigerated. The salmon was ok but the tuna and yellowtail had a dense texture that didn't seem very fresh and nor did it taste very fresh. The idea is cool to make your own custom poke bowl and the price is great $8.95. The presentation looked great too but the overall taste and freshness of fish just wasn't there for me. And i really didnt like the ketchup substance on top. A couple of return customers came in while I was waiting for my order and were raving about it. So maybe it's what I ordered. read more

Food is great, employees were very nice. The only downside was pre-writing down all the stuff I wanted in the bowl and then waiting for it to be brought to my table. The thing I like about poke places is watching them make the bowl in front of you and being able to see all the options and toppings as you go down the line.
