The fish is always top notch, and with a wide range of toppings. What really sets this location apart, though, is the service. Bryan, one of the employees, made the experience even better with his friendly and attentive attitude. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu, offering great options as I am new to eating poke, making sure everything was prepared just right. Let's be honest, raw fish has to be right for it to taste yummy, it's was makes Poke so delicious along with fresh fish. Good poke places are hard to find and this is one of the good ones! They have different sauce options tailored by them and my husband and I both loved our choices and are everything off our plate! The best part is it's customizable to how spicy you want your meal to be so he could get mild and I could do spicy :) They also had good customer service, no complaints here! read more

My husband and I love coming to this Poki Bowl location! One of the things that sets them apart (and why we keep coming back) is that they do customize the bowls and we actually love that. The set bowls are always consistent, delicious, and balanced just right. I also really appreciate how they don't mix the crab and seaweed directly into the bowl. It keeps the presentation super clean and lets the ingredients shine individually. Everything is always so fresh and beautifully arranged. Literally loved this place until my encounter today... First let me say I pass two poke bowl places before i get to this one. Went in today order a large bowl and a spamsubi. I get home and realize my bowl is hot. I initially think to myself wow was it that hot outside, yet i go to eat it and the SUSHI RICE is PIPING HOT! I immediately call the owner answers the phone and says that they generally tell a customer if the rice is hot. I explained that had I been told that I would not have ordered. He then tried to insist i came in before the rice was cooked. I explained idk when the rice was cooked but I know she got it from the back and I would have NEVER guessed it was hot . He then puts me on hold and comes back and confirms that after speaking with the person who helped me they did say they forgot to tell me...he said I can come back in today or he can offer me a discount on a future bowl. I have a new baby who was already beginning to have a complete meltdown as I was getting my food. I explained I wouldn't be able to come back today nor tomorrow that possibly sometime this week but I'm unsure as to when ( if you have kids you already know how summer activities are and AGAIN i have a NEW BABY) to make a long story short he insisted that thee only way he can give me a credit for a new bowl is if i save the HOT SUSHI bowl and bring it back Whenever I was able to come back in... YES THE OWNER thought the best way for him to correct THEIR mistake was to hoard a sushi bowl until my life allowed me to bring it in for an exchange ... I have been here several times I generally go whenever I'm at Costco, but today was my last time... they lost a RETURNING customer over $17... I love Poke. I could eat it all the time. Now I accept out here in the desert we're not gonna get the best poke ever. However, this place seems to wanna take what is supposed to be a reasonably healthy meal and make it a disgusting Bowl of sauce and oil soup. Most places you have to tell them to put light sauce, i dont know what the hell is wrong with America, only place that turns health food into junkfood. But this place in particular right after you get your base and protein they just ask you for a spicy level and then automatically have these three containers in the center that are like ketchup mustard mayonnaise dispensers, but it's sesame oil chili oil in Ponzo sauce and they literally dumped like a quarter cup of oil straight into your Rice, twice! Then they have you do the extras and then the freaking sauce and drench it mayo based sauce after that. What the hell I was so disgusted and so pissed off after I came here for a healthy meal. Might as well be diabetes bowl. Two bowls of this crap for $45. What a joke. No wonder why there's a diabetes epidemic in the United States. read more

Service was fast, the staff took the time to go through each ingredient and recommended their favorite ones too! The protein and toppings they use are really fresh -- I got a regular bowl with tuna, salmon, and octopus. Some restaurants don't prepare their octopus well, but this place prepared it thoroughly. They're also very generous with the fish and other toppings. Overall the restaurant was clean and tidy, especially the front area where they keep the food! I met the owner (Brian I think) friendly and chill guy, he mentioned they got a happy hour so I'll have to come back and visit soon for that! read more

Wow! Excellent! I consider myself a Poki snob and eat Poki regularly and this place was FRESH and the sesame oil they use for the house sauce was remarkable! I believe everyone automatically gets that sauce mixed in to their fish. It was phenomenal. Nice clean place. They even had a bar if you like to have a drink! I've been able to come in a handful of times since opening and every time the quality is just as good as opening day, even when it's busy. The staff is friendly, fish is fresh, the sides are plentiful and complement the bowl, and they don't hide behind 12oz of sauce like some places. As a nice bonus, the seating area is roomy and they even offer well priced alcohol. Add in that this is spot is conveniently located right off the freeway and they're putting in a Costco gas next door, makes it the perfect spot to grab a bite while I'm out running errands. read more

The food here is pretty good, but their protein options are very limited. I love poke places and have visited quite a few small businesses, and compared to others, this place offers fewer options at a much higher price. Two poke bowls with three scoops each cost over $40 (one bowl with three scoops is over $20), and that's without any additional items. Other places I've been to offer five scoops for the same price or three scoops for around $16. The service is nice, though. There's a young girl who noticed I'd been there a few times and made small talk, which I appreciated. The space is clean, but it feels like eating in a cafeteria. If you're looking for a variety of protein options and better pricing, there are other poke places to consider. However, if this location is convenient for you, I'd still recommend giving it a try. read more

Treated myself to a Poki bowl last night and watched the Ohio State v. Notre Dame game. Restaraunt was clean, spacious and staff was friendly. I ordered the 3 protein bowl with octopus, salmon, tuna added crab meat cucumbers, pineapple, edame and medium spice. Wasn't very hungry as I was watching the game so I took my Poki bowl for lunch. Just finished my bowl and it was delicious. Flavor consistent, tuna and salmon texture great and still tasted the sauce in the bowl. Should have ordered more . My wife and I stopped by Poki Bowl yesterday during their Grand Opening. Loved everything about the place. The restaurant was very large inside, with plenty of seating. I got a regular sized bowl with 3 different proteins and everything was fresh and flavorful! My wife is a vegetarian(no meat/fish) so she got a bowl with Tofu. She said it was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, and despite being the grand opening they were quick and seemed to know what they were doing.
