Came back to visit since I liked it to much the first time and decided to get a poke bowl this time. It was absolutely delicious. This place lives up to the hype! Service is also great. The employees here are always so helpful and they always have my food ready for pick up. They really load up the bowl too! I also got some freeze dried candy they have for sale since I've been wanting to tru it for a while. It was so yummy and the perfect sweet treats to finish off my bowl. If you're a poke lover like myself, you have to give this place a try!

Came here after a long drive! Food was good (I'd say considering it's in Simi Valley.. hopefully this isn't a diss). Not some of the best poke I've had, especially as I'm coming from the SGV, but service was quick and if you're so hungry you might pass out (which was me when i ate here), this will definitely do the trick! There's tables to sit as well, and size portions are good. I wish they offered a little more variety in toppings (example: a slice of lemon would count as a scoop...) but they had hot cheetos as a topping, so i was like why not??

This rice it was brown I didn't eat it cause it was undercooked and hard.

Do not go here it is nasty, the rice was hard, the baby mix tasted like it was not washed, the shrimp was so raw. Waste of my money can't believe I paid 17$, a whole hour of work.

I've been really wanting to try this place since it opened but I wanted to give it a while before I went because going to a brand new place is always a risk. I sent my husband to get the food which is also a risk at a place like this where you choose a bowl/burrito since everything is so customized. I wrote my order on a post it note and they made it so perfect! I got a bowl with half white rice/greens and spicy tuna, salmon and albacore. The spicy tuna is definitely spicy unlike some other places. The fish was very fresh and the portions were good sized. I tried the ponzu, eel, and spicy mayo and I thought they were all good, but I didn't end up using the spicy mayo, it wasn't very spicy but I'm sure some people will love it. The eel sauce and ponzu were great. I really recommend trying the fried onion and garlic. We will be back! read more

Second time ordering here and let me say, what a disappointment. They just went from 4 to 1 stars because of it. Last time I ordered medium spicy level and my mouth was on fire (once again I love spicy food) this time I ordered mild and once again both my wife's and my mouth were on fire! To top it off my wife's burrito had next to none rice and I had put in a special note to only do the exterior Cheeto on a 1/4 of the burrito to see if I liked it and the whole thing was covered! They clearly didn't even bother reading the special notes. I will not be ordering from here ever again. So sad it had such promise but neither of our Sushi burritos tonight were worth the $16 price tag a piece. See new pics posted to see how small my wife's burrito was. read more

First time I went here i was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. All the fish was fresh and looked sushi grade. This last time not only did I have to 'evacuate' my bowels after eating, but I noticed the fish did not look as fresh from when I last visited. The salmon was not 'new'. I believe it had been sitting around a while and did not have that raw salmon look. It looked as if it were cooked like a ceviche. The salmon didn't even show the fat layers. The albacore looked and tasted fresh but they did not cut it well. My wife got all the same toppings I chose minus salmon and seaweed salad. She did not visit the toilet after her meal. I think this place's faults are not a question of quality but presentation and appropriate food handling. Unfortunately the next time around I will not be giving them the benefit of the doubt, I will have to find a new poke place. read more

Good fresh food. Ok prices. The customer service was kind of lacking....but I still gave em a good tip because they make your food fresh for you...kinda like subway. They are slacking on the cleanliness...I saw a lot of dust and a couple hairs under the sneeze guard divider, by the food All in all, its good food, with good flavor and alright pricing. I paid $50 for three burritos and a 15% tip. Kinda pricy .... It's a cool idea and I think it's pretty unique. If the kids working there had some personality , I probably wouldn't be as grumpy with my review. I'm huge on customer service and these kids were like talking to a wall. Literally. I said "I've never been here before, how does this work? What do you recommend?" And the chick just stood there staring at me. Awkward! read more

Formerly an amazing poke joint which was destroyed by the pandemic, these guys take it to the next level with a modern youthful twist. Never would I have thought to top my poké bowl with ground "flamin' hot Cheetos", (unable to pronounce) ground secret Japanese herbs; new bold and spicy or sweet and unique sauce flavor options and a host of other flavors. Initially missing was Spinach, the healthiest of dark green superfood iron-rich lettuce; it has now been added to the secret menu (like "animal style" menu at In-N-Out! ) This is well worth the visit, as the staff are all super friendly and kind, and also patient with those of us who cannot decide what to add. My wife looooooves this place. She loves how fresh it is, and all of the options for the add ons. This review is for tonight. She went in to get the family our favorite poke burritos. There was a customer not wearing a mask-- slightly understandable because its hard to regulate people in a fast paced environment. BUT there was also a worker behind the counter without a mask- and not even one lower on their face, but nowhere in sight. I understand that some don't think this is a big deal, or think its overly politicized, but her mother who lives with us is over 80, so we have been very careful. That worker could not only be potentially exposing other staff and customers to Covid, but the food as well. And at the end of the day its the law as well. She wasn't mad, just very disappointed. And unfortunately PokiTomik lost a good customer. read more

I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. Service: I had wanted to order the vegetarian ramen for the toppings and sub the vegetarian broth for the beef but "no substitutions allowed" which I think is kind of ridiculous because ramen is literally put together with broth, noodles, and toppings. It is dead simple to make a substitution of broth but...oh well. The nice touch was the small Japanese chocolate wafer given with the bill.

Tonight was my fourth time going to PokiTomik. I've been hooked since the first time my fiance and I went! We both got the bowls the first time and they were delicious. We have gone back and tried the wonton tacos ~ also delicious! The food is full of flavor and delicious! Tonight we went in and got a few bowls and 2 tacos, our server Aaron was so awesome! As soon as we walked in he greeted us and seemed very friendly and welcoming. He was engaged while we ordered and hyped up all the food we were ordering. He definitely made the experience great.
