Two words. Lomo Saltado! This place is still my favorite Peruvian eatery for lomo saltado! I've tried different Peruvian places for the same dish, but in terms of taste, quality and PRICE this place can't be beat! It's fast, it's tasty and it's hell of a lot cheaper then going to any Peruvian restaurant! It's also comes with a side of soup and I love their salsa verde. Everyone makes their salsa verde differently, here at pollo inka it's a bit creamy but definitely spicy! So yummy with everything! read more

This place never gets the order right. Ive been sick twice from the chicken undercooked, when i ask for well done, they burn it. If i ask for an extra dressing, the females roll eyes at me. Shocked its still open, people must love bad service and food poisoning. read more

Watch your change with the incompetent cashier, i think her name was Evelyn .. Also she was very rude and very unprofessional , not only can she not make a dollar out of change,but she doesn't know how to say your welcome or thank you , the food in the other hand was good UnTiL I found a short black eyelash in my plate .. SUpEr gross !!! Either way I understand we get tired from working all day however you get paid to deal with customers on daily basis .. Learn some manners .I've meet people who work at a freggin car wash who are way more polite and more appreciative than this girl she is the opposite of benevolent . This is the place to go if you're looking for a drive-thru that's not burgers. It's an amazing deal too. For five bucks you get two pieces of chicken, two sides, two rolls, aji, and soup. The chicken is just as good as any other sit-down peruvian place. The yucca is also really good. read more

My first time eating here . The food was great i got a leg/thigh with steamed veggies and a salad. I also got a free soup. Which was ok not that great but everything else was wonderful. The establishment was very clean and well managed. The customer was not great thas y i gave it it three stars . The lady didnt seem to happy to be there . I am a regular and while the food is amazing the wait is ridiculous. I went inside to order this time, thinking it would be faster than the drive through and I was sadly mistaken. I've been waiting for a small order for OVER 45 minutes. The staff seem to be having a great time in back with yelling and cheering, but as a patron, I wont be back. Bad bad bad experience! I usually like coming down to this Pollo Inka but lately their customer service has been bad. It is unacceptable to have customers waiting in line for more than 25 minutes and when you finally get to the drive thru speaker the restaurant receives you with a recording that the restaurant closed. Really? Do they not care of the customers time? They have cameras outside to send a staff member and let the customer that we wont make it to the time cut or something not have us waiting in line creating false expectations. This is very rude and so unconscious from the restaurant. Unacceptable. read more

This place is great. Does Peruvian food justice despite being a fast food environment. I have had several dishes (Lomo Saltado, Tallarín Verde, Salchipapas, etc. ) all good, flavorful with generous portions, but I particularly go there for their Pollo a la Brasa. Their two chicken family deal is a bargain. Although there are tables available, is not a date night type of place. Order ahead and pick up. This place is busy for all the reasons I stated above. Placed an order for french fries with sausages 15 min before even going to pick up as told to do by employee who answered phone. Got there parked went in and waited an additional 20 min and still no food was given to me. According to them that they burned it are you freaken serious. Lunch time is only 30 min and I spent 20 waiting for nothing. At the end of it didnt even get my food because lunch was over. Horrible horrible service read more

Just went here with my regular work lunch group. For peruvian, we usually head over to Pollo Inka south of this establishment. In comparison, Inka Express's chicken is as succulent, juicy, and delicious. They've got some other interesting side dishes too like Huaca (didn't get to try this on this particular visit), Aji, etc. Good food, very good prices. The only drawback, if you can consider it one, is that they only serve chicken. For you red meat eaters, you're out of luck for now. read more

The cilantro soup is good and whatever that spicy pale green sauce is is great. It's an express place, so don't expect restaurant quality. I think it's BOMB and fast, plus I get a free cilantro soup!!! The price, even better, cheaper than most combos at other fast foods. Best tip I can give is just to ask for the saltados juicy!!! Love this place!!! read more

Drive thru line can get long and take a while because they cook to order, so be prepared to wait... but it's worth it ! My go to is the Vainitas Pollo because of the amount of green beans, I hope make it a little healthy but taste and rice wise, I know it's not. The seasoning in the chicken and amount goes so well with rice so that I need to get an extra side of rice. They always fill that side up to the top! Chicken soup and a healthy portion of hot sauce is always included. Hot sauce too spicy for me but I'll do a tiny bit for a change. read more

This place is the BOMB!!! Do not let the drive thru confuse you. Its real food fast. The pollo Saltado is delicious. Its basically a chicken stir fry or chicken fajitas over a bed of french fries. Yes fries, why people havent thought of using fries like rice or noodles sooner I dont know. this is the greatest Peruvian creation since Machu Pichu. They do serve it with steamed rice for good measure but when you mix it all together its simple yet incredible. The green salsa they serve it with is HOT but good so pour it on. They also give you some Cilantro soup that is good and a dinner roll. So for 6.99 you cant go wrong. The rotiserie chicken is there main stay I think and it is also good. This place can be a hit or miss. One time I came and sat in the drive through 15-20 mins before I got to the speaker to order to have the person on the other end tell me they were out of chicken... how can a this place be out of chicken when that's mostly what you serve -__^ I was very disappointed that they didn't have anyone tell people who were waiting in the long line this information prior. half chicken meal with fried rice was delicious. i really liked the flavor of the fried rice! the sides i got were fried potatoes and then also soup. the soup had some rice in it too. talk about carb over load... still all very good. the green basil spagetti combo was an okay. personally i'm not into over cooked spaghetti, but also it had too much garlic and under seasoned. eating inside was good, but the smell of the smoke from the rotisserie was crazy. i was a walking bbq pit for the rest of the day!!! next time it's gotta be to-go!! read more

And when an order is placed online and go pick it up they have your order sitting there for 20 more minutes...they are just so rude it seems like they don't care to keep customers happy since they are still making money..we have decided to no longer go there because we aren't going to spend money to get mistreated there . read more

It's fast, it's cheap and it is delicious! Good quantily and quality for a very good price! Not sure if the guy who is usually there the owner but he is the greatest. He is friendly and has the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Once I went through the drive through 5 minutes to closing and he just had the best attitude PLUS another car that pulled up beside me after closing time was allowed purchase food too. Place is filthy, since you walk in you can see how dirty it is the tables, the chairs, doors the soda dispenser the floors the restroom they do not clean anything it's unsanitary to sit down to eat . I buy inka often they have been undercooking their chicken. My baby girl and I have been stuck with salmonella. Please be careful with feeding your lil ones this food! I buy large meals for fam. Dinners and they were also vomiting and sick. read more
