I visited Ponchos Antojitos last night because my husband spotted it as we were driving down Walker and he wanted to try it. They had a good variety of snack options, both savory and sweet. We ordered a mangonada and the dubai chocolate strawberries. The mangonada was delicious! It was topped with a few different candies, including, a chamoy stick (which also serves as the straw), salsaghetti, and a mango pop. I would go back just to order this. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were good too, but they were a bit pricey at $15. There was one guy working so it did take some time to get our treats. It might have been because it was late but he did a great job. This is also a grab and go spot, as it is small inside and there are no tables or seats. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other treats.

Bomb. Mangonada, mini pancakes w cookies and cream scoop and a mint and chip scoop. All delicious. Ice cream is Thrifty's so can't go wrong there. Perfect on this hot day. Huge plus is the owner is super nice.

I've come here a couple of times with my partner since we live within walking distance and it is so delicious every time we visit. If you're a fan of your local elote cart in your neighborhood, this is basically that but a store front! AND on weekends they're open til 10p! The inside area is always so clean and modern looking. The menu is to the point, and you can see them make your order right in front of you. This time around, my partner and I opted to share their take on the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries and we could not stop raving about it on our walk home. The chocolate is so rich, the pistachio compliments it so well, and the strawberries are fresh and sweet. Of course, this isn't the dubai chocolate without the Knafeh, so they are sure to sprinkle it on top and throughout the cup. They do not skimp on toppings at all! If you find yourself having a sweet tooth or even just craving an elote/esquite at 8:30p, this is the place to be. Cannot wait to come back!

Found this spot here on Yelp, yay cute little spot here in cypress. Now I don't have to drive to Buena Park to the Michoacana lol. Got to meet the owner Poncho and his brother. Thanks for listening to my husband I know he likes to talk lol. We will definitely be back!!!!

I was craving an esquite and decided to find a place that isn't a michoacana because the quality and value is never worth it but THIS place is! The esquite satisfied my craving in the best way possible, my boyfriend said the churros tasted like authentic swampeet churros nice and flavorful especially with the toppings. And per person you can expect to spend less than $10. The shop gives comforting vibes and the worker was attentive. Will definitely be coming again!!!

We tried the Dubai chocolate which was amazing and also had some thrifty ice cream always super yummy. We met the owner who made us feel welcome and had great service. Oh and don't forget your churros on the way out.

Food wise this place was pretty good, we kept it simple with a couple of churro sundaes. The guys inside weren't super over the top with their customer service, but overall I think this business is a good contribution to the neighborhood. I will definitely be going back, only because it's close to home.

Found this spot close to home after searching for someone who has Dubai Strawberries. Currently one of our favorite snacks. The location is small, they don't have seating, I didn't ask but I also didn't see a restroom. The parking lot is small but we didn't have an issue finding a spot. We walked in and there was one person working. We ordered the esquite, Dubai's strawberries, and churros with ice cream. The esquite was a good portion with all the toppings including hot Cheetos. I felt it lacked flavor but unsure what it was. It had all the toppings. The other items weren't for me and I didn't try them but my daughter said she really liked the Dubai strawberries. I'd definitely go back for a treat and try other things on their menu. The service was good luckily we were the first ones there so didn't wait long but he seemed to be the only one person working.

Random night with my family and came across this gem. It's kinda like La Michoacana but smaller and less options. I highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate with strawberries. Bomb! I got the bubble waffle with Cookie Monster ice cream and Nutella drizzle. It was good but I was too busy trying to post that the ice cream melted and the bugle waffle was soaked at the bottom of the cup. Lol next time I'll snap the picture and pull the bubble waffle out and put the ice cream in between like an ice cream sandwich

So happy I found this place. Good portion for a good price! Got two esquites and it definitely hit the spot. Service was fast and friendly! The shop is a cozy little place that's a great addition to a neighborhood. Will definitely be back to try new things and to get my fix.

Who doesn't love Paris? Who isn't a fan of baguettes? And when you think of a great bakery, Parisian treats come to mind. Similar to 85 Degrees in layout and business model (grab room temperature sweets and savories what you want from cases), and coffee, cakes, slices in refrigerated cases. PB also has an extensive drink list made to order. However unlike 85 Degrees, nothing is restocked after opening. I came around 5pm on Sunday. The baked food cases were more than half empty gone. Same for most of baked goods along back wall, including cookies and bread. Their baguettes seemed fresh but lacked enough crunch that I like. PB also has prepackaged meals - sandwiches and wraps. Starting at $9, I'm not taking a risk buying potentially a mediocre meal given my dissatisfaction with the pastries. They have fancy sweets like Dubai Chocolate Mochi Donuts, and Orange Cronut. Raspberry Nutella Round Croissant. You've seen them, shaped like wheels. Mine tasted a day old. The raspberry filling was too sweet and thick. (Artificial) Crab Cake - Big with good crunch but tasted much better the first time I had it. Mixed with veggies. Almond croissant- An example of deceptively good appearance. While flaky, it didn't taste buttery or light and airy. And the almond filling just tasted sweet. No trace of almond. The space is big and pretty cozy. Tables outsides on both sides of the business. Kudos for having both customer and pick up parking spaces. I'm willing to give them one more try. My sweet tooth wants to think they sell a few good items.

I'm ngl I'm pretty bummed out about that. My boyfriend and I were basically regulars here. I'm glad I got to see this place one last time before they temporarily closed. I'm hoping things don't change too much but hey, I'm up for trying whatever the plan may be for this place. We ordered a Citrus Summer and a Yuzu Tonic. As always, it did NOT disappoint. That Citrus Summer was probably the best I've had haha The place is always calm, quiet, and welcoming. It's a great spot to relax and get a drink at. I can't wait to see what the new ownership has in store for this place. For now, we will patiently wait for its return :) As for the previous owners, thank you for creating a great place to stop at for drinks, desserts, and food. What a great place this has been for my boyfriend and I to come to. We're not really known to be regulars anywhere but what a joy it was to wake up early and stop by here at Teaish. Thank you for the lovely memories, Teaish! :)

The place is small but cozy and they have a giant couch in the middle for lounging. The price is high compare to other places, with the exception of their daily special tea. Their tea is actually cheap. I love love the jasmine calamonsi tea, so refreshing for $3. The halo halo was overwhelmed with ice cream, need more of other ingredients. The monster oreo shake was delicious but it is not worth it for that price. The ube flan cupcake was just ube cupcake and flan stack on top. It kinds of lacking the cohesiveness. Overall, I would come back just for that tea.
