I loved this location! It was nice different building Yarina greeted me and took my order. I told her I wasn't hungry like that so she suggested a Kids Meal which was a spicy Drumstick , a side of fries and drink. This is the closest Popeyes in the area and nothing has changed since my last review. They always mess up on something - it's to the point where it is to be expected. Ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fish sandwiches. We got home and all 4 were chicken. I called to asked and they said "you got 4 sandwiches, we put 2 chicken and 2 fish." Not the case. I bit into one of them and definitely not fish. My husband had to go back and have them fix this. It's just an inconvenience every time. I've been to this location many times. I feel as if f the service here is slow and steady. The wait seems to be longer than other locations, BUT, the order is always correct and the food is made right. So with that, I would say this is the best Popeye's that I've been to. Their online ordering works well and is easy to use. I used their online order to order ahead. I arrived on time for pickup, but the food was not ready. Still about a 10 minute wait. I feel like ordering ahead still saved me additional time. So if you are visiting this location, slow down and be patient. It's worth the wait. read more

Customer service is non-existent here. One time I came here, i picked up my mobile order and walked out the door because it was stapled. I discovered when I got home that they missed part of my order. When I drove back there, they didn't even apologize for their oversight. When I gave this location another try, my mobile order didn't have a promo I wanted to add, so, instead of being able to cancel the transaction, they said my only option was to make another purchase and add the promo. I would drive down the street to the Popeyes in Wheaton if you're craving fried chicken rather than coming here. The employees always seem like they don't want to work, the chicken has no flavor, and they skimp on the sides. My containers are literally only 3/4 full... Terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order with their app and when I arrived at the store they said they didn't have my order. I showed the manager the order on my phone and she says "the mobile orders don't work at this store, place the order again online, I can't help you."
