As soon as she looked down, she noticed that there appeared to be something on her shrimp and was compelled to walk back to the restaurant and ask for either a refund or newly prepared food. The host/clerk (person behind the counter) told her it was grease and refused to either refund her or prepare a new meal. So my daughter sent me a picture of the food and I told her it looks like the shrimp has herpes! Never the less, she didn't eat it nor did she cause a fuss and Just walked out. The consequence of poor customer service usually results in a closed business. It's a shame how these restaurants come to our neighborhood/country and refuse to provide valuable customer service.
