The staff here are very helpful and attentive. I was very impressed with their ability to ship wine all over the world in these perfectly crafted and molded styrofoam containers. They're selection of kids toys is great - I even picked up some stuff for my daughter! They have a little play area to keep the kiddos busy while you shop or ship things out. I am very happy with this new location! I had a big box in my car and was struggling because I also had to get my two young babies out of the car. Out of no where a kind woman who worked there with long hair and glasses(I wish I grabbed her name), helped me out, took my box inside and gave me a receipt so I did not have to take my kids out of the car. I LOVE this Postal Annex! The staff greet you by name, are quick & helpful finding your packages, & just overall a great place to have a mailbox. My only complaint is that I don't work a traditional 9-5 job & my off days don't 100 percent line up with business hours. Another hour on Fridays or being open for a few hours on Sunday would be the BIGGEST help ever!! Exceptional service! I called ahead just to ask about printing sevices which Debbie gave a great price. She mentioned that if I emailed it to her that it will be ready for pick up by the time I get there. I got there in maybe 5-10 mins, Debbie was with a customer and her co worker had asked me if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in towards the counter. My email that I sent was ready. Found my go to "one stop" post office. They have mostly everything here regarding supplies and transaction needs. Staff was very accomodating and helpful with their customers even with one on one care. The owner, Mam H., was amazing and is an "attention to every detail" type of person. Just left from getting both of my son's passport photos. Absolutely wonderful. When my 3 year old autistic child had a melt down and absolutely refused to get his picture taken, the lady helping remained patient, kind, and really worked with him until she got a picture that we felt would be accepted. I just moved away, but I have to say that looking back on my three years in San Diego this business stands out as consistently having the best customer service I experienced in California. They were always friendly over the years and much quicker than the post office. Prices are fair and they give you coupons for future visits with your receipt. All of the eBay reviews I received that say "fast shipper! arrived sooner than expected" were shipped from here. We shipped a heavy Christmas present from here and the price was essentially identical to what the post office would have charged. Oh, I also believe they're the closest Fedex shipper to Eastlake by a significant distance, which came in handy for a lot of returns. I'm in the South now where these folks would still be exceptional, but in Southern California this kind of friendliness and efficiency is rarer than an empty drive-thru at In-N-Out. read more

I'm so aggravated right now. I went here to send out my old iPhone to at&t so I wouldn't get charged. I went there July 23rd in the early morning. Asked if it would go out for delivery that same day. Was told it would. I asked a couple of times because it needed to be there by Saturday. They said absolutely. I felt confident enough not to pay the extra charge for a 2 day delivery. Went on vacation the next day and I just got the iPhone returned because they didn't receive it by the due date. Ugh!!! Come to find out they didn't send it out until the 25th. I now own my old iPhone against my wishes. Thanks a lot! Never going back here again. read more
