Arvy and his team are FANTASTIC! Our organization was expanding into the 10,000 sq ft suite next door, and we only had 5 business days to get the space ready for us to use. When we walked through the suite, it was immediately evident that the prior tenants had never cleaned the carpets. There were heavy stains, both from high traffic and spillage. On top of that, the odor of the whole space was incredibly offensive. I had heard of Premier Carpet Service from an associate and called on a Friday afternoon for a quote to do the entire job the following Monday. The polite young woman who answered the phone informed me that jobs this large are quoted by her manager and I would receive a call back. Within an hour, I got a call from Arvy, the owner, telling me he would have a crew of guys at our office first thing Monday morning, without ever having seen the condition of the carpets. I was quoted a very reasonable price, but assumed that would change once his crew saw how much work had to be done. Monday morning came, the crew showed up at 7:30 as promised and Arvy himself came with, even though he and his family were supposed to be on vacation. After seeing the space, he agreed the carpets were worse than he imagined but said the price would remain the same regardless. The crew worked from 7:30AM - 6:00PM non-stop, and said they would not leave until I approved of the work they had done. Let me tell you, Arvy's crew are miracle workers! The suite looked almost as good as new! Everyone was so polite and easy to work with. When Arvy came back from vacation to inspect, I had mentioned a small 20' x 15.5' room that needed to be carpeted, which I was going to do myself with some cheap carpet tiles. He immediately quoted me a price with materials and installation that was cheaper than it would have been had I done it myself. His crew was there the next day and did the full installation in less than an hour. Arvy and his guys are real professionals and customer satisfaction is very obviously their top priority. My wife and I just recently moved back to Chicago (Wrigleyville) and where in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning. I did my research and ending up using Premier Carpet Service to do the job. We had a sectional couch, 2 Domain chairs and an oriental rug cleaned. I called the owner Arvy about 2 weeks prior to our move to get pricing and lead times. He was immediately able to answer my questions on pricing (right on the phone), no filling out of forms or personal information questions. I love people that can answer your most important questions right away without any B.S. We both determined that it made more sense for me to call him the week we drove into town to set up the cleaning's....that worked fine for me. We arrived last week on 7/6, I called Arvy on Thursday 7/7 hoping to get an appointment the next day 7/8?? He was able to schedule me right in for an 8:45 am cleaning. Arvy and his crew were there right at 8:45 on the spot. We rediscussed the pricing that we had talked about 2 weeks prior and everything was in line. Arvy and his assistant were both professional, friendly, clean cut and willing to go out of there way to get the job done. They professionally vacuumed, treated, scrubbed (when necessary) and extracted all of the dirt and dust from all of our items that needed to be cleaned. Our couch looked like it was brand new when they finished and all the beautiful colors from our oriental rug were shining through. The domain chairs were fairly new, but they to looked excellent as well. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call Arvy and his crew to come back to my house and I would certainly recommend his company to any of my friends, peers or associates. I have three dogs so keeping my rugs and carpeting looking decent is a constant challenge. The carpet cleaning firm I had used for many years closed when the owner retired and I despaired of finding another company just as good. After reading reviews of Premier I decided to give them a try. I got an estimate by email and was able to book the date and time window I needed. That original estimate was honored at time of service despite the fact that the carpeting was probably in worse condition than they anticipated. My time window was 9:00 to 11:00 and the crew arrived about 9:20 after calling me when they were 10 minutes away, as requested, so I could corral my dogs. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, a den and hallway of wall-to-wall carpeting. In addition, they cleaned an Oriental rug and a soumak rug in place as well as a sofa and "the dog chair". They were done before 11:00 and the results were amazing. The wall-to-wall carpeting, almost 20 years old and with numerous stains and in generally dirty condition, now looks almost new. Cleaning the two rugs in place was a real bargain compared to what I had spent a couple of years ago sending them out for cleaning (not to mention the hassle of doing without them while they were off being cleaned and the dogs were afraid to walk on the bare wood floors). The rugs dried quickly so I was able to move my furniture back into place before dinnertime. The sofa was also dry by dinnertime and the "dog chair" took somewhat longer. In any case, everything looks clean and the odors are gone. A huge relief! I plan to use Premier again and not to go so long between cleanings. This is about a year overdue, but I owe it to these guys to write a great review. I have 2 cats and a 55lb lab mix that treat the couch as their own personal haven. While my dog was still a puppy, the inevitable accident happened on it. While I try to vacuum once a week, it usually doesn't happen. We have a huge microfiber couch with chaise, and Premier's quote was fair. They showed up right on time and were extremely polite and direct in their communication. There were no hidden costs or huge upsells. Just a simple conversation about the best way to protect my couch and clean it. After a conversation about the add-on protectant, I hesitated and purchased it. Wouldn't you know, my dog peed on the couch not more than 12 hours after they left. Thankfully, like Arvy said, the liquid repelled and I cleaned it. The couch looked perfect afterward, so dog owners, the extra protectant isn't a bad idea. Arvy noticed my crappy Menard's area rug with frayed edges and more than a few mysterious stains and offered to clean it for a nominal fee. I agreed and he said when I was ready to come see their show room. I am on my way to do that soon, so I will update with that as well. I had a TERRIBLE black rubber ink stains (ink for letter pressing) on my rental unit's carpet. I called and texted him pictures (very convenient) and he quickly said yes we can come, with a quote of only 95$. He came the first day and looked at it and said if i get heavy duty cleaner I think i can get this out, can I come back tomorrow? I was THRILLED as other companies I called said "ma'am, ink just does not come out it probably isn't worth us coming". He came back the following morning, was in and out in a half hour and the carpet is PERFECT. BLACK INK, gone. He was nice, polite, wore shoe covers, and was quick and most importantly IT WORKED. The other great thing is they have a money back guarantee (which is why I went with them, I didn't want to pay someone to rub the ink around and say sorry). We had unfortunate accident and a pipe froze and burst in our basement apartment. Thank God I had renters insurance and flood coverage (that was extra, but not much). I looked here on Yelp for Help. Jeff from servpro came right out, I mean right out. They removed the excess water from floors and carpets, gave me referrals of other people who came right out too. They left blowers and driers to deal with the remaining moisture. They were able to work with my insurance, and most importantly , he held my hand and made me feel it was all going to be OK as they sucked up gallons and gallons of water from my apartment and its waterlogged contents. We contacted Premier to get an estimate on cleaning our area rug. No one was in the office, but the call was forwarded to Arvy's cell phone. Arvy is the owner and was making pickups and deliveries at the time. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and picked up the carpet that night. When the carpet was returned, we were very pleased with the results and had him come back and clean the wall to wall carpet in our bedroom. That also turned out great. Used Premier to clean up carpeting that my new puppy had a few accidents on as well as clean the carpeting on the stairs. Diego & Francesco were on time and provided excellent service. After arriving we went over exactly what areas needed to be cleaned and Diego provided me with a price for the job proceeding. They wore covers on their shoes to be sure there were no trails left on my hardwood floors. Once finished, they had me go look at all the areas they had cleaned and where they had to use special cleaning solution. Premier Carpet Cleaning took an $8000 wool hand made 9X12 oriental rug drenched in urine and renewed it completely to new condition with no odor, just fresh odor and beautiful nap. They had to soak the carpet for days repeatedly to eliminate ALL the odor and did not charge any more than the original estimate. Other cleaners would have lifted the charges significantly. We have a very large custom-made oriental carpet. It had been left behind by previous homeowners. Premier Carpet Service turned a badly stained and very smelly carpet into a grandly beautiful carpet. The owner and his assistants were very courteous and helpful. They moved a couple of large pieces of furniture (which included a small grand piano) with care. We were quite satisfied with our carpet cleaning. We have had professional carpet cleaning done before, but the work of this company is much better. The carpet looks and feels cleaner than I would've expected. They made sure they spent extra effort on the stairs because that is where the carpet looked the worst.
