I went here because my car got totaled just because this retarded ass place decided to include parts that weren't damaged from the accident onto the repair bill. the repair was a 100$ trunk and somehow they racked my bill up to almost 3000$. I am writing to negate my prior review that was posted to carwise.com. I attempted to revise my original review but modifications are either not allowed, or difficult to do. I originally thought this shop did a good job but years later I had to have their work taken apart and evaluated and the results were shocking. They failed to completely weld my vehicle back together and made many other short cuts that appeared to be cost cutting steps. The situation was so bad that my insurance company ended up agreeing to take the car in as "totaled" even though I had been in no other accidents than the one this shop supposedly repaired. I not only do not recommend this company, but I caution anyone with a family who might drive in the cars that they work on against using them. read more

My car was backed into one night and damaged left on its rear. Living nearby, I popped into this auto body shop and greeted immediately despite being busy. I was able to get a quote and get scheduled for repairs. They found underlying damage and contacted my insurance. Insurance took a while to approve the repairs but they ordered the parts in the meantime and were ready to go when they got the green light. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. My car came back repaired perfectly and even came back sparkling clean on the inside (such a nice touch)! I had vandalism leave me missing a passenger side mirror, I was really upset that there were no other seemingly competent body repair shops available in the area, this being my third try in a month to have the repair done. I paid out of pocket for the mirror at the time of my appointment, within a week the mirror arrived and was installed to perfection, they were also a less pricey option than I imagined. It seems they have a perfect rapport with the factories so that they may pass on such a seamless experience to each customer no matter the make, model, and or year of the vehicle. This is important because the focus should be on a pleasant experience for the customer and being equally accommodating to those whom are paying out of pocket instead of through their insurance. read more

My car turned out to be totaled from a deer collision, so I didn't get it repaired. Before I picked it up, they helped me to make it operable again by fixing the door so it would open and taking off some frayed plastic by the wheel. They creatively found a way to hide a key for me inside and even washed the deer poop off the side. Very kind of them to do all that without charge. read more

Amazing customer service! I've never dealt with any sort of car trouble before so I really appreciate how smooth and easy they made my experience, and all the little touches. Though I initially came in a little before closing time, Sadie was very patient and helpful. Matt even drove me to work after I dropped my car off, and when I got it back it was washed and vacuumed. The work was done in exactly the time estimated. The final price was a little higher than quoted, but they explained the discrepancy upfront without me having to ask. The only thing I noticed was an extremely tiny bubble where the paint was redone, but it's not even visible, I just happened to run my hand over it. I will gladly take a tiny imperfection over the giant mess that was in its spot :) Hopefully I won't be running my car into stationary objects again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go! Avoid this place! A 5-day repair dragged for three weeks. They added new damage to my car: a body side scrape and a cracked headlamp. When I went to pick up my car and pointed out the new damage they lied and said it was there at the outset. Multiple calls to my insurance company lit a fire under the body shop. They confessed responsibility for the new damage. They knew it, too. The first time I came for my car, they parked the damage away from the sun, hoping I would not notice. I wish I could give them a below zero rating. Avoid this place. They are crooked. read more

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I managed to break a tail light and dent my bumper pretty badly (dumb post just jumped right out!) a week before I was due to go out of town. Not only did they repair my car perfectly, and for a very reasonable price, but got it done in less than two days. Not only was this quicker than promised, but it was nicely vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. I hope I never have to use them again, but I would definitely not hesitate to do so. Cesar who works the front desk is the coolest & most honest guy. They did work on my BMW a year or so ago and did a flawless job. I brought in my Jeep to see if they could paint some of the emblems, and he showed me a way I could get it done cheaper than painting. I posted a review of Premier Collision CARSTAR about a year ago, and gave them 5 stars for excellent work. Well, fast forward a year, and my car was damaged again...same fender. They repaired my car, communicated with Allstate, (the other guy's insurance), set up my rental car, vacuumed and washed my car, and it was completed before the promised date. This place is a joke. It took them 5 tries to fix my bumper, and it still doesn't look right. They've also lied to me on multiple occasions, thinking I wouldn't catch on. My car was backed into square on the blind spot detector, which they said they repaired, with no documentation to prove it. One day I was merging on the freeway when it failed. Matt, the owner, said it was probably because there was something in my blind spot , not that it was broken. Really?! Own up to your actions, dude. You obviously didn't repair it. This was after they offered to take it to the mechanic down the street to check out the blind spot detector and not to the dealer, which would void my car's warranty. After 5 tries at the repair, I contacted corporate Car Star. I took it to a different Car Star, and guess what? They didn't replace the brackets on my bumper, which is why it wasn't flush with the rest of my car. Replacing a bumper isn't rocket science, but for this place I guess it is. I tried to be nice and cordial about all of this, but I'd have to be an idiot to keep taking my car here after 5 tries to fix it. Maybe for a 20 year old car this is the place to go, but for a brand new car take it somewhere else. read more

This company is an absolute joke. I took my car in that I was told was totaled from another company and they repaired it. If you could call it a repair. Nothing is flush, I already had to take it back twice to adjust things and they gave me a chipped tail light, told me that they would have a new part and they have yet to call me back and it has been 3 weeks. ***THEY DROVE MY CAR 165 MILES AND HAVE NO EXPLANATION FOR THE EXCESS MILEAGE*** however they had no problem forking over $40 for gas because they left me on complete empty after joy riding my si civic. What does that tell you? Do not give these fools your vehicle. They pushed back my return date 3 times .. being over a week after i was told i could pick it up. Never again. read more

These guys did a GREAT job! -I was definitely shaken up form my accident, I had really messed up my brand new car and I, of course, wanted it to look just as new when I got it back. When I met with Matt I knew I had put my car the right hands. Premier Collision was able to get me right in for an estimate and set me up with a loaner car. Matt was very nice and worked with my insurance adjuster and company making it extremely easy for me. I didn't have to lift a finger, which I appreciated since I do have a full time job. When my car was finished, which was done in the estimated time I was originally told, I was very impressed. You can't tell my car was ever in any sort of collision. Besides the excellent workmanship and the extreme level of professionalism, I am just overall VERY impressed. Although I hope I will never have to use their services again, I know exactly where I will go if I have another issue with my car and where I will be sending my family and friends. I had a leak- water finding its way into the cab of my truck. Very mysterious and annoying. Tim and his crew tore the truck apart inside and out, tested and retested, found it and fixed it. But this review gets better. Like 5 months later, the leak returned. I had also changed insurance companies- the first incident was covered because it had been related to a windshield claim. But I did not expect a shop to take the truck back because they could easily say, what did you do to it in the last 6 months? Tim however backed their work 100%, took it back in, found the cause of the leak, and again found it and fixed it. If you prefer to work with a shop that truly guarantees their work, this is one business that does. read more
