They responded quickly and showed up right on time, which already put them ahead of a lot of contractors I've dealt with before. A plumber came (not Crown) and fixed the toilet but the drip persisted. When I tried to call this unnamed plumber back, he said he was out of town for a week. Ugh! Crown to the rescue! I called crown and they sent Elvis over to explore our problem. Elvis quickly determined that the toilet was not our problem and set about exploring other options. After some good detective work, he discovered a very slow leak inside one of our walls. He expeditiously fixed it and explained the cause. This guy knows his business! We also appreciated his being upfront about the cost of his visit had was careful to document the itemized bill. He even carried a book of possible repairs and their cost for transparency. It is hard to find a good plumber but I have high praise for Crown and recommend them without hesitation.

I consider Residential Express's service to be good quality and good value. They were particularly courteous of our pets and reminded us there was a discount coupon available on their website! We currently have an annual HVAC contract with a larger company we are unhappy with. Upon arrival, Mike did a thorough inspection of the house's plumbing system and found some other issues that may cause problems down the line. He replaced those as well and saved us a huge headache! Mike and Anna are a great family business and do excellent work. He is prompt, communicative, and doesn't try to upsell you. It is important to be flexible with your schedule as a job prior to yours could take a bit longer than expected, but he will let you know if your time window changes. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second time using BlueStar and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The…read morefirst time they fixed my furnace which had build up on a sensor which was an easy fix. John came out and was very straight forward and up front with everything he did. He explained the issue to me, how he would fix it, and even provided some recommendations I may want to do in the future. My second time I used Bluestar was on a Sunday and they are closed on Sunday's. I did not realize this at first and left them a voicemail in the morning. Realizing they were closed I called another company who would have charged me more than Bluestar to come out later that afternoon to look at the problem which was that my Nest Thermostat was giving an E73 error code meaning it was not getting power. To my surprise I received a call from John at Bluestar that afternoon prior to the other HVAC company coming out. I discussed my thermostat issue not getting power with John and he suggested several troubleshooting fixes I could try over the phone. After eliminating several causes of what the problem may be John suggested holding down the front panel cover switch to the unit to see if a power light was coming on. In doing this I noticed sometimes the light would come on and sometimes it would not. There seemed to be a loose connection in the a wire that was causing the switch not to supply power. After playing with the switch for a few minutes I got the power to stay on and the problem was fixed. John solved my problem and saved me a good deal of money as I canceled my appointment with the other HVAC company. John took over 20 minutes talking to me on the phone going above an beyond to help me solve my AC issue on the day the company is closed. I would highly recommend BluStar to anyone and will use them for all my future HVAC needs.

A few days went by having a few contractors come by and give an estimate to replace my unit (I had a leak and my refrigerant phased out). Some companies were able to install the next day but it was so expensive! Or some contractors were cheaper but I had to wait 3-5 days for installation... Soooo being the Goldilocks of this HVAC issue, I went on google and yelp again and found One Hour Heating and Air. I quickly and easily booked an appointment for an estimate. They were able to accommodate me the next morning. They were fantastic! They communicated that JT would be arriving at 9am. JT showed up early! He was very professional and put on those shoe booties, so the floors don't get dirty. (Being an Asian household, we thank you!) JT was knowledgeable of the products and my neighborhood community. This was very comforting. Also, he was really willing to work with us and wasn't pushy at all! A few hours later, we decided to go with One Hour Heating and Air. They were able to schedule the installation for the next day! The day of installation, I received a text that my technician was on his way and sent a picture of what he looked like.
