Small businesses that offer a great service to the community. One of the fancy features of our house is. "Architectural carpeting" that means we have high quality spare no expense wool carpeting, you can't just have anyone come clean it, you have to have someone experienced with wool carpeting or you will ruin it. Imagine an expensive wool sweater in the washing machine at the wrong temperature with the wrong soap. I used the handy dandy Yelp app to find someone experienced , well priced, and professional to help maintain the beauty of our carpeting. Jeremy came, assessed the carpets, got to work. He mentioned to my husband he noticed the high quality of our carpet and how we take good care of it by making everyone remove shoes. Then he mentioned my spot treatment disaster where Max barfed disaster - he gave such great advice. He did thoughtful things like put footies on all of our furniture, turned his high power fans on in the areas he completed to give the drying a jump start, and vacuumed our area rug with his high powered vacuum. Next day the carpets were completely dry. We saw the same brand new carpet we saw when we first bought this house. We will make sure Jeremy, sole proprietor and operator to come every year to help us continue taking great care of our "architectural carpeting" We are so happy with his service. Community gem. Work ethic and knowledge base is second to none - I am so glad I went with them. Jeremy is a great example of an expert who rolls-up his sleeves and gets it done right - extremely hardworking. He has a way of looking at a carpet the way a radiologist can analyze an x-ray. Great suggestions on preventative care and the final results look fantastic. My hunting cat left us some nasty surprises on the carpet, and there was also a significant amount of rat poop which I was hesitant to clean myself because bleach would stain the carpet, and they took care of it all! See before/after photos for the stains they removed. The price was quite reasonable. One thing to note is that they did raise the price by about $50 compared to the initial quote when they arrived, which I found still to be very reasonable given the state of my carpet, but worth keeping in mind when you get an estimate. They also did not initially clean the area under a small couch, which other cleaners have cleaned in the past (it's quite a light couch, you can push it to the side easily). When I called about it though they came back right away the next day to get that area. Overall great service and value, just make sure to double check ahead of time if you need cleaning under furniture and keep in mind the quote is just an estimate!
