UNSAFE, AGGRESSIVE SECURITY & TOTAL LACK OF MANAGEMENT This was an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe experience. The venue was disorganized from the moment we arrived. There was no line control, staff appeared disengaged, and it was obvious that underage patrons using fake IDs were being allowed inside, which alone should concern anyone considering coming here. A minor situation -- a friend briefly standing on a chair singing -- was handled in the worst way possible. Instead of a calm warning or conversation, security aggressively rushed our group, immediately escalating the situation. Multiple staff members began yelling, surrounding us, and using physical force to remove my friend and his girlfriend. We were already leaving voluntarily, yet security continued to push us and rush us out, turning a non-issue into a physical confrontation. I repeatedly attempted to de-escalate and placed myself between security and my friends to prevent further harm, but staff showed zero professionalism or restraint. The behavior from security felt hostile, intimidating, and targeted, and the overall environment was volatile and unsafe. This is not how a legitimate venue handles conflict -- this is how people get hurt. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away. There are plenty of venues that know how to manage crowds without resorting to aggression and force. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I so would... On Saturday 2/27/21 at approx. 1:30am, I was physically assaulted by a bouncers (White ginger/red head) at Pretty Please Social Club establishment named ________,while another bouncer stood by and watched... My left arm was twerked, I was pushed down to the ground, causing deep cuts to my pinky finger, bit my tongue and received a rotator cuff injury. I immediately informed the "GM" of the situation and she claimed to give him/the bouncer a stern talking to. Right... A similar situation happened after my incident on 3/14/21, where multiple other minority patrons were injured and sent to the hospital requiring many stitches and surgery caused by the same bouncer(s). My friend paid $500 for a VIP room that wasn't even fucking VIP. Their whole VIP area is open to the public. You pay money and anybody can walk up into your party mess with your friends do anything the bartender sucks. Their drinks are watered down they allow so many people in that small tiny little bar That it limits your mobility, and you can barely turn around without almost getting smacked by a stranger. Insecurity sucks. They do nothing but walk around and hit on people. The only person up there worth a fucking damn is the DJ. Came out for a girls night out and this place is so cute and chic, Kinda makes you feel like your in a garden. The bartenders are super tentative there and always asking is there anything else you need. Plenty of seating areas with a good size dance floor. They even have a selfie ring light to get those right angles. And have a outdoor area to enjoy drinks if the music is too loud. I've been here twice the first time was with a great group of people whom brought her ambiance to the dance floor. This place really needs to get it together with better music. Anywho drinks were okay they have all types of seating inside and outside the lounge. They really need to work on getting a bigger women's restroom both times I've been there it's been jam packed and a line waiting. Other than that great people and great spot. To be quick: 1. Bouncer at the door is RUDE. 2. Everyone in my party had to stand in line at the bar for at least 30 minutes every time they wanted a drink. 3. Their dress code isn't posted online. 5. Some of my friends were let in and some weren't based on dress code, but that was super inconsistent. We aren't club people, but we made an exception for this place. The sign is bright and well lit even though it is in an alleyway. There is a really cute patio that has a lot of great spots for picture taking. The theme of the Club is very Garden. There are cute fake flowers on the wall and on the ceiling throughout the exterior and interior of the Club. The music is the perfect volume. It doesn't hurt your ears but you still feel like you're in a club. The drinks were really good. They were only $7 each for cocktails, but you should know that there is a $10 minimum on cards. If you're looking for a really good drink try the white gummy bear. The bartenders were very fast and closing was at 1:55 provided a lot of time for people to party. I ordered a vodka sour excited to try a favorite drink of mine, it tasted like water. I've been here many times and I'm always pleased. However, this night I know for sure they watered down their vodka (titos vodka). Thanks to the bartender, he poured more in my cup. But that tells me he knew the vodka was watered down prior to pouring my drink or he wouldn't have given me extra without charge. my friends and i went here tonight and my friend (who was the DD) was kicked out for slipping on a floor that multiple drinks had been spilled on. No one who worked there tried to clean it, but told us we had to leave when she was walking and slipped for being "too drunk". the bouncers were EXTREMELY rude and any time we had a question (ex. where is the trashcan?) we were met with a dirty looks and subsequently ignored. There were even times when we were pushed out of the way by bouncers so they could have a better vantage point to spy on other customers. Only good thing about this place was the DJ. If you see the woman bouncer, just know she is looking for any excuse to kick you out. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to any of my friends local or out of town. So I don't live in this area but I come up here often and pretty please is one of my favorite bars and normally I have a great experience here with all the staff but dr fox was a total asshole I've also heard many good things about him but this was my first time having an encounter with him and normally everyone is so polite and nice here and also very welcoming but he is not at all, he was rude and just a total dickhead Also your bartender Haley is the absolute best!! She is so positive and welcoming and made some of the best drinks!! Thank you for at least having some positive and well rounded staff members! Just recently learned about this place and decided to give it a try. It's a nice, large area and there's actually a lot of seating inside. The decorations are cute and overall it's just a comfortable environment to be in. The bartenders were nice and the drinks were strong. They were on the pricey side in my opinion. Do not go here after a Thunder game. I went there wearing my Russ against the World t-shirt, and after being there a couple of hours, I was told I have to leave because of the dress code.
