I had a guest staying at the Park MGM for xmas week. I booked Xmas day brunch here and it was my first time here. The establishment overall was cute and well decorated inside with a homey feel. The server (I cant recall his name Manny perhaps but he was from NY area) was great. He was very knowledgable regarding the menu items and honest about portions if they were sharable etc. I made sure to let the manager Adam know he was one of the best servers I have has living as a Vegas local for almost 10 yrs. Love this place whenever I am in Vegas. The servers and bartenders are all top notch, they make excellent drinks and provide the best, fast, friendly service. Of particular note, there is a drink here called the lavender sgroppono. It has grey goose, champagne and scoop of lemon sorbet and it is like heaven in a glass. As one of my fellow diners commented, they're so easy to drink that you have to be careful you don't have so many you lose your whole day. (But even if you do... so what! It's Vegas.) Seeing that this place is a popular and crowded breakfast spot at ParkMGM, and I did not want to wait for a table, I decided to place a mobile order and dine in my room. I opted for the Park burger (2 patties, crispy onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, primrose sauce) and a pickle spear. I am pleased that they have the option to substitute the meat for plant based impossible patties (which is a $5 upcharge, but well worth it). The burger also came with a side of French fries. I picked up my order at the bar, which is to the right of the host stand/entrance. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, and promptly handed me my order. It was packaged neatly, along with utensils and ketchup packets. Onto the food: my burger was huge and I could not finish it. It was tasty, but my only complaint is that the bun was a bit too toasty for my liking. read more

Really enjoyed eating here while we were staying at the hotel. Prices are a little high for just a routine and typical breakfast that you can find outside the hotel for half the price, but overall it was a great experience because of the bartender Ngouc who was amazing and so welcoming and amazing ! She was very friendly and had some great conversations with us during our breakfast which made our breakfast enjoyable and memorable. Writing this review from Salt & Ivy in the Aria because there is a 45 minute wait at Primrose at 7:30 in the morning with over 1/2 of the restaurant empty. I can understand staff shortages but this seems absurd for the only breakfast place in the Park MGM. Maybe they don't care if the lose customers to an Aria restaurant because they are both MGM properties. read more

Place gets very busy so with our reservation, we only waited 5 minutes until we were seated Had the Brunch special which included this lovely tower of tea sandwiches, fruit, pastries - plus you get to order an entree - Crab Cake Benedict was my choice. We came here on a last minute whim last weekend for brunch. We had to wait awhile since we could only secure a 1:30 pm reservations since they were packed and rightfully so. We love Primrose. Finally brought mom! She loved it too. Love the style of bougie brunch meets garden tea party complete with comfy velvet seating and unique pink and green wallpaper, framed prints. Very clean, relaxed and inviting. Super easy to find as it's right at the Park MGM main entrance/front desk. Also close to Park MGM back entrance where you can easy grab an uber if needed. We made a reservation for 1:15 and were seated at 1:00. Rashad was our server and he was the sweetest and super attentive. Pure excellence! We ordered a bakery basket which included a butter croissant, muffin, and chocolate croissant. Yogurt with fruit (large portion, very filling) and a cobb salad for mom with dressing on the side. Also got a coffee for the table, water and orange turmeric juice. Yum! $70 not including tip. Very reasonable for the level of service we received, ambiance, quality of food. I was in Vegas for my birthday with my bestie and we had heard good things about Primrose so we wanted to try it out. We definitely should have made a reservation, but we waited for a table for almost an hour, and it was totally worth it. It is beautifully decorated and a classic for a weekend brunch. We had the Sunday prix fixe brunch special where you get berries, charcuterie and pastries on a pretty tower, an entree (I had the crab Benedict- yum and my friend had the croissant sandwich). Been years since I've been in but breakfast this morning hit the spot. High points: the pancakes are still stellar. $17 pancakes that are actually worth $17- they don't look like much when they are served but they hit the jackpot in texture and flavor. I remember these being a lot thicker (and maybe only one of them?) years ago when Primrose first opened but regardless they are still absolutely worth ordering. My only minor complaint was the butter was too cold and took forever to melt into the pancakes. Please fix this. Hollandaise on Benedict super fresh and lemony - very delicious. And the coffee is even great! (And they bring a whole carafe which is the right answer:). The space is still bright and beautiful and clean and you can see the pool area right outside. (And there's fresh primrose on every table!) Absolutely will not hesitate to continue sending people here- consistently great experience across many years. read more

Morning brunchtime at the Park MGM and we decided to eat somewhere close by. This is literally in the lobby and hard to miss. There were interesting specials like the 90 minute all-you-can-drink mimosas and several other options. I opted for a simple Chicken Strip and fries, although the chicken and waffles looked equally as impressive. Chicken Strips- 7/10. The chicken is fried crispy and has a pretty strong herby taste in the batter. There is also a Chipotle aioli that paired nicely, but I feared I might be bathroom ridden if I ate it all. The fries are also fried crispy. It was a pretty good dish. The prices and quantity of food you get seem to be great here. I would say it's a good stop for breakfast or brunchtime. read more

The service at Primrose was exceptional. Thanks to Rashad. We were initially sat outside, but it started to sprinkle. Immediately, the servers were able to move us indoors. Rashad was so accommodating and answered every question that we had. He assured us that if we didn't like it just to let him know, but we loved everything. We ordered the steak and eggs, potato leek soup, Primrose classic, and the pasta carbonara. The pasta carbonara was really good for a brunch. We were staying at the hotel so charging to the room was no problem. There was a little bit of a wait to get a table, so make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. The food was decent but their service wasn't desirable. My waiter keeps on missing the order and mixing up the bill from other table because he takes a note for taking order. There order system is not dully integrated to the hotel's room reservation system or something, an he complained he cannot find my room number and added 15 minutes for charging to my room. As a restaurant in Tribute series hotel, I was surprised with this outdated system. This needs to be improved greatly to be considered a resort service. read more

Two friends and I had our post-Backstreet Boys brunch at Primrose last weekend. We chose Primrose because it was in our hotel (a plus) and has bottomless mimosas (a mega-plus). From the moment we checked in for our reservation, this was an exceptional experience. The staff was upbeat and welcoming, the decor is adorable, and the vibes are great. I don't know how he did it, but Adam read my personality from the jump--he kept us laughing and checked in throughout the meal. We felt like VIPs! Our server Shelly (or Shelley) kept the energy going with a big smile and some great recommendations. She was super attentive and engaged warmly with us the whole time, even though we knew she was busy. She is a total pro. The food was great too, but there are a lot of places in Vegas where you can get great food. Primrose had that extra something that left an impression and made our trip truly special. The food here is really good and definitely worth the wait. If you don't want to wait an hour for a table(on a busy day), you can always grab a spot at the bar. Sometimes you'll even get lucky and get seated faster. The pancakes are amazing and easily my favorite. The lobster eggs Benedict is super flavorful, and the lobster doesn't have that frozen seafood taste at all. The only thing I wasn't a fan of were the potatoes; I wish I had asked for them to be cooked differently, but that's just a personal preference. Ever since I started coming to Vegas, there have been two primary places I go to for breakfast. Primrose is one of those places. If I want to brunch, this is where I want to go. In my mind, this is what defines Vegas. Each time I go, I get the red-carpet treatment. I feel like someone special even though I probably can't afford to eat here without comps. Primrose feels very fancy to me and it makes me feel like a princess. The food is really good. I think that they have this fruit plate here if I can remember correctly. Sometimes I get their yogurt that has a heaping amount of yogurt and fruit that I can take home. When my aunt was staying at MGM, I immediately suggested Primrose for breakfast. MGM does have more places that are awesome, but I think that Primrose exceeds everything that they have. If you are staying at MGM, Primrose is excellent for breakfast. read more

I have been here once before and had a good experience. Last time I ordered a burger and frie, and their fries were really good. This time I came by again, hoping to have a similar experience. We were seated and greeted promptly. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We told our server we need a minute to decide on what we want to order. She left and didn't come back for 20 minutes. It's almost like she forgot that we still had to place an order. We said we need a minute to decide, not 20 minutes to decide. She placed a order for a table of six right after they gave her the order. For us, she took our order, then went to another table of six and took their order before going and putting our order in. What the? That makes us wait even longer for the food. She never came by to refill our drinks until the check came, and by then why would I need a refill? She was extremely hard to get a hold of, and we basically had to constantly keep an eye out for her because she would not come to our table. I noticed we were not the only table having this issue. I don't know if she's the problem or if they're just understaffed. Also, the food was subpar. I remember the fries being really good last time and this time they were not as good.
