Not great service. My first experience at Primrose was so good that my group and I decided to come back again the next morning. We made a reservation for 5 for 9:00am. When we got in, we had no wait and were seated immediately. We were put in the section directly next to the bar. This section is decorated a bit differently from the main dining area. If you are sat here, you can expect it to be a busier and more crowded than on the other side of the restaurant. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits again, but this time with avocado. We got bottomless mimosas for the table too. The others at my table ordered some mixed drinks from the bar. The service this time around was nowhere near where it was the first time. After the drink order was taken, we saw our drinks sitting at the edge of the bar. Our server walked past them a number of times and never brought them over. For about 15 minutes, our drinks were sitting at the edge of the bar (that was directly next to our table) with their ice melting. When our drinks were brought to us, two people at our table placed additional drink orders. One of the drinks was brought to the table and we had to request the second one to be brought from the same bar area that the previous drinks were sitting at. When the food came, I immediately noticed that my Shrimp & Grits did not have the avocado I requested on top. The dish tasted fantastic nonetheless. Our table shared the Mediterranean Plate. It tasted incredibly fresh and had a lot of nice bright flavors. My mom said she enjoyed the Steak and Eggs. We also ate our body weight in that delicious jam! Despite it being bustling and busy in there, the experience was good and I would definitely come back.
Food: Chicken and Waffles - 3.8/5 - Pretty good chicken and waffles! Chicken was nice and crispy, butter and syrup were tasty. It was good! I think having the waffle a bit more crispy would make it stand out more. Ambiance: 5/5 - A really nice spring/earthy, but classy, feel to it. Flower jars at each table, a perfect ambiance for a brunch/breakfast spot. Service - 5/5 - Amazing service from all the staff. Our waiter, Carlos, was so patient and attentive with us, despite my mom changing her drink choice 3 times. Not to mention also how fast and friendly everything was!
Brunch at the Primrose located inside Park MGM, Las Vegas. We started with coffee of course the wife ordered a Bellini. My better half ordered from the brunch menu which includes a Mimosa, its starter included a fruit tray with multiple pastries, the chef's selection of meats & cheeses & tea sandwiches for her entree she ordered the Creme Bulee French Toast and for dessert a Cinnamon Flavored cupcake packed to go. I ordered the Chicken & Waffles w Chives, Vermont Maple Syrup & butter. Jesse our server was very pleasant & attentive he answered all our questions about different things we ordered. If you're visiting the Park MGM the Primrose is definitely a great breakfast or brunch destination.
We're staying at park MGM and had a credit to use at this spot. Our reservation was at 10:45am, but because it took a while to get an elevator (bc it was also around check out time) we showed up at 11am to be told they only held the table for 10 minutes. We went on a waiting list and were seated ~30 minutes later. Online I didn't see their prix fix menu but was excited to see they had one. We got a tower of apps, our main entree, and a cupcake to go. It was such a great deal, and the food was great and they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions for the tower apps. It was also a lot of food. I also got the lavender cocktail with the sorbet which was great.
Great brunch place on the strip. One of the newer properties on the strip. PArk MGM has a lot of nice casual eateries. Highly recommend this place for mimosas and brunch food. Got the roasted chicken and the couscous is light and tangy. Table service, can be a bit slow so definitely come as a group and enjoy the ambiance. Expect around 20-30$ for mains.
This is a cute little brunch find in the Park MGM, reservations are highly encouraged as the wait can be hours long. They have a nice variety of brunch options with a full pastry, Sandwiches and charcuterie option as well good coffee and unlimited mimosas options. The service was great and the ambiance was bright, sunny and picturesque. It's a great option for breakfast, brunch and lunch on the strip! My friend had an omelette and I had the prix fixe brunch for $45. It was a tower of food as pictured and your choice of a mimosa or prosecco. Pretty and delish!
We walked into Primrose at Park MGM for breakfast without a reservation and waited about 20 minutes for a table. Once we ordered, it took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive, which felt a little long but manageable. The side potatoes that came with the eggs Benedict were seasoned to perfection, and the almond whipped cream on the waffles was quite a tasty experience. My only note is that they could be more generous with the berries on the waffles. The staff was friendly and the ambience is okay, nothing to die for. We paid $64 for two with no alcoholic beverages, which is not bad for Las Vegas prices. Overall, a solid breakfast spot if you're staying at Park MGM. Just make a reservation if you can.
I came here with a group and it took us 2 hours to get out (with a reservation and getting seated immediately). It took well over an hour to get food, and a very very long time to order. The food was mediocre at best, and we compared it to Dennys quality with a high price tag. The dishes came out inconsistent. We had a few orders of eggs Benedict and the hollandaise on each of ours were of varying consistencies and amounts, depending on how long they'd been sitting under a heat lamp (I assume). My friend's was clumpy and mine was more smooth, for example. We didn't send anything back because of how painfully long it took the first time. The lattes were 80% ice. The steak and eggs were severely overcooked and could barely be cut with a knife. Many of the breakfast potatoes were severely undercooked. When we asked what was taking so long prior to getting our food, we were met with a "well I put in the ticket, I checked." Not an "I'm so sorry let me check" or a "it should only be a bit longer" or any other explanation that would actually make sense. It was a bit busy, but not so crowded that it should be this unmanageable, especially in a place like Vegas.
I have loved Primrose since it opened, but it's been a few years since my last visit and sometimes your Vegas faves don't stay your faves. I'm glad to say Primrose, and our excellent waiter Carlos, proved me wrong. The always cute breakfast spot delivered and then some with my last visit, where I introduced two friends to my favorite brunch spot. Excellent drinks, incredible food, good vibes, and a waiter who delivered beyond expectations. Carlos was hilarious, kind, and complimentary. He checked on us frequently, ensured my food came out gluten free, knew the menu well, and again, made us laugh quite a few times. Both friends promptly declared this their favorite meal of the trip, which is a big compliment when you think about dining options on the strip. I always recommend the brunch, it's just the right amount to share and still get yourself entrees.

I had a guest staying at the Park MGM for xmas week. I booked Xmas day brunch here and it was my first time here. The establishment overall was cute and well decorated inside with a homey feel. The server (I cant recall his name Manny perhaps but he was from NY area) was great. He was very knowledgable regarding the menu items and honest about portions if they were sharable etc. I made sure to let the manager Adam know he was one of the best servers I have has living as a Vegas local for almost 10 yrs. I highly suggest getting a reservation bc the restaurant was packed & you will be waiting! Totally worth it tho, one of the better meals my guest said during her trip here in Vegas. read more

Seeing that this place is a popular and crowded breakfast spot at ParkMGM, and I did not want to wait for a table, I decided to place a mobile order and dine in my room. I opted for the Park burger (2 patties, crispy onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, primrose sauce) and a pickle spear. I am pleased that they have the option to substitute the meat for plant based impossible patties (which is a $5 upcharge, but well worth it). The burger also came with a side of French fries. I picked up my order at the bar, which is to the right of the host stand/entrance. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, and promptly handed me my order. It was packaged neatly, along with utensils and ketchup packets. Onto the food: my burger was huge and I could not finish it. It was tasty, but my only complaint is that the bun was a bit too toasty for my liking. read more

Love this place whenever I am in Vegas. The servers and bartenders are all top notch, they make excellent drinks and provide the best, fast, friendly service. Of particular note, there is a drink here called the lavender sgroppono. It has grey goose, champagne and scoop of lemon sorbet and it is like heaven in a glass. As one of my fellow diners commented, they're so easy to drink that you have to be careful you don't have so many you lose your whole day. (But even if you do... so what! It's Vegas.) Food is also excellent and I particularly like sitting at the bar. There is usually a long wait for the restaurant on weekends but it's worth it. Or sneak into an open spot at the bar. read more

I stayed at the park mgmt last month; on our last day I saw this restaurant and decided to go for brunch: best decision on that trip. I Love everything Our waitress was so nice and friendly.. we chose the brunch menu ( I think it was $45 a person, so worthy) We got a mimosa, the appetizer tower you see in the picture for 2 and I ordered crab cake Benedict and we also go dessert .. Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 I'm gonna add this restaurant as a place to go when I go back to Las Vegas! read more
Definitely try and make a reservation if you're coming for breakfast or weekend brunch. Place gets very busy so with our reservation, we only waited 5 minutes until we were seated Had the Brunch special which included this lovely tower of tea sandwiches, fruit, pastries - plus you get to order an entree - Crab Cake Benedict was my choice. It also comes with a cocktail and a cute little cupcake box to go. Noise level goes up on the weekends but they do have separate dining spaces. read more
So I'm walking through the Park MGM lobby, just trying to get my life together from that scalding heat outside, and what do I spot? A cute lil chalkboard sign whispering, "Bottomless Mimosas $40." I said, well alright then. But let me tell you--it wasn't just the mimosas that lured me in. This place is stunning. Like, vintage garden party meets upscale brunch lounge. We're talking velvet seating, chandeliers, botanical wallpaper, and that "lemme grab a quick selfie before my food arrives" kinda lighting. The energy is peaceful and plush. You can sit at the bar, but if you want a table? Reservation required! I was quoted a 30-minute wait, but they called me back before I could even finish scrolling the menu. Hostess? Super pleasant. Server? On point. Everyone was warm, attentive, and looked like they actually wanted to be there--which y'all know is not always the case in Vegas. Now let's talk about this avocado toast masterpiece I ordered. I told myself I was gonna eat light... and then this work of edible art came out looking like it was styled by a food magazine editor on their day off. I'm talkin': Hearty seeded toast Creamy smashed avo Smoked salmon like silk Ribboned cucumber Radish slices Heirloom tomato medley Microgreens Pepitas for a lil crunch It was giving spa day in toast form. Light, flavorful, and perfectly portioned--filled me up just enough without the food coma. And y'all know I love a dish that looks good and behaves. We came here on a last minute whim last weekend for brunch. We had to wait awhile since we could only secure a 1:30 pm reservations since they were packed and rightfully so. The ambiance was okay, the service was amazing, their brunch offering was tasty and a great value. Presentation and taste was great. My Crab Cake Benedict was lovely. What we enjoyed was the relaxed vibe and we didn't feel rushed. This was a pleasantly surprising good brunch place. read more

Make a reservation, but you're still gonna have to wait. The hostess - both because we came two days can't explain why the restaurant is EMPTY and we need to wait. The place is nice and comfortable. The servings are plentiful and the food is ok. Waiters are nice. Not sure why it's so highly ranked. It's fine. read more

We love Primrose. Finally brought mom! She loved it too. Love the style of bougie brunch meets garden tea party complete with comfy velvet seating and unique pink and green wallpaper, framed prints. Very clean, relaxed and inviting. Super easy to find as it's right at the Park MGM main entrance/front desk. Also close to Park MGM back entrance where you can easy grab an uber if needed. We made a reservation for 1:15 and were seated at 1:00. Rashad was our server and he was the sweetest and super attentive. Pure excellence! We ordered a bakery basket which included a butter croissant, muffin, and chocolate croissant. Yogurt with fruit (large portion, very filling) and a cobb salad for mom with dressing on the side. Also got a coffee for the table, water and orange turmeric juice. Yum! $70 not including tip. Very reasonable for the level of service we received, ambiance, quality of food. I was in Vegas for my birthday with my bestie and we had heard good things about Primrose so we wanted to try it out. We definitely should have made a reservation, but we waited for a table for almost an hour, and it was totally worth it. It is beautifully decorated and a classic for a weekend brunch. We had the Sunday prix fixe brunch special where you get berries, charcuterie and pastries on a pretty tower, an entree (I had the crab Benedict- yum and my friend had the croissant sandwich). We had to save the take away dessert macaroons for later we were so deliciously full. Definitely coming back the next time in Vegas. read more

Morning brunchtime at the Park MGM and we decided to eat somewhere close by. This is literally in the lobby and hard to miss. There were interesting specials like the 90 minute all-you-can-drink mimosas and several other options. I opted for a simple Chicken Strip and fries, although the chicken and waffles looked equally as impressive. Chicken Strips- 7/10. The chicken is fried crispy and has a pretty strong herby taste in the batter. There is also a Chipotle aioli that paired nicely, but I feared I might be bathroom ridden if I ate it all. The fries are also fried crispy. It was a pretty good dish. The prices and quantity of food you get seem to be great here. I would say it's a good stop for breakfast or brunchtime. read more

The service at Primrose was exceptional. Thanks to Rashad. We were initially sat outside, but it started to sprinkle. Immediately, the servers were able to move us indoors. Rashad was so accommodating and answered every question that we had. He assured us that if we didn't like it just to let him know, but we loved everything. We ordered the steak and eggs, potato leek soup, Primrose classic, and the pasta carbonara. The pasta carbonara was really good for a brunch. We were staying at the hotel so charging to the room was no problem. There was a little bit of a wait to get a table, so make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. Lastly, the restaurant itself is really pretty and cute. It's a photo worthy brunch spot. read more

Two friends and I had our post-Backstreet Boys brunch at Primrose last weekend. We chose Primrose because it was in our hotel (a plus) and has bottomless mimosas (a mega-plus). From the moment we checked in for our reservation, this was an exceptional experience. The staff was upbeat and welcoming, the decor is adorable, and the vibes are great. I don't know how he did it, but Adam read my personality from the jump--he kept us laughing and checked in throughout the meal. We felt like VIPs! Our server Shelly (or Shelley) kept the energy going with a big smile and some great recommendations. She was super attentive and engaged warmly with us the whole time, even though we knew she was busy. She is a total pro. The food was great too, but there are a lot of places in Vegas where you can get great food. Primrose had that extra something that left an impression and made our trip truly special. My group was looking for a spot to get brunch on the strip and decided to go to Primrose. There was a 45 minute wait after we put our names down so we walked around the hotel in the meantime. After we were seated and ordered, the food took some time to arrive. I ordered the breakfast classic with chicken sausage, eggs sunny side up, and sourdough toast. The butter came in small spheres which was cute, but otherwise the meal was alright. To be fair, I could have made this meal at home so it's possible that if I ordered something different I would've been more impressed. Overall, I would visit another spot for brunch the next time I'm in Vegas. read more
We made reservations(a must anywhere) and were seated in Shelly's section. They had LaVazza coffee and left a carafe on the table. Smart! We ordered the Classic breakfast and the eggs Benedict. The scrambled eggs were nicely cooked and their breakfast potatos were nicely flavored and plenty! The hollandaise sauce was spectacular on the Benedict',was homemade, and so good! I loved the "square" ham's flavor as well. Definitely worth a visit! read more

The food here is really good and definitely worth the wait. If you don't want to wait an hour for a table(on a busy day), you can always grab a spot at the bar. Sometimes you'll even get lucky and get seated faster. The pancakes are amazing and easily my favorite. The lobster eggs Benedict is super flavorful, and the lobster doesn't have that frozen seafood taste at all. The only thing I wasn't a fan of were the potatoes; I wish I had asked for them to be cooked differently, but that's just a personal preference. The Irish coffee here is hands down the best on the Strip. And our server at the bar was incredible. He was attentive, friendly, and just all-around great. read more

My friends and I stayed at Park MGM last week, and Primrose proved a reliable and delicious staple during our weekend. We went for lunch one day and brunch another. Both of our servers were lovely, and gave good recommendations. For lunch I ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon, and for brunch I chose shrimp and grits. Both were VERY delicious. What I also really appreciated (and this was a big factor in our choosing Primrose for dining, aside from hotel proximity) was the inclusion of a vegan menu. One of my friends is vegan, and we wanted to make sure she'd have delicious choices too. Thank you! read more

Ever since I started coming to Vegas, there have been two primary places I go to for breakfast. Primrose is one of those places. If I want to brunch, this is where I want to go. In my mind, this is what defines Vegas. Each time I go, I get the red-carpet treatment. I feel like someone special even though I probably can't afford to eat here without comps. Primrose feels very fancy to me and it makes me feel like a princess. The food is really good. I think that they have this fruit plate here if I can remember correctly. Sometimes I get their yogurt that has a heaping amount of yogurt and fruit that I can take home. When my aunt was staying at MGM, I immediately suggested Primrose for breakfast. MGM does have more places that are awesome, but I think that Primrose exceeds everything that they have. If you are staying at MGM, Primrose is excellent for breakfast. read more
Came here for brunch with a colleague and I recommend you to get a reservation for sure. We had a reservation for 10am and if you didn't have a reservation you are looking at a 45-60 min wait. I got the eggs Benedict and it was very delicious, the hollandaise sauce was very creamy. I hoped that it would be a bit more tangy. The potatoes were somewhat crispy but flavored nicely. The service was kind of slow, our food took about 30 min to come. Overall I had a good experience so would recommend but definitely make the reservation before!! read more
We had breakfast here twice and they were both exceptional. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service and ambiance were/are amazing. We would definitely eat breakfast here again. Fyi: It was a little pricey, but you are in a restaurant in Vegas. read more

I have been here once before and had a good experience. Last time I ordered a burger and frie, and their fries were really good. This time I came by again, hoping to have a similar experience. We were seated and greeted promptly. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We told our server we need a minute to decide on what we want to order. She left and didn't come back for 20 minutes. It's almost like she forgot that we still had to place an order. We said we need a minute to decide, not 20 minutes to decide. She placed a order for a table of six right after they gave her the order. For us, she took our order, then went to another table of six and took their order before going and putting our order in. What the? That makes us wait even longer for the food. She never came by to refill our drinks until the check came, and by then why would I need a refill? She was extremely hard to get a hold of, and we basically had to constantly keep an eye out for her because she would not come to our table. I noticed we were not the only table having this issue. I don't know if she's the problem or if they're just understaffed. Also, the food was subpar. I remember the fries being really good last time and this time they were not as good. Also, I ordered a turkey club sandwich. It did not look like a normal club. It was a regular sandwich. Skimpy on bacon. Do not think I would return here. read more

Not that I saw during our visit but I am sure you will be able to reserve a table with ease for being VIP member.
Are walk ins welcomed?
Walk in are welcome. Early mornings except at least 15 plus minutes to wait. All walk ins get seated in the bar high tops. So those are the seats you wait for.
I currently have a reservation for 5 people but need to update it to 7. Every time I call I only get a busy signal. Is there a better phone number to use to update my reservation?
Use the email you received with your reservation for updates. If that doesn't work just go to the front before your reservation time to check in and they will make the changes for you.
Didn't Primrose serve dinner? We came here before a Bruno Mars concert a couple years ago & tried to make dinner reservations but told they stop serving food at 2pm?
Alas, no they only serve breakfast and lunch. The bar next door has food in the evening.
