As I'm writing this review I see another one I did back in 2017. Eight years later, still the same, actually even better service and care! Can not say enough about Jim and his team! Big plumbing matters are rough to deal with but Jim put me at ease from the start. Never did I feel I was being sold something, he fully explained and showed the work that needed to be done and why. They were on time, did what they said they'd do and really put my mind at ease with the repair at hand. There is something special about all the employees I met this week, Brian, Eric, Drew, and the dig squad, you truly seemed to enjoy your work and clearly are being taught by a pro; Jim. There is something going on with this company and it shows. Happy, hardworking, thorough employees, comes from the top. They did a great job and really put my mind at ease of not having a problem with my sewer line again. Pristine Plumbing installed a new water heater 3 months ago and it started making a really loud noise. Quite a bit of water was also collecting in the overflow pan. When I called, Amanda told me they could have someone come over in about an hour. They did. They spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem and suctioning up all the water but discovered the problem right away and fixed it. I'm so happy I used this company. It's a Sunday late morning, and my tenants in my airbnb are complaining there's no hot water. So I got on Yelp, and it messaged about 5 plumbers. 4 out of 5 said we will be available on Monday morning. Pristine plumbing was the only one available, and they were at my door steps in 45 minutes. Johnathan was my tech. This young man was a wizard. He diagnosed my issue, fixed the problem, and put his heart and soul into this entire project. As a consumer, nothing was more important to me other than getting my water heater fixed and making sure my Airbnb guests had a warm shower. I needed a water pressure regulator installed for my property. I got multiple quotes from companies on Yelp that offered free estimates. Pristine Plumbing was one of them. Note that they have a $50 for $100 deal on Yelp as of Nov 2022. While they weren't the lowest price initially, they matched a competitor, so I went with them. I highly recommend getting multiple bids and negotiating with these vendors to get the best price. Don't just get one quote and go with it. You may be able to save hundreds of dollars with plumbers! They were selected because their employee RB was very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable when he first came out for the estimate. Thereafter, it was easy to schedule the work by calling their office. RB came back a couple days later to complete the job and it was quick and painless. read more

My touchless kitchen sink stopped working. I had just delivered a baby a few weeks prior and the timing couldn't be much worse. The guy from pristine plumbing came out and said that the sink needed to be replaced. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a new piece. I reached out to pristine plumbing again to have them install it. It took the plumber less than 3 minutes and he charged me 450 dollars. I was desperate and helpless in that situation, but thinking back on it, I felt completely ripped off. read more

No fun! I chose Pristine Plumbing and was greeted on the phone by a knowledgeable friendly representative, who booked an appointment for same day within an hour. Alex, their technician arrived promptly. He was confident and friendly - Immediately went to diagnose the problem. It was a very old drain, problematic to reach etc. Alex explained the reason for the stoppage, then offered options. The price was quoted before he diagnosed the issue, which was more complicated due to age of the house. He got it running smoothly without additional costs. There are pros and cons to this service. Pros: Very fast and responsive. I called them and they had a tech come out the next day to troubleshoot and repair. The tech was very nice and friendly. I have no complaints for the actual service itself. They gave me the run down and pictures of everything done. From what I saw the work was good. Cons: You will pay for all the benefits. They are insanely expensive. You can probably get the same quality of work for a percentage of the cost. I'd shop around and get multiple quotes. read more

We repiped early this year hoping we would avoid water damage since insurance dropped us. I hired this company and then after a few months a major leaked happened in the kitchen. I called them and they never really do anything about it. I said it was because of the leaking dish washer which they overlooked when they repiped. They said they will come again after it was clean but never followed up. I paid $18 for the repipe which is so expensive compared to others out there. Money making business . What do you do when your bathroom faucet breaks off and hot water is spewing everywhere? After turning water off, I called Pristine. It was around 3:30 on Friday and prayed they could do something. Yay! They came out within 20 min, assessed the problem and had it fixed by 5. I was afraid that I'd be without water all weekend. I had a serious pipe burst and it caused a lot of damage. Cameron from day one advocated for us with the HOA and other vendors. We had many different people and vendors that we had to work with. Cameron assisted us and coordinated with all the different parties. Even when other vendors were not responsive, I would ask Cameron to assist and it was no issue. Cameron also gave me clear details about what everything would look like and when exactly we would get a timeline. Even with delays from other vendors, Cameron was able to keep me informed on all the next steps. Once I got next steps, Cameron gave me a quote for two different options. We had our grinder replaced because the motor died. Tech Ryan comes out replaces the garbage grinder, fine. First time we use our dishwasher after the replacement, everything in our kitchen floods. Water coming out the air gap. Water leaking under the sink from pipes connected to grinder, sink and dish washer. Not like a ooze. From every connection spot. We call the service number. The woman won't send rep to take a look without charging us again. I dispute this and she hangs up on me. Do yourself a favor. Find another plumber . read more
