We had our truck towed here and from the first time we called to the time we picked it up Tony took care of us. He was so nice and helpful. Tony checked out the oil leak in my car, which would require taking apart the engine to fix. He referred me to a Subaru specialist because he doesn't have the special tools necessary to take apart a Subaru engine. He explained (with diagrams) the type of engine and where the source of the leak might be. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic! I will be bringing my car back for other services. read more

Took in my 06 1500 for a brake job. Turned out that brakes were fine. They did a full inspection and turned out I needed rear diff deal replaced, tranny oil/filter and replace leaking power steering line and rebuild rack and pinion assembly. I knew all that stuff needed to get done so I agree to it. I was quoted 1016 and charged 1060. Only reason I'm not giving these guys 5 stars is because I needed to top off the power steering fluid just a week later. I know they guarantee their work so if it is leaking again I can take it back. The owner was very friendly and explained everything. Even showed me bad parts and all the work that was done after. Which makes me feel good. Would definitely good back. Prob not the cheapest but I can def feel the steering tighter on my truck. Priceless. read more

Good and fast service. Brought my car to the dealer and they told me that i need to replace my tires since it has a nail in it and they can't patch it up. They want me to pay $300 for the tire. Over the weekend I stopped by PEP Boys and they couldn't fix my non-blinking rear light. Then I tried Firestone - they could fix it but for $80. Today I called Pro Motors & Tony told me to stop by to see if they could fix it. I did. Five minutes later (literally) I was out the door - with a working blinker. To boot - when I asked "What do I owe you?", Tony responded "$0...it was an easy fix". How come PEP Boys couldn't fix it? PEP told me to take it to the VW dealer. How come Firestone said it was an complicated fix? They quoted me $80 to fix the blinker. I will tell you why. There are a lot of shady, greedy, incompetent mechanics out there! However, they are also some good, honest, reputable, stand-up type of people who don't take advantage of people with car problems. Tony is one of the latter. i wanna give a two thumbs up to Pro motors and their mechanics and owner, Tony has repaired my vehicles from tune ups, major engine repair, and even modified my jeep with a lift, suspension and all around bumpers and rock rails...full modification. He has always gone the extra mile to step out of his office personally to show me the problem and explain things. He shows me other vehicles on his lot as if he was showing or teaching a student to help me understand more about the issue. Basically he talks to his customers with respect and honesty. I would highly recommend anyone who is having car trouble to come in and ask him for help or simple question and i guarantee you will feel get the right answers or simply the truthful ones. Tony knows cars inside & out, is honest, explains everything, lets you know what you need, but never pressures you to have it done there. I needed the alignment on my Flex done, and not only did they get it done, they checked everything else and did my oil, too. I eventually traded in my Flex to get 2 good used cars for me and my daughter, and Tony again came through - they did a complete check over on both cars to see if they were worth the money I paid at CarMax, and it was only $60 per car! Tony found a couple small things, which I got fixed at CarMax under the new owner agreement, but I will be going to Tony for future maintenance.
