Although it started well, this move was a disaster!! I gave Diego all the details about the move and we scheduled 3 people for 4/15. On that day, 2 people showed up and claimed they had no details about the move. They were unable to complete the job because it required moving a piano--this was the NUMBER ONE time I mentioned when scheduling. They rescheduled for the next day but didn't show up. Called the company and they sent another crew by about noon. While they were able to complete the job, the lead mover was extremely unprofessional. This was the first and will be the LAST time I use this company. read more

The move was fine and the staff was helpful BUT the movers took a picture of our credit card (which they asked for to pay for over the phone) and then fraudulently used our card for hundreds of dollars. We called and informed the company and they were helpful but it did not seem they took this very seriously. They contract individuals for moving so it seems like they don't know who all of their contractors are. While the company was apologetic, it is totally unacceptable for their employees to behave like this. They should really vet their contractors better and have a safer way to pay, rather than having their employees take a picture of the card. read more

I had a bad experience with this company due to lack of professionalism, amount of time spent, and carelessness. The movers struggled with disassembling furniture. So much so that they took about an hour trying to figure out how to disassemble my basic queen size bed and they could not figure out how to remove my mounted tv stand (for a 50 inch tv). After taking four hours to load what was equivalent to a one bedroom apartment (with patio furniture and an office desk), they told me (via text) that they would meet me at the drop off location, which was a storage unit. They left behind a couple of items, which I had to transport in my car. When I got to the storage place, they were not there, though they left before I did. They neglected to tell me that they were taking a break. I called and sent a couple of text messages. I then called the company. Everyone who I spoke with was generally apathetic (at best) and simply made excuses for the lack of professionalism. One hour after the mover sent me the text about going to the storage location, they finally arrived. I asked what happened, and he tried to say that there was traffic (even though the storage unit was about two miles away, and I did not encounter any traffic). Then he said they went to Carl's Jr. I asked why he didn't respond to my messages, and he claimed that he left his phone in the car. I then asked why he didn't state in his original text any intention to take a break, and he just brushed off the question. It was quite dismissive and rude. The dismissiveness and rudeness continued with them dropping my boxes multiple times and having a nonchalant reaction. I spoke with the operations manager, who was not receptive to anything I shared and simply made excuses instead of actually trying to identify what went wrong with this experience. Ultimately, they charged me for seven and a half hours (they actually took eight hours), which is pretty high for moving to a storage. It was such a disappointing experience. The company approach seems to be finding excuses instead of actively thinking about how to improve the customer experience and holding its employees accountable. read more

Just used this company to move from a third story apartment in Irvine to Palm Desert which is a 2-4 hour drive if you aren't familiar. I had Camron as my Foreman. He was amazing start to finish. He moved everything perfectly and professionally. Him and his team were such hard workers and so efficient. I can't say enough good things about him as a leader as well as his team. I would not use these guys for your moving services. The reason I originally chose them was because the sales person told me their movers can unhook and hook up washers and dryers. 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there. I get a call advising me. They cannot do this service. That was the first red flag. Here's how my experience with pro movers Inc. went. My whole house smelled like weed after them being there for two minutes. I'd I'm paying per person by the hour I am not looking for someone to show up high while carrying weed with them into my home. One hour into the move one of the movers basically quit and yelled at the other mover and said he didn't want to lift any more heavy stuff. They beg and bickering over the fact one of them couldn't wrap up the furniture properly. About another half an hour later that same mover threatened to stab the other mover three different times and proceed to tell everyone that he's been locked up in prison before. Mind you my wife was three feet away while this was happening in my home while they were carrying a dresser down the stairs. It got so bad that the foreman (who was one of the movers) asked us to call the main office and have this guy removed from the job. Which we did. However, we didn't know that meant taking this guy home with our stuff in the truck and disappearing for an additional hour plus. At which time when they arrive back with my stuff we noticed over a dozen items were damaged. We made several calls to speak to a manager while our stuff was gone, and no one was able to help us. Luckily, when they returned a supervisor did show up to our new property. He was polite, he apologized for all the mishaps, and acknowledged all of the damage that had been done. There were dents in my walls and my old place and my new place from them going up the stairs. When I eventually did speak with management the next day, they were rude. Use this company at your own risk. Don't go with the cheapest option. Do your own research. This experience was nothing short of a complete nightmare. Do not find out the hard way like I did!! read more

We spoke to erwin/irein and we agreed that they will help my uncle pack his belongings inside the boxes and tape will be provided. The two men that helped my uncle dumped everything in one box. Did everything, done in less than 3 hrs( keep in mind) we pay 3 hrs maximum. They just dumped and left everything scattered in my garage. The foreman named Cameron claimed no one in the company told him what to do. But that's not reason enough to do what they did! I will not be using this mover and I won't recommend them either. Don't use this company. They broke a mirrored night stand. They hit a fan in tge old location knocking it out of wack. They were rough with all my boxes. They didn't wrap the furniture securely as promised. i've hired better movers for less. My mistake! However, I was willing to let things go regarding their several mishaps but after asking for some compensation for the loss of my night stand and the deposit that was not put towards the move here is my opinion. We used this company to help us move furniture from one office to a new office. My review does not encapsulate the entire experience as my boss was the one who hired and handled all the logistics of the move. My boss was the point person and I was there to help set up my new office. But I can definitely speak to what I experienced firsthand and witnessed. Upon arriving, one of the workers appeared to be upset and frustrated. He spoke to us in a bit of a forceful tone. From what I overheard, it appears that there was a miscommunication with where to be and what time. I'm not too sure exactly what happened but he was definitely a bit aggravated. We had a bunch of furniture that needed to be moved into one of four places: my office, my coworkers office, a u-haul outside, and into a storage space. We used different post-it notes to color code where everything needed to end up, but I think it might've overwhelmed him a bit in the moment. After discussing and creating a game plan, we were able to work cohesively together as a team and everything mellowed out. Throughout the move, the one man appeared to be in a better mood and we ended up having no issues from then on. The other movers were energetic and patient with us throughout. As we started moving furniture we all ended up having a better time and were joking with one another throughout! The mood definitely shifted! Our movers were fast and they took great care of our furniture! They were even accommodating and patient with us when we ended up changing our minds about where things needed to go. I wish the company the best and we overall had a good experience with them! I'm not sure who was who, but we worked with Joe, Carlos, and Jose. Thanks so much gentlemen! read more

This was the most disqppointing experience. The movers themselves were great and felt horrible for us. This review is about terrible management and even worse customer service by Pro Movers. As said, all of the guys doing the work were great, but expressed that they were not given all the details from their office and ended up having to stay overtime on the day we moved out. That day's work took twice as long as it should have and we were charged a ridiculously high amount, but paid in full. Upon delivery to our new home, which took FIVE HOURS from the warehouse that is located 21 minutes away, we noticed half of our items weren't in the truck. Not only were we billed five hours of loading and drive time (unbelievable), a good amount of our stuff was nowhere to be found and no one at Pro Movers made any effort to locate them. The movers pulled what they had out of the trucks but nothing was unpacked or unwrapped upon move in, nothing was labeled in any way, and nothing was secure in a storage area as we were promised -- all of our items were thrown into a warehouse with other people's belongings. Additionally, a one of a kind table was BROKEN, a speaker and wood cabinet DAMAGED, and no one in Pro Movers office seemed to care to assist. "File a claim," is what they said and hung up. It gets even worse. When I called PRO MOVERS the next day to see if my missing items had been located, I was bullied and lied to over the phone. They had quoted me $249/hr the day before, and secretly changed my invoice to $299. Shady. When they finally found our items in their unorganized warehouse, the office instructed their movers not to unload our property until we paid again. FOR THEIR ERROR. The Police were called and reminded the Pro Movers team that they were required to unload our property. We are STILL missing some items and haven't heard a thing from the company about our damaged pieces. This company is unethical and dishonest, sends invoices with inflated prices that they try to hide from customers, and treats people horribly. They will be reported to the BBB. I strongly advise you against ever working with PRO MOVERS. read more
