If you're looking for moving help, look elsewhere. Pro Movers failed me on so many levels. I went with them for a peace of mind (thinking they were a bigger moving company) but ended up with an oversized bill, severe damage to my furniture and house, and zero willingness from the general manager on covering the cost of damages. They are inaccurate in their initial estimates and criminally raise prices behind your back. For a 3 days of packing, moving and unpacking, I was quoted costs being UP TO $6,945 ($230 per hour for 4 movers x 8 hours per day x 3 days + $1425 highest packaging materials). Actual cost ended up being $10,000. They added costs around overtime, extra packaging material even though I ordered their top bundle, long driving hours that didn't make sense. The movers damaged some of my furniture in ways where I can't use them anymore. What's worse is when I filed a claim (which was a purposefully difficult process that required certified mail), I was only offered $175 when they did about $1,500 worth of damage to my furniture and belongings. And the $175 was contingent to not leaving a bad review. Here's the damage I went through: -Broke an outdoor couch in half down the middle -Took my brand new step ladder and left me their old one (who does that?) -Damaged my front yard walking path by completely chipping a huge stone piece -Dented my glass coffee table -Destroyed a lamp -Broke several glass wares They can keep their measly offer. I'd rather leave a review so others know to steer clear from this business. If you care about your belongings and don't want to break your bank for a move, then run far away from Pro Movers. A message to the business - instead of spending time trying to remove my negative review, why don't you spend more time giving quality service to your customers. Anyway, they informed us the possibility or not that the drywall will have a dent or a scratches here and there. We scheduled a Saturday morning move with 2 movers. Both inexperienced and confused. The move should have taken 2 hours to pack, 1 hour driving and 2 hours for unloading. Budgeted for 5 hours and $50 tip if happy. I wasn't. After 3 hours and truck not packed correctly, I went out to see what the problem was. They had furniture still outside the truck and shaking their heads. I couldn't believe it but helped and tried to use this as a teaching lesson. I helped remove half the truck to load it correctly. After another hour and a half it was finally loaded. The lead mover said that he would credit me an hour because it would have taken at least 2 more to finish. When we arrived at new address they were careless with furniture and chips/scatches. When the last item was removed he called in the job. He said the bill was $1600 including overtime and wanted me to sign on his cracked up phone screen which I could not read. He asked for me to sign anyway. I refused and asked him to call supervisor (actually owner). I complained about the damages to items and that I had to lead in helping load the truck or another 2 hours, his response was, "We didn't ask you to help." I signed because they already had my debit card on file. I called the next day to complain about the condition of my furniture. Response was to fill out a form and would take 6 months to reconcile. A call came a few days later that a repair worker would come to fix things. He never came and no calls returned. They also lied about pricing. I gave them a "1". Because "0" was not an option. . Worse service ever. Please don't go through what I had to. Try a different service for your own well being. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could give no stars, I would have chosen that for a rating. I hired Pro Movers to handle my move from a storage unit into my home. My move was not completed. The movers did not assemble all furniture, TVs, and they refused at the house to move my washer and dryer into the laundry room. My washer and dryer are currently sitting in the garage and I cannot use them. In addition, the driver took my son's credit card (who was not on the contract) and overcharged him an additional $339.00 The "Operations Manager" sent me a text stating they would reimburse my child's credit card for the additonal charges, but to date, has not done so. In addition, when my items were in storage, I had purchased 36 brand new moving blankets for protection while in storage. The Pro Mover driver took 35 of them. When I asked for them to be returned to me, the "Operations Manager" said he would get back to me, but to date, has not responded. The driver and 2 helpers took over 10 hours to take my items from a storage unit and partially move the items into a 1800 sq ft home. (everything was already shrink wrapped and protected with blankets. I recommend you look elsewhere for a moving company. I am in the Inland Empire area. Moving is not an easy task, however this company's driver traumatized a family, They were horribly unprofessional. read more

As a college student with my parents across the country, it was 100% worth it to hire these movers to help me transport my many belongings on move out day. My roommate and I had heavy dressers, 2 queen beds, giant desks, a kitchen table, and SO many boxes, & Joe and Donovan worked nonstop and transported all of our items in perfect condition.
