He was prompt and called when he was on his way, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated what he was able to do with one very old (maybe 15 years old?) ink spot. I get my carpets cleaned annually and no other carpet cleaner has been able to make a dent in that spot. I pointed the spot out to Mike and told him that I didn't expect him to get it out, but when he was done, he showed it to me, and I was amazed that it was a lot less noticeable than before!
