Thriving in a amazing shopping center off Ventura Blvd just east of the 405 freeway near the corner cross street of Noble Ave alongside quality places like Kai Ramen, the new Blazin Burger, The Harvest (Juice) Bar, Sonny's Handcrafted Ice Cream and many more Psy is a huge standout with tons of options for ALL. Psy Street Kitchen is a modern Israeli fusion spot with kosher options out the door as well as tons of gluten-free options. They pride themselves on a mission to redifine kosher burgers (and then some)... And they more than are! I've passed by here many times and it wasn't until 2022 they became a favorite for me and hopefully you too. Definitely blown away by their vegetarian and many vegan options, including the new Impossible Vegan Sloppy Joe! Eggplant mess is a yes and very gluten friendly. Market salad... Wow... In Psy I super trust. The yam, seasoned and classic fries are all a must! They have Sloppy Joe Fries here and my only question is can they and will they do them vegan as well... I live on the Westside but we have tried it when in the area. While I don't think they get the title for best burger I've ever had, it was very good. Also love the unique black pretzel bun. Some favorites: Sloppy joe (they do it right here), salmon burger, cauliflower app & their seasoned fries (thick cut, and tastes like an actual potato) SO delicious! Been wanting to try this place out for a while but never really had the opportunity to do so. It's a smaller shopping center with parking that may be an issue for some. But, wanted a burger the other day and glad we came by! I ordered the lamb burger and I am so glad I did. It was juicy, lots of meat, and easy to eat! I was a little worried the bun would steal the show away from the flavor of the meat, but not only was the bun tasty in and of itself, it absorbed a lot of the lamb juiciness and made it yummy to eat together, or even separate! I loved the veggies that it came with as well - added a nice kick to the meat and crunch factor. Only downside: for the price, it doesn't include any fries or side orders. But fries deserve a separate review for themselves. These things were AWESOME! We got a side of seasoned and yam fries. I'm not a huge fan or yam fries or steak fries but honestly, I crave these things even now! They had the perfect crunch to them, without letting them lose any of the yam or seasoned flavor. The size was a considerable portion everything was great. My mom ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich which was good, but I warned her about getting a breaded sandwich with more bread. Atmosphere: the vibe and atmosphere of the place is very fun and artistic, almost a feel like you in Venice or even New York City. Food: the food is the best part of this place. Not only the taste is extraordinary but the presentation is at a chef level. Service: the service is really like no other. In this day and age, it feels like service has become a privilege and here it feels like a necessity.
