Rebecca walked me through everything over the phone in a way that was clear, thorough, and never overwhelming. Ella was amazing in person--super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of transactional. You can tell they both really know what they're doing and actually care. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, climate-controlled (which I love), and feels very secure, which was a big priority for me. No weird storage-unit vibes. Super organized and well taken care of. No emergency or safety latch to get out. Called to rent a space, finally had a human answer and send my to customer service just to have no answer after 30 mins on the line. Called non emergency police line and apparently they don't have a way to open it. Thankfully the other car was able to find a PS property that was open and have them open it before the police were involved. Fix this.

Save yourself the pain (of both a broken heart and a broken back) of dealing with the crap I've had to because I chose this awful place. ZERO stars I'm not sure if the security here is NONEXISTENT or just USELESS (or maybe they're in on it ...). My unit was broken into (along with about 5 other units in the same little hallway) in late August 2025. I received ONE single call (which I missed) and only when I went in to check my unit 9 days later did I find out it was burglarized. They didn't try to reach me more than once. There was no email or message in the app. Nothing. Almost nothing was taken from my unit. However, everything inside was absolutely TRASHED. So many things broken, boxes torn open and dumped everywhere, even a metal filing cabinet was basically squished because they walked on top of all of my belongings. About 1.5 weeks later (the soonest it could get done due to work schedules), my boyfriend, my mom and I spent several hours on both Saturday and Sunday putting everything back together, re-boxing things, and making everything ready to be moved out of that awful place. FIVE DAYS LATER, before I could move out of there, MY UNIT WAS BURGLARIZED AGAIN. Once again, everything was trashed and broken. Very little was taken, although this time they managed to take something of immense sentimental value. Truly heartbreaking.

Brought it back and Ben worked on it, grinding away at hitch but still made noise. Took two more tries and replacing the rubber exhaust hangers to finally fix it. I bought the hangers myself and Ben installed them for free. Then I noticed I got a refund for the price of the hangers! Without asking , without receipt, they just refunded it to be nice. I pay extra money to have a space in the main building. I have had storage in that building for…read moreover 10 years. In the last three years, the "A" building has started flooding. Last year I lost personal items, and furniture has been damaged. Not enough to claim insurance, but enough to ruin the legs of expensive furniture items. Paperwork that is irreplaceable was also ruined. And, I was one of the lucky ones, the unit next to mine was almost completely flooded. This year I asked whether the flooding issue had been addressed, since winter is coming, and I was assured that it was taken care of. Today I got a call, my unit is flooded AGAIN. They do not give a storage discount for the inconvenience, and last year they had no idea where the water was coming from. So, the office staff passed on the info that the issue had been addressed, and obviously the ownership has not done anything. The office staff is always polite and helpful, but the flooding issue is simply bad business, and the management ignores it.
