This place needs to label allergens please! i ordered the Smooth Protein smoothie, tried it and it was delicious, but suspiciously creamy. my friend ordered the same thing and i watched it get made, saw that the base was an ice cream. i asked what the base was and was told its an ice cream, asked if there was coconut in it, the employee didn't know. he checked and told me the ice cream was made with coconut cream. the item description on the menu did not say "ice cream base" (misleading for a "healthy" smoothie), nor did it say there's coconut at all ( a top 9 allergen!!). as someone intolerant to coconut, that's super disappointing to waste $13 on a smoothie only to find out it's made with something, that was not at all communicated, that i cannot eat. unfortunately there's no excuse for establishments to not be labeling major allergens or honestly communicating what items are made with. please improve you menu descriptions! read more

First time here and I love it. It's located inside the Liberty Station marketplace area. Seating can be tricky when the market is busy, but the vibe of the area is fantastic. I visited on a Sunday morning at 9am so it was chill, but by 9:45 the market started coming alive. The girl that took and made my order was super sweet. She saw me waiting to place an order and came running with a smile on her face and apologizing for the wait. It was $21 for a bowl and a Fiji water. We have stopped by this stand many times over the years and the bowls are pretty good. Customer service is nice, not great. They are located in the busiest part of the market so I think that can effect the mood of the employees. I am giving 3 stars for the price of the Acai bowls. I know prices are high everywhere and I typically wont judge too much on price but these bowls are around $15 each. It is not worth the value and size of the food. They are good bowls but not for $15. The service is slow but that is not a deterring factor because I know the bowls are made to order. I had come here in hopes of having a yummy meal but instead I am leaving disappointed. Before ordering, I had asked about their protein powder and what the base of their bowls contained. The worker seemed annoyed by my questions. Their bowls were made of ice cream she said -- something I don't want when seeking a healthy snack like an acai bowl. I decided to go with a smoothie and avocado toast instead. When I got my avocado toast, I was surprised to see one piece of bread and then the butt of the bread. Do they really think this is 2 pieces of toast? When I asked the lady for another piece she looked unwilling but eventually agreed. Might I add she had her AirPods in and PJs on and before we arrived she was blatantly sitting on her phone at the counter. I just couldn't believe they would serve the butt of the bread and call it a piece of toast! My smoothie was very sweet and just tasted of apple juice. I will not be returning here unfortunately. the smoothies i've had here are yummy, but extremely overpriced and inconsistent. the staff is not trained properly and almost all have bad attitudes. the ladies with dark hair (not sure their names) always greet with a smile and are quick... the only reason i gave any stars at all. the one blonde gentleman is a nightmare, every time i or a friend of mine has been served by him- he treats us like we are hugely inconveniencing him, and will ring us up without a single word, no hello or thank you or anything in between. tell him to sulk at home, not on the clock, you're losing customers because of it! i genuinely will not come in if i see him working. read more

It came on a wheat toast and with butter rich smoked salmon, cream cheese, garnished with micro greens, classic red onions, and some black sesame seeds. The toast delicious and a great breakfast. If you like your toast with a little sweetness, Nutella, banana, and strawberries is right for you. This toast was terrific. The toast underneath was the same quality wheat toast. It came with just the right amount of Nutella. Pure also makes Acai Bowls. toasted bagels, smoothies, and bagel sandwiches, s and of course the Tartines. They are located at Liberty Public Market. WOW, this place was a huge disappointment. I didn't realize it was in a food court until I arrived, but the real issue is the açaí itself... it's not even real açaí. They use a premade frozen base with no fresh blending of ingredients, which leaves the açaí frozen solid and super hard to eat. I can't believe a place this bad exists in San Diego, where good açaí options are usually easy to find. Sure, it's fruit, and fruit is naturally tasty, but this is NOT a proper açaí bowl. Good quick interaction I had with Pure Açaí Bowl. I had ordered the Açaí Berry bowl, which came with a lot of things like bananas, honey, chia seeds, acai, strawberry, etc. I did not get chia seeds on mine but added Nutella. If you are going to get one of these bowls I highly recommend paying the extra dollar for Nutella. The portion size they gave me was big and definitely worth the extra money. The entire bowl was a little pricey for what you get, but it was a bigger bowl, but still pricey. The service was good. The two employees working were attentive and helpful when speaking with customers at the register and giving them their orders. The only downside I had with the service was the wait time, but it is a bit understandable given that the business was only staffed by two employees at the time. This location is located within the Mess Hall at Liberty Station and shares a space with lots of liberty public market vendors. This location is great as there is tons of other vendors you can purchase if you would like to get something to eat with along with your bowl. read more

Bad customer service at night. Whoever was closing was not happy about attending us and gave my family and I an attitude when asking if they were open. Instead of greeting us it was a, "what do you want?" Strawberries that we ordered were so bad and covered with so much chocolate that we couldn't eat it. We threw them away, $40 dollars to waste. Pure is a new acai bowl and juice vendor at the Liberty Public Market. Their stall is in a central location across from Fluster Cluck Hot Chicken. The menu offered five smoothies, six bowls, and three breakfast bagels. Interestingly, I did not see juices for sale even though they called themselves a juice bar. The bagels as well as the cookies on display at the service counter didn't seem to fit the business category. I chose a 12 oz Blue Lagoon for my order. The ingredients were strawberry, banana, blueberry, granola, bee pollen, and agave. While the finished item looked pretty, I couldn't get over the pricing. The amount I paid was 30 to 40% more than other similar places in town for the same serving size. You can get 50% more product of equal quality at one of the local acai chains for the $12.75 cost of a 16 oz bowl here. The taste of my bowl was worth four stars, however the value was only two stars. Therefore, my overall rating for what I bought at Pure garnered three stars. read more

Service was good. They were polite, patient, and made my smoothly in a timely matter. Menu was easy to read and I like the pictures. It helps when I'm making decisions. Overall ambiance of their stall was nice and bright. Ordered the Vitamin Sea smoothie. It was ok.
