The fries were amazing and the reason for my return. The container it was in a loaded and was generously portion that my fiancé and I was able to share and get full from it. The boneless chicken to me was more on the crispier side and was more like large popcorn chicken than the boneless wings I am used to. Flavor of lemon pepper garlic was lovely and the honey Sriracha had a nice flavor but was little on the salty side for our taste buds. Nice and friendly service from staff that helped up and tables and inside clean.

The wings were definitely the highlight here. * Cambo Asada Fries 4/5 - The fries were good, smothered in cheesy goodness and yummy green sauce. The beef was okay. * Steak Garlic Noodles - Garlic Noodles were 2/5, flavorful but really salty. The steak was 3/5, good flavor, but dry and tough. * Garlic Parmesan Wings 4.5/5 - These wings were juicy, gooey, and garlicky. They were a bit greasy, but still really good. * Sinigang Wings 5/5 - These were my favorite. They were kinda like lemon pepper wings with really good flavor. The flavor may be inspired by Filipino sinigang soup, where the sourness comes from tamarind fruit.

OMG!!!! I don't…read morereally leave reviews on yelp, (I just use it to find food options) but I have to say something about this place. There was a deal on door dash so I thought I should take advantage of it and I decided to order from this place. Had never heard of it before but I was in the mood for soul food. I looked at the menu and didn't really know what to try, so I just went with old reliable; Fried chicken plate with Mac and Yams. I tried to order another side but each side was $10. So I was like "I'm not paying $10 for one side!" But MAN I should have! My food was INCREDIBLE. I took one bite of the Mac and cheese and it was so good, I set my timer for 4:30am just so I can wake up early and workout. Anything that good, has to immediately be shortening your lifespan. My goodness it was great. The yams were super flavorful and the chicken was juicy and crunchy. And they left me a lil piece of cornbread and even that was delicious. Just all around great experience. Definitely going to see if they can make food for my job Also, I would have added a pic, but someone destroyed my food

So i am a bit confused about the photos here, because there is an actual restaurant looking place,…read moresome little cart and a food truck. Hopefully they are all related. My review is based on the food truck. It was my son's birthday. He was allowed to chose anything he wanted for dinner. Any price point... anything. Well i had seen this on Instagram and shared it with him two weeks prior. At first he wanted to go to Nobu or there were a few other high end options, but that is not his style honestly. Luckily, he remembered the post that I shared. He wanted to go here. Well, buckle up kids, we are going on a field trip! We left work/schools early and took a drive to Compton. When our navigation said we had arrived it suggested we park in the lot across from the library. Ok. There directly in front of the library was the food truck. There was a small line, so that was ideal. Not a long wait. My other smaller human and i went to wash their hands in the library. When i came out he had ordered the hungry man or something. It was more than enough for us. The oxtail was good. The ribs were good. The chicken was good. The cornbread was yummy. Just not over the moon for the greens... and i loooove collard greens. But that's ok. We went for the meats. They were out of the dinosaur ribs, so maybe if we go early enough next time, we can try those. We took it across the street to the park and ate and that was enough time for the small one to also play to get energy out before we headed home. The drive home was long, now that rush hour traffic had started. But none of us complained, because the meal was worth it.

I don't like when lots of masa and barely any stuffing. These tamales were made very well, masa was moist and the insides were well season. Super tasty! The tamales were moist and soft (but not mushy). The layer of masa was thin and there was plenty of well-seasoned meat. The meat wasn't dry either.
