Qdoba customer service. It's terrible. Unfriendly and some menu inclusions and exclusions inconsistent with other locations. It feels like they could care less about the customer and only about getting people in and out and taking their money. Honor coupons! We had a coupon and the cashier didn't honor it even though our order met the criteria. Give the small bag of chips with the meal just like the other qdoba locations do! Worst service ever. I usually order a kids bowl and when I ask for chips they usually givE me a couple Chips on the side. I went in today and she told me they don't do that. But yesterday they decided to give me chips. The girl running the line is so rude and not a people person for sure. Then my boyfriend ordered a quesadilla and usually they give him two scoops of guacamole because he asks for no sour cream and the girl decided today that another little scoop of guacamole Costed more. Then I put a little lemonade in my water cup and she had been eyeing me the whole time and came over and told me that I am only aloud to put water in my cup that she had to charge me. I went to Qdoba in Bridgeport Village for the 4th time the other day, & it will probably be my last, unless someone just picks something up from there & offers it to me. I'm only giving a generous 2 stars, because it is barely a step up from Taco Bell, but not by much. The employees, all 4 times I've gone in there, act like they do not want to be there, & the energy alone is bad from the moment you walk in. Bummer, cause this place has potential. Never, I repeat never, order a salad from there! Absolutely nasty! Their bowls are just meh as well. With the salad & the bowls, it comes down to the person making them, & what they served me twice, was so bad I just threw it away. Why keep trying there you ask? Well, I try really hard to give places the benefit of the doubt, & try out multiple meals before I make a decision on a place. When it is consistently bad though, that decision kind of makes itself for me. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars & not 1, is because the meat is better quality then the dog food taco bell feeds you, & I give credit where it is due. I really recommend sticking to simple things here though, such as tacos, burritos, & quesadillas, as it's pretty hard to mess those up. I also recommend getting your salsa on side too, if you decide to get salsa, or the watered down tomato & onion water you're served will get all over everything. Step it up a notch y'all, even Chipotle does better, & that's not saying much. You're in Bridgeport Village, & not one person I know can recommend your food. Baja Fresh is much friendlier & consistent with the food they make. It's too bad to be honest. Usually I get great, friendly service here. Not so last week when I had the audacity to express disappointment over one of the main ingredients - white rice - being out. I didn't direct it at anyone and I don't believe I was rude. Instead of an apology or any sort of understanding, I got a bunch of attitude from the employee. She got annoyed when I wanted the brown rice and practically threw the chicken on there. The person who came in behind me responded to her announcement about no white rice in a way that pleased her so she thanked him for being nice and shot me a look. I almost just walked out. And if she hadn't have given me the attitude I would have left a tip for sure. If that had been my first experience there I wouldn't be going back. read more

Every time I've ever gone to this location I am treated like a piece of trash by the staff who is just extremely rude and can't be bothered! Tonight was no different -I went there to get my children food after a sporting event and it was 940 the hours were posted on the door at 10o'clock as closing. We were treated with utter contempt the minute we walked in the door. The same woman who is always very rude told us that there was no food left and refused us service as we watch them packing up their own meals for the night to take home. Very obvious that they do not care about their customers or any business for the company. Management needs to find people that actually are going to make sales and want to work. From a corporate angle I would think Its bad business practice to close the place down 30 minutes early and then not let customers purchase anything. read more

I was pretty happy to come into QDOBA for a quick fix lunch. The manager or shift leader greeted us, she was very nice I think her name was Tika (it's been a week so sorry I forgot). But she recommended to try to spicy queso and it was really good. I ended up getting some nachos from her recommendations. I did that with the ground beef and did both the spicy and regular queso with some salsa verde, salsa tomatoes, and other small things. The person making my food needed to wake up a bit though. But the overall experience was great. And after I almost finished I asked for more chips to take home since my nachos were going to get soggy. So the shift leader hooked it up. She was awesome at her customer service and brightened my work hour! read more

First time using Uber Eats, maybe they just don't have it all together yet, but the order was wrong, items left out, one dish missing completely and the ORDER of chips and guacamole was so small it was like a side dish condiment. We asked for utensils and didn't get any, ordered three kinds of salsas and got one.The burrito tortilla was dry and the brisket really salty. I never expect much when I order food here. Food is just OK; never great. Today was the last time I'll come here. The woman in the food prep line (she wasn't wearing a name tag), blasted me for pointing at the Salsa and asking what kind it was. Instead of apologizing for scolding me, she just left and went in the back room...leaving someone else to finish my order. As I was checking out, the cashier had no issue letting orders (and people) pile up in line, while he worked on a food delivery order. As he picked up another order, I simply stated "that isn't mine". He responded "I know". The only 2 words he spoke during my entire checkout. Oh...and I threw the food out. I came to this location after putting my order through the QDOBA website. It said it would be ready for pickup at 915A. Unfortunately, by the time I got there at 923A, it was not ready, because the short lady manager claimed that they never "received" the order in their computer system. I had to show my phone which showed the order number, but she kept on asking for the "confirmation" number which it DID NOT have. Finally after wasting much time she decided to make the order based off of the order on my phone. The quality was disappointing and the food literally left a bad smell in my mouth. (Food was not fresh) Please retrain or hire new employees/managers. No customer service skills whatsoever. read more

Everyone there is awesome, they are super friendly, have a great attitude, even during the smoke. Bad quality air conditions. Had a horrible experience, the staff is rude and bitchy and that's being kind, we thought maybe a bad day and tried it again a few days later. They were worse than the first time, then while we were eating our lunch one of the team members, the bitchiest one from the food prep line, sat at the table next to us, even though it was taped off for COVID spacing, and disgustingly shoved food in her face while watching a video with the volume up high enough for the whole restaurant to hear. The man that appeared to be the manager watched this whole thing unfold and did not say anything. It's. I work close and have came here a few on my own for lunch I am very familiar with the area & local food. I am now working at door dash to make extra money to go to school. The last few times I've accepted an order here I have a timeline on when I need to pick up and be at the ordering customers home or my job is docked. The manager in Qdoba is very hostile, rude and my food has never been ready on time. I've waited from 15-25 min loosing my ratings and earnings. She has an excuse every time I have came in. Every time I'm in here I see other upset customers. Not sure how someone in the food industry can be so unprofessional. I work with people in pain every day with more manners then her. It's just baffling to me. The food is not bad at all. But the service provided at this location is not worth it. Go elsewhere everyone. I bought some Qdoba card from the school kids that were canvassing our neighborhood a couple months ago. Before that I hadn't really even heard of Qdoba. Glad I know of them now. I've saved a bunch of money with the card plus their food is real good, think Subway but with Mexican food. Everything looks real fresh, they are fast and friendly. I love Qdoba. However, since I live on the other side of the city, it's not always easy to get. I was in the area tonight with my other half, and when every sit down restaurant in the area had a minimum hour wait, we decided on Qdoba. I ordered the naked steak queso burrito, my other half had a non naked, and both were good. The meat was seasoned, the whole thing was warm (minus the guacamole and the sour cream), and we ate until we couldn't eat any more. The folks behind the counter were friendly, and the guy running the register even told us since it was Blazers night, if we had Blazers clothing on, we'd get a buy one, get one free deal. We didn't, but he was still very nice, and laughed at my other half's wisecracks. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is because of the speed of service. It was faster than waiting on a table anywhere else, but we were still in line for 10 or 15 minutes. Granted, they were busy, but I'm used to a Qdoba in Denver, where they get people through the line really quickly. Maybe next time it will be faster, and there won't be a line of 10 people. read more

When will restaurants understand and acknowledge that some of their customers are non-meat eaters and offer 'meat-free' options, such as tofu? My husband has been trying to take me here for a month or so, and we finally made it today. I wish I'd gone sooner - clean, bright, open, well-organized interior (there are no bad seats, except the outside ones if it is raining). The view of the roads/parking lot is not inspiring but it's not unattractive either, and the amount of daylight (especially with the metal furniture) is very attractive. Everything is clean, well-spaced, and the arc of the interior spreads the tables in a big arc rather than glommed in a rectangle. The staff were friendly without being obtrusive or annoying; we were greeted well, served well, and when we left they called thanks for our having been there. At the same time, they didn't try to make conversation beyond that unless someone spoke to them, so it wasn't intrusive, just welcoming. As for the food, my husband and I both had burritos - he had the pork with just about everything, I had the chicken with nothing but the rice and beans. Very tasty (both of them: I tried a bit of his, and I'll get the corn salsa next time, yum!). I don't know about anything else, but for the burritos, it's a bit like a Mexican Subway - you get to pick what you want. And those are NOT small burritos. They end up the size of a good burger or larger, I think larger. (I also saw they had a vegetarian burrito option, though we didn't order it today. I may try it another day.) My husband did complain that they didn't mix up the ingredients in his, so in the middle he got some bites that were missing one thing or another, he said. When I tried his burrito, nearer an edge, I didn't experience that. Mine had no problems, but I didn't get as much stuff on it. It did appear that she had a little trouble with the meat on his as he got a big chunk of pork that didn't want to shred (only in a burrito would that be a problem!), so it may not be common, or he may just need to ask them to mix a little more next time he orders. Also, this is near Bridgeport, but not IN Bridgeport (across the street from it), so you don't have to deal with the Bridgeport parking - the strip mall Qdoba is in has its own, very nice, parking area. You can't go wrong. I get the naked burrito, same as the burrito just no tortilla. I load on the salsas and I'm good to go. The pico de gallo is amazing, corn salsa, and verde. They're nice as they let you put whatever sauce you want, except of course there are a few that are extra. Guacamole and queso make anything here extra good. They added the calorie count which is helpful, but sometimes I'd just rather not know. If you've been to Qdoba for lunch, have you been for breakfast? They have a great breakfast burrito that's worth trying. Switch it up and get one before 11am, you can always have it for lunch too. read more

This is a great location! I am always greeted very warmly and provided with excellent, friendly service every single time I go. Love it! Last week, we ordered lunch boxes for a birthday party from this location. I went to pick them up yesterday morning and due to a miscommunication, 6 of the 10 burritos were made with the wrong ingredients. Without my asking and in seconds flat, the awesome staff quickly made 6 new burritos (seriously - they were FAST) for my order and I was at the party on time, no sweat. You can't ask for better service than that! This is a regular spot for me and will continue to be since the service and food quality are always top notch. There are other Qdobas in Portland, sure, but this one is my favorite. read more

We hadn't ever been here before, but a friend brought us their chips once, which got me curious. Lime and salt on the chips, that's my happy place! The first time, we got their burrito bowls, which are a big size, plenty of food. All of the ingredients were fresh, the service was really nice and the place itself, was clean. My kind of food to go! We had burritos the second time and we were shocked at how big they were! Pricing is great for a big burrito like this. First thing she pulls a tortilla out of an obviously pre packaged bag, I asked for refried beans so didn't even know that all they serve is whole or black beans. I had to tell her which beans to put on it. Then all their sauces are chunky and lack flavor. Their metal tables were ice cubes. The bathroom was nasty. The burrito was chewy and cold. Their soda dispensers carbonation was off. I'm not coming back ever. I want to preface my comments with the fact that I am getting tired of the trend of restraunts going to a help yourself modle. If I want to go to a cafateria I would go back to colledge. Hmm come to think of it colledge had better food. On the plus side the outside seating is nice on a sunny day and the Iced tea was fresh and brewed rather than fountian syrup concentrate (there is a differance). I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! We recently moved here from Washington state where we frequented QDOBA often!! We have tried this location 3 times now and I will NEVER RETURN! The customer service is AWFUL and the food is sub par! When I would get a bowl back in Spokane it was always loaded! They skimp you on everything here!! But I wish I knew how to put into words just how HORRENDOUS the customer service is on every single level here!! Today I couldn't help but laugh to myself that after the lady rung me up and I paid she literally left my good on her side of the counter and completely walked away from the area I was like ummmm are we finished? She just looked at me and kept walking away! I'm sad to say I gave them 3 tries to even remotely treat their customers with some kind of respect but nope they cannot and I will never give them another dime!! And from the looks of all the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way! This is not where you come for authentic Mexican food. I am not saying anything that is news to anyone here, am I? No, you come here because you like it better than Chipotle. It is the "Mexican" equivalent to Subway or Quiznos. You know what you are getting, and that is a fast food burrito product. Having said that, I tend to prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. That is just me, and I know that others will argue both sides. But let's put that aside for now and focus on this establishment for now. This place is crazy busy between noon and 1pm, so I would suggest against coming here during that time. However, if you come by right after the 1pm rush, the tables may not have been cleaned yet, and the bottles of tobasco and chuhula will be located throughout the store. So I would suggest coming here either after 2pm or before 11:30am. The people here are friendly and somewhat efficient. They get my order right, they don't skimp on ingredients (and will add extra when lightly prodded), and it's rightly priced. The soda machine is one of those 1 dispenser for 10000 different Coke drink combos (might be of interest if you like vanilla or cherry coke). If you are in a hurry and don't mind slamming down 1000 calories for a meal, this place does its job well. read more

So-so is the way to go..........apparently! Writing reviews for chain places is hard to do. Of course if they're franchises, they are easier because the owner is responsible for his business on a day to day basis. Had lunch here, and after some careful thought, I realized it was worth a review. My veggie burrito bowl was a nice idea. It's a great and filling item that offers a lot of flavors. I actually didn't mind the food much, but a few things bother me. Price of my lunch was quite a bit more than I would pay, say at their nearest competition in gourmet Mexican fast food, and over there I get a lot more choices, and in my opinion, a fresher product. There was just something about my lunch, the beans especially, that tasted canned or frozen. To be fair I do not know how they prepare their product so it's not right to accuse them of something. Another point that loses a star from this reviewer is cleanliness. It was just past the lunch rush, but there was no effort to wipe down and clean tables and seats. To make matters worse, management was having a meeting with(I'm guessing corporate visitors from Qdoba) at the table behind me. Just sets a bad feeling off in me when you have them all talking about how the location is doing and going over numbers while I'm eating, and the whole time I'm thinking, 'why don't you look around and see what needs to be done'. Overall, really not a bad place. They have a wide selection of choices, it's good and hearty Mexican fare, and it's fine for a quick lunch. For me though, I just don't think I'll be back. I would rather spend my money somewhere I feel the product is fresher and I feel a little more welcomed as a customer. read more

Twice now have been delivered the wrong food. Last time was the wrong items entirely, today was given the wrong tortillas and every request was ignored. Order from them almost weekly, usually no issues, but ordering from work means I can't just go down and switch the food. Very inconvenient. Qdoba is amazing quality for the price you pay. I am an avid fan of the Naked Steak Queso Burrito and the Steak Quesadilla. Add some Chips and queso as well and it is probably my favorite away-from-home meal. And if you get there for breakfast, the chorizo is amazing! read more
